この発明は、調理器本体に調理用部品を一体的に挟持保持して収納できる調理器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図11と図12は、例えば特開平8−252181号公報に示された調理器を示す要部側断面図と要部下面図である。図において、21は樹脂成型された外装体22と薄板メッキ鋼板製の内装体23と反射板24とパイプヒータ25等からなる調理器本体、26はヒータ5の上に載置された調理プレート、27は調理プレート26の上面を覆う蓋体で、調理器本体21の上に調理プレート26を載置し、その上面で調理物の調理を行ない、調理物によっては調理プレート26の上面を蓋体27で蓋をして調理が行なわれる。28は収納スタンドで、外径5ミリ程度の丸棒鋼材を折り曲げ加工にて図示した平面的な形状に形成し、クロムメッキしたものである。この収納スタンド28は外装体22の外底に設けた軸受け29に進退自在かつ回動自在に遊嵌された支軸部(支軸片)28aと保管時に脚となる脚部(脚片)28bと保管形態にセットしたとき支軸部28aと共働して調理器本体21と調理プレート26と蓋体27とを挟持する挟持部(挟持片)28cとからなる。

支持軸28aの先端には、軸受け29から抜けるのを防止する折曲部(折曲片)28eが設けられており、この折曲部28eはホットプレート保管時に支軸部収容溝30の端部側壁30aに当接して収納スタンドに加わる荷重を受ける。補強リブ31を設けた外装体22底面の板厚によって受けるので強度的に強い構造となる。また、挟持部28cには調理プレート26の側端縁26aを支持する「く」の字状のプレート支持部28dが形成されており、ホットプレートを保管するために倒立したときに加わる調理プレート26の大荷重を支持し、保管時に加わる衝撃及び振動に強い構造となる。

次に、収納スタンド28の保管形態及び格納状態への操作を説明する。まず、ホットプレートを保管する場合には、図12(a)に示すようにホットプレート本体21の下面左右22箇所に格納されている収納スタンド28を止まるまで手前に引き出し、図12(b)に示すように各々外側に90度回動させ、図12(c)に示すように蓋体27を手で押えながら収納スタンド28を止まるまでしっかり押し込んで調理器本体21と調理プレート26と蓋体27とを収納スタンド28のバネ性をもって挟持することにより保管形態にセットし、図12(d)に示すように倒立(起立)させて保管する。この倒立状態で外装体22底面側に3度〜5度傾けることにより、店頭で展示したときに、手前に倒れにくい。

次に、保管形態のホットプレートを使用する場合には、蓋体27を手で押えながら収納スタンド28を止まるまで手前に引き抜き、各々内側に90度回動させて水平状態にし、本体の下面にしっかりと押し込んで格納する。なお、収納スタンド28は線材製に限定されるものではなく、樹脂成型したものでも良く、収納スタンド28の本数は2本が標準であるが1本であっても良い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような従来の調理器では、調理器本体21と調理プレート26と蓋体27とを調理器本体21の外底部に進退自在かつ回動自在に遊嵌した収納スタンド28で挟み込んで立てて収納できるものであるが、収納スタンド28はほとんどが開放した状態であるため、着脱自在な調理プレート26や蓋体27はその開放部分から左右にズレて落ちやすく、持ち運びにも不便であるという問題点があった。

また、収納スタンド28では調理器本体21や調理プレート26、蓋体27の外表面のほとんどが露出した状態であり、収納しているときに埃が付着しやすく不衛生であるという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明にかかる調理器は、熱板、蓋体等の複数の調理用部品を調理器本体の上面に積み重ねるようにした調理器であって、ヒンジ結合された少なくとも二つホルダー片からなり、かつ開放端側に係合部を有するとともに、前記ホルダー片の幅が前記調理器本体および調理用部品の幅と同等またはこれらよりせまく側面が開放された収納ホルダーを有し、前記ホルダー片に前記収納ホルダー内に保持された前記調理器用本体および調理用部品と嵌合する嵌合部を設け、前記収納ホルダーのホルダー片の間に前記調理器本体及び調理用品を位置させ、前記収納ホルダーを閉じてこれらを一体的に保持するようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施の形態1.
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1である調理器を示す分解斜視図、図2は要部斜視図、図3は縦断面図である。図において、1は被収納体であるホットプレートなどの調理器本体で、底面に凹部1a形状を設けている。2は調理器本体1の上面に着脱可能に載置される調理プレート(請求項でいう熱板)で、調理面が平らな平プレート2aや調理面に凸凹を設けた焼肉プレート2bなど数種類の調理プレート2を有するものもある。3は調理プレート2の持手部、4は調理プレート2の上面に載置される蓋体で、上面中央部に蓋取手5を設けている。
