Description
【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention includes a self-propelled crusher equipped with a crushing device that crushes construction waste materials, etc., a self-propelled soil improver equipped with a mixing device that crushes and mixes by adding a soil quality improving material to earth and sand, etc. It relates to a self-propelled waste disposal machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A self-propelled crusher crushes waste such as concrete waste and rocks generated during the dismantling of buildings and bridges, and a crusher is mounted on the self-propelled cart as a processing device. Construction waste material thrown into a hopper disposed at the upper front of the machine is conveyed to a crusher by a feeder, crushed to a predetermined size by an engine-driven crusher, and discharged from the lower part of the crusher. . And, as disclosed in, for example, JP 2000-325819 A, the crusher is arranged at the center of the machine body, the engine is placed horizontally in the vehicle body width direction and arranged behind the machine body. It is common to provide a conveyor that extends from the lower part of the crusher to the upper rear part via the lower part of the engine.
[0003]
The self-propelled soil improvement machine is to recycle soil waste that is not suitable for backfilling in excavated soil (so-called construction-generated soil) generated during construction work. Sediment waste put in a trolley mounted on the trolley and placed in the hopper located in the upper front of the trolley is transported to a mixing device by a feeder or conveyor, and crushed and mixed with a soil improvement material by an engine-driven mixing device. It is configured to process and discharge from the lower part of the mixing device. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-95991, the layout is such that the engine is placed horizontally in the vehicle body width direction and arranged behind the machine body, and the conveyor extends from the lower part of the mixing device to the upper rear part. It was common to provide.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in order to carry a self-propelled waste disposal machine into a site with limited work space and operate it without excess or deficiency, the machine body is required to be as compact as possible and to have stable running performance. The However, when the engine is arranged behind the machine body as in the conventional self-propelled crusher, the dimensions of the machine body in the front-rear direction become longer as the hopper, processing device and engine are arranged in series, and the center of gravity Is behind the carriage, it is forced to move slowly for stable running. In addition, if the engine is to be arranged behind the machine body, interference with the conveyor must be avoided. As a result, the position of the center of gravity of the engine becomes high and stability is lost. Furthermore, in such a case, there is a problem that the rear surface of the crusher is blocked with an engine, and it becomes difficult to maintain the crusher. On the other hand, also in the above-described conventional self-propelled soil improvement machine, the engine is located at a high position behind the machine body. As a result, the position of the center of gravity of the engine becomes high and stability is lost.
[0005]
As a technique for solving such a problem, in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-379162, the applicant inputs a crushing device, a power source that drives the crushing device, and an object to be crushed by the crushing device. A hopper, a feeder that conveys the material to be crushed to the hopper, and a self-propelled carriage on which these are mounted, and a power source is provided on either side of the self-propelled carriage. Proposed a self-propelled crusher in which a hopper and a hopper are arranged side by side and a crushing device is arranged on the other side.
[0006]
According to the present invention, since the power source and the hopper are arranged side by side on the opposite side of the crushing apparatus having the largest weight, the compactness and the stabilization of the weight balance can be achieved. Then, from the viewpoint of installation space and maintenance, the engine fuel tank, which is a power source, is disposed below the hopper sliding plate on the counter-power source side with the hopper interposed therebetween.
[0007]
However, when this arrangement is adopted, the fuel tank has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the upper surface is flat, and the fuel supply port is also provided. They collide with the base of the fuel supply port and damage them. In addition, extra work to remove the crushed material that accumulates on the upper surface of the tank and removes the accumulated crushed material every time the fuel is supplied, and the accumulated dust etc. are mixed during the fuel supply, thus extending the life of the fuel filter. There was a problem that it would be extremely short.
[0008]
Such a problem also occurs in the self-propelled soil improvement machine as long as the hopper and the power source are arranged side by side.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a self-propelled waste disposal machine equipped with a fuel tank that prevents damage caused by an object to be treated spilled from a hopper.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0010]
The means adopted by the self-propelled waste processing machine according to
[0011]
According to the self-propelled waste disposal machine according to the first aspect, since the fuel tank whose upper surface is inclined outward and downward is disposed below the sliding plate of the hopper, some of the objects to be treated that spill from the hopper are Most of it scatters outside the self-propelled carriage along the hopper sliding plate. Even if a part of the tank falls on the upper surface of the tank, the upper surface of the tank is inclined outward and downward, so that it falls and scatters to the outside of the self-propelled carriage as described above. Therefore, a part of the object to be processed is prevented from colliding with the upper surface of the tank and the object to be processed is not deposited on the tank.
[0012]
The means adopted by the self-propelled waste disposal machine according to
[0013]
According to the self-propelled waste disposal machine according to the second aspect, since the fuel supply port is guarded from the falling processing object, the base of the fuel supply port is not damaged, and dust or the like Accumulation is also prevented, so that dust or the like is less likely to be mixed into the fuel when the fuel is supplied, thereby extending the life of the fuel filter.
[0014]
The means adopted by the self-propelled waste disposal device according to claim 3 of the present invention is the self-propelled waste disposal device according to
[0015]
According to the self-propelled waste disposal machine according to the third aspect, even if the object to be treated falls and collides with the upper surface of the fuel tank, it is not damaged, so that safety can be further secured.
