Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a hammer shank in position and not in contact with the position and the hammer shank stop at the string-striking immediately before, to the hammer shank stopper device mute function piano rotating the cushioning material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a normal performance, a piano with a mute function activates an action mechanism by pressing a key, and a hammer strikes a string. At this time, the damper that stops the string vibration is lifted away from the string. As a result, the string vibrates and resonates with the resonance plate to generate sound.
[0003]
When performing a muted performance, the hammer does not strike the string when the key is pressed, and the movement of the key or hammer is detected, and the detection signal is processed by the musical tone control circuit. Etc. to generate musical sounds. As a mechanism for preventing the hammer from striking a string, for example, there is a stopper device described in JP-A-7-191665.
[0004]
1, 12 and 13 show an example in which this type of stopper device is applied to a grand piano. The stopper device 100 includes two rotating shafts 101A and 101B which are divided into two parts, that is, a middle / high sound side and a low sound side, and are arranged on substantially the same axis line between the string S and the hammer shank C. Cushioning materials 103A and 103B are attached to part of the surface via buffering bases 102A and 102B.
[0005]
One end of the middle / high tone side rotation shaft 101A is rotatably supported via a bracket 105A and a bearing 106A fixed to the high tone side inner surface of the bending support column 104 of the instrument body, and the other end thereof is a middle shaft. A fixed bracket 105B is rotatably supported via a bearing 106B. One end of the bass-side rotation shaft 101B is rotatably supported by the bracket 105B via a bearing 106C, and the other end is a bearing (not shown) on a bracket fixed to the bass-side inner surface of the bending column 104. ) To be rotatably supported.
[0006]
A switching device 110 is provided for switching the stopper device 100 between a normal performance state and a mute performance state. This switching device includes a holder 111 attached to the lower surface of the front end portion of the shelf board that supports the keyboard, and a wire that passes through the holder. A knob 113 is attached to the holder 111, and two wires 112A and 112B are coupled to the knob. A connecting plate 113 protruding from the peripheral surface is fixed to the end portions of the rotating shafts 101A and 101B. The tip end of one wire 112A is coupled to a connecting plate 114 of a middle / high-tone side rotating shaft through a guide fitting 115 fixed to a bending column. Similarly, the other wire 112B is coupled to the connecting plate of the bass-side rotating shaft through a guide fitting (not shown).
[0007]
In this stopper device, the knob is retracted to the holder side during normal performance, and accordingly, the rotation shafts 101A and 101B are positioned so that the cushioning materials 103A and 103B face substantially horizontal. Therefore, even if the hammer shank C is rotated upward by the key depression, the hammer H does not hit the shock absorbers 103A and 103B, and the hammer H strikes the string S and normal sound is obtained.
[0008]
On the other hand, when the knob 113 is pulled forward, the wires 112A and 112B are pulled, the connecting plate 113 is pulled downward, and the rotating shafts 101A and 101B rotate accordingly, and the rotating shafts 101A and 101B are cushioning materials. Rotate so that 103A and 103B face downward. Therefore, when the hammer shank C is rotated upward by the key depression, the hammer shank comes into contact with one of the cushioning materials 103A and 103B, and further rotation is prevented. As a result, hammering of the hammer H is avoided, and no sound is produced by the striking. At the same time, the operation of the key or hammer is detected, and the detection signal is processed by the tone control circuit. Therefore, if a headphone terminal or the like is connected to the musical tone control circuit, the musical tone can be heard with the headphone or the like based on the output from the circuit.
[0009]
Further, by making the hammer shank stopping position by the cushioning material close to the striking position, the action will be almost the same as during normal performance. Therefore, almost the same key touch feeling as in normal performance can be obtained. In addition, since the damper is lifted and released from the string by pressing the key, in order to more reliably stop the vibration of the string, there is a case in which a vibration damping device that descends in contact with the string in conjunction with the pulling operation of the knob 113 is provided. is there.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The stopper device is excellent in that a touch feeling almost the same as that of the normal performance can be obtained during the mute performance as described above. However, in order to do so, it is necessary to accurately set the stop position of the hammer shank by the cushioning material. For this reason, it is necessary to adjust the height of the rotating shaft. Conventionally, this adjustment is performed by loosening the mounting screws such as the brackets 105A and 105B that support the rotating shafts 101A and 101B, and then adjusting the position of the brackets up and down and tightening the mounting screws again. . Therefore, for the adjustment, it is necessary to pull out the keyboard and action from the installation position on the shelf, adjust the position of the bracket, and return the keyboard and action to the installation position on the shelf again. Since this has to be performed for any pivot axis, the keyboard and action drawing and returning operations may be performed a plurality of times, and adjustment takes time and effort.
[0011]
In addition, the same adjustment is performed for an upright piano with a mute function. It is also possible to stop the hammer at the position just before striking by touching a member that interlocks with the hammer shank (in the case of an upright piano, a catcher or catcher shank). If the rotation axis for supporting the material is adjusted by the same bracket position adjustment, the adjustment takes time and effort as described above.
[0012]
Here, the hammer shank that is a target of motion suppression for silencing and a member that interlocks with the hammer shank are referred to as a hammer assembly.
[0013]
The present invention provides a hammer shank stopper device for a grand piano with a silencing function, which can solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and can accurately and easily adjust the stop position of the hammer shank with a cushioning material. For the purpose.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The object of the present invention is a hammer shank stopper device for a grand piano with a silencing function for rotating a cushioning material between a position where the hammer shank is stopped just before striking and a position where the hammer shank is not in contact with the hammer shank. [0016]
Embodiment
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings used for description, the same or similar parts may be denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof may be omitted.
[0017]
2 and 3 show an embodiment of the hammer shank stopper device according to the present invention. In the drawings of the following embodiments, the switching device 110 shown in FIG. 12 and the connecting plate 114 that is a connecting portion thereof are omitted. The stopper device 10 is supported by a grand piano main body such as a bending support column or a center rod and extends in the key arrangement direction. The stopper device 10 has an L-shaped cross section and the upper surface of the rotation shaft 1 is opened. An intermediate member 2 extending along the rotation shaft and an adjustment screw 3 penetrating the rotation shaft 1 from the upper surface and extending downward are provided.
[0018]
The rotating shaft 1 is formed with a through-hole through which the adjusting screw 3 passes loosely. After the adjusting screw 3 is passed through the through-hole, the engaging piece 30 is fitted so as to contact the lower surface of the rotating shaft 1. It is done. As a result, the adjustment screw 3 can rotate with respect to the rotation shaft 1 with its vertical position fixed.
[0019]
As the locking piece 30, a ring (speed nut) in which an elastically deforming piece that acts as a detent after being fitted to a rod-shaped member as shown in FIG. A snap ring (E-ring) or the like can be used as a locking piece protruding toward the inner peripheral side at the center. Further, as the locking piece 30, as shown in FIG. 6 , a C-shaped curved piece 31 along the peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 1 can be used. As shown in FIG. 6B, the curved piece 31 is a branch portion 31b in which the distal end side of the base portion 31a is divided into two portions, and the adjusting screw 3 is passed between them. The curved piece 31 has a length that covers the circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 1 over a half circumference and has a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the rotating shaft 1. Therefore, when fitted on the rotating shaft 1, it is fixed on the rotating shaft 1 by elastic force. When the snap ring or the curved piece 31 is used as the locking piece, a groove is formed at the ring fitting position in the adjustment screw 3.
[0020]
A female screw is formed on the surface of the rotating shaft 1 opposite to the intermediate member 2, and a set screw 5 is screwed therein. By fastening the set screw 5, the adjustment screw 3 after position adjustment can be securely fixed.
[0021]
On the side surface of the rotating shaft 1 on the side of the intermediate member 2, screw holes 1 a in which female screws are cut are formed at two or more positions separated in the axial direction, corresponding to the screw holes 1 a in the vertical wall of the intermediate member 2. A long hole 20 that is slightly wider than the screw hole 1a and extends in the vertical direction is formed at the position where the screw hole 1a is formed. The intermediate member 2 is attached by screwing a fixing screw 21 into the screw hole 1a of the rotating shaft 1 through the long hole 20, and the position can be adjusted in the vertical direction by loosening the fixing screw.
[0022]
A cushioning material 4 is bonded to the lower surface of the horizontal wall at the lower end of the intermediate member 2. A nut member 22 is fixed to the upper surface of the horizontal wall of the intermediate member 2 by welding, adhesion, or the like, and the nut member 22 has a female screw that is screwed into the adjusting screw 3.
[0023]
This hammer shank stopper device is used as follows. First, the apparatus is assembled as follows. An intermediate member 2 is attached to the rotating shaft 1. This is done by applying the intermediate member 2 to the rotating shaft 1 and screwing the fixing screw 21 into the female screw 1a of the rotating shaft 1 from the long hole 20. Next, the adjusting screw 3 is passed through the through hole of the rotating shaft 1, the locking piece 30 is fitted from the tip side to the middle position, and the tip portion is screwed into the nut member 22 to some extent. In this state, the locking piece is positioned so as to be in contact with the lower surface of the rotating shaft 1 and the vertical position of the adjusting screw 3 is fixed. Further, a set screw is screwed into the rotating shaft 1.
[0024]
The assembled device is attached to the piano body. This is done by fixing the pivot shaft 1 to the piano body. The rotation shaft 1 can be attached to the piano body in the same manner as in the past, such as by supporting the end portion with a bracket. After this, the action and keyboard are set at predetermined positions on the piano body.
[0025]
After installation, the height of the cushioning material is adjusted as follows. As shown in FIG. 5, in the assembled state, loosen the fixing screw 21, rotated the necessary amount of adjustment screw 3 at driver. Since the adjustment screw 3 is fixed in the vertical position with respect to the rotation shaft 1, the intermediate member 2 moves up and down by this rotation. Therefore, the position of the intermediate member 2 is adjusted so that the cushioning material 4 comes into contact with the hammer shank C and stops at an appropriate position immediately before striking while pushing the key and moving the hammer H in the direction of striking. When the position is determined, the fixing screw 21 is tightened to fix the intermediate member 2 to the rotating shaft 1. Further, the set screw 5 is tightened to fix the adjustment screw 3. The intermediate member 2 repeatedly receives the pressure applied from the hammer shank C by pressing the key through the cushioning material 4, but is firmly held by the rotating shaft 1 by fastening the screw as described above. Is reliably prevented.
[0026]
The adjustment screw 3, the fixing screw 21, and the set screw 5 can be provided near the rib of the piano frame by removing the region where the strings are stretched. The screw can be freely tightened or loosened. However, these screws can be provided at the position where the string is stretched, and in this case, the operation is performed from the gap of the string.
[0027]
FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the hammer shank stopper device according to the present invention. This stopper device 10A is the same in that the same adjustment screw 3 as that in the above-described example is inserted into the rotation shaft 1 and fixed in the vertical direction by the locking piece 30 and the set screw 5 is provided. In this example, the intermediate member 2A is not a L-shaped cross-section but a square bar, and an upper surface of the intermediate member 2A is formed with a female screw hole 1b that engages with a screw portion below the adjustment screw 3. A compression coil spring 6 is fitted between the locking piece 30 and the intermediate member 2A so as to act in the direction of separating them. A cushioning material 4 similar to that described above is bonded to the lower surface of the intermediate member 2A.
[0028]
10A of this stopper apparatus inserts the adjustment screw 3 in the rotating shaft 1, and after attaching the latching piece 30, it fits the coil spring 6, and screwes the adjustment screw 3 in the female screw hole 1b of the intermediate member 2A. Assembled. And the attachment to a piano main body is performed like the above-mentioned. Subsequent adjustment of the height of the cushioning material 4 can be performed simply by rotating the adjusting screw 3. The vertical position of the intermediate member 2A determined by the screwing position with the adjusting screw 3 can be obtained with high accuracy because the backlash and rattling of the screw engagement is prevented by the action of the coil spring 6. After the adjustment, the set screw 5 prevents the adjustment screw 3 from rotating, and the buffer material position can be firmly held.
[0029]
8 to 10 show still another embodiment of the hammer shank stopper device according to the present invention. This stopper device 10B is the same as the example of FIG. 7 in that the intermediate member 2B is a bar having a square cross section and the buffer material 4 is bonded to the lower surface. The rotary shaft 1B in this example has a cross-sectional shape of a circle for rotation support at both ends 1Bn, and a rectangle for operability of an adjusting screw and a set screw described later at the center 1Bm. At both ends of the central portion 1Bm, an adjustment screw 3B that penetrates from the upper surface and extends downward, and a set screw 5B that extends parallel to the adjustment screw 3B on both sides thereof are provided. The adjusting screw 3B is loosely passed through the through hole of the rotating shaft 1B, and the head whose diameter has been expanded is supported by the rotating shaft 1B, so that the vertical position of the adjusting screw 3B is fixed to the rotating shaft 1B. It can be rotated. The lower part of the adjusting screw 3B is screwed into the screw hole of the intermediate member 2B. The set screw 5B is screwed into the screw hole of the rotating shaft 1B, and the lower end is brought into contact with the upper surface of the intermediate member 2B.
[0030]
In this stopper device 10B, the adjusting screw 3B is inserted into the rotating shaft 1B, the lower part is screwed into the screw hole 1b of the intermediate member, the set screw 5B is screwed into the rotating shaft 1B, and the tip part is screwed into the intermediate member 2B. It is assembled by making it contact | abut. And the attachment to a piano main body is performed like the above-mentioned. The height of the cushioning material 4 is adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw 3 with the set screw 5B positioned slightly above. After the adjustment, the set screw 5B is rotated and sent downward, and is firmly brought into contact with the intermediate member 2B, so that backlash and loosening of the adjustment screw 3B are prevented, and the buffer material position can be firmly held. .
[0031]
In each of the above-described embodiments, as a structure for supporting the cushioning material 4 so that the interval with respect to the rotation shaft 1 can be adjusted, an adjustment provided with a number of locking grooves in the longitudinal direction instead of the adjustment screws 3 and 3B. A pin is used, and the intermediate members 2, 2A, 2B have a straight hole that slidably receives the adjustment pin instead of the screw hole, and a through hole that passes through the hole in the radial direction in the vicinity of the screwing portion of the adjustment screw. It is also possible to adopt a structure in which a hole is provided and a locking pin is inserted into the through hole so as to be freely inserted and removed. According to this, if the insertion position of the adjustment pin with respect to the intermediate member is adjusted, and the locking pin is pushed in at that position and locked to the adjustment pin, the position of the cushioning material relative to the hammer shank can be adjusted and fixed. . In order to make the adjustment pin fixed more securely, the locking pin is preferably urged in the direction toward the adjustment pin by a spring or the like supported by the intermediate member.
[0032]
FIG. 11 shows still another embodiment of the hammer shank stopper device according to the present invention. In the stopper device 10B, the height adjustment is performed by the mounting portion 7 provided between the rotating shaft 1C and the piano body. The mounting portion 7 is supported by a fixing member 8 fixed to a grand piano body L such as a bending support column or a center rod, and is supported so as to be vertically adjustable with respect to the fixing member, and supports the end portion of the rotating shaft 1C. And a fixing screw 8 that passes through the fixed member 8 and the movable member 9 and extends in the vertical direction, and a fastening screw 90 for firmly fixing the movable member 9 to the piano body L.
[0033]
The fixed member 8 and the movable member 9 are both L-shaped, and the horizontal part is used with the fixed member 8 on the bottom and the movable member 9 on the top, and the vertical parts are overlapped with each other. In this embodiment, the vertical portion of the movable member 9 contacts the piano body, and the vertical portion of the fixed member 8 is overlaid thereon. A through-hole 91 through which the adjustment screw 3C passes loosely is formed in the horizontal portion of the movable member 9, and a support cylinder 92 through which the end of the rotating shaft 1C is passed is fixed to the upper surface, and the support cylinder 92 is passed through the support cylinder. A set screw 93 for fixing the rotating shaft 1C is screwed. A screw hole 80 that is screwed into the adjusting screw 3C is provided in the horizontal portion of the fixing member 8.
[0034]
The adjustment screw 3 </ b> C extends through the through hole 91 of the movable member 9 from above and is screwed into the screw hole 80 of the fixed member 8 at the lower part. Two to four through holes 81 through which the fastening screws 90 are loosely passed are formed in the vertical portion of the fixed member 8, and vertically long holes 92 through which the fastening screws 90 are passed correspond to the through holes 81 in the vertical portion of the movable member 9. It is formed in the position to do.
[0035]
This hammer shank stopper device is used as follows. First, the fixed member 8 and the movable member 9 are positioned relative to each other as described above, the adjustment screw 3C is passed through the through hole 91 of the movable member 9, the locking piece 30 is mounted, and the vertical position relative to the movable member 9 is set. Is fixed to the screw hole of the fixing member 8. The end of the rotating shaft 1C is passed through the support cylinder 92 of the movable member 9, and a set screw 93 is fastened and fixed. Next, the movable member 9 is placed in a predetermined position of the piano body with the fixed member 8 being overlapped, and the fastening screw 90 is passed through the through hole 81 of the fixed member 8 and the long hole 92 of the movable member 9 and is loosely screwed into the piano body. And temporarily stop them. After that, the keyboard and action are installed at appropriate positions on the shelf of the piano body.
[0036]
When the adjustment screw 3C is rotated in this state, the vertical position of the adjustment screw 3C is fixed with respect to the movable member 9, so that the movable member 9 is moved forward and backward in the vertical direction with respect to the screw hole of the fixed member 8. Move up and down. Thereby, the height of 1 C of rotating shafts and the buffer material 4 can be adjusted. When the height adjustment is completed, the movable member 9 is fixed together with the fixed member 8 to the piano body by tightening the fastening screw 90. This height adjustment is similarly performed at the other end of the rotating shaft 1C.
[0037]
In addition, as a structure of the mounting portion that supports the rotation shaft 1C so that the position of the rotation shaft 1C can be adjusted with respect to the instrument body, an adjustment pin having a number of locking grooves in the longitudinal direction is used instead of the adjustment screw 3C. The fixing member 8 is provided with a linear hole that slidably receives the adjustment pin instead of the screw hole, and a through hole that communicates with the hole in the radial direction in the vicinity of the screwing portion of the adjustment screw. It is also possible to adopt a structure in which a locking pin is removably inserted. According to this, if the insertion position of the adjusting pin with respect to the fixing member is adjusted, and the locking pin is pushed in at that position and locked to the adjusting pin, the position of the buffer material relative to the hammer shank can be adjusted and fixed. In order to secure the fixing of the adjusting pin, it is desirable that the locking pin is urged in the direction toward the adjusting pin by a spring or the like supported by the fixing member.
[0038]
The structure of the attachment portion 7 can take various forms other than the above. For example, instead of the above, a screw hole to be screwed into the adjustment screw 3C may be formed in the horizontal portion of the movable member 9, and a through hole through which the adjustment screw 3C is loosely passed may be formed in the fixed member 8. In this case, the locking piece 30 is removed from the movable member 9 and fitted to the adjustment screw 3 </ b> C on both sides of the screw hole of the fixed member 8.
[0039]
Any of the above hammer shank stopper devices is installed on the grand piano so as to cooperate with the switching device 110 shown in FIG. 12 or the switching device having the same function.
[0040]
In the above description, the grand piano is targeted, but the present invention can be applied to an upright piano as well. Further, the stopper device may have a structure in contact with a member interlocked with the hammer shank in addition to the hammer shank. For example, in the case of an upright piano, it is possible to stop the hammer at a position just before hitting the string by contacting a catcher or a catcher shank.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As apparent from the above, according to the present invention, in contact with the hammer shank and the position not in contact with the position and the hammer shank to stop its operation in the string-striking immediately before is rotated selectively cushioning material In the hammer shank stopper device for a piano with a silencing function that switches between the silencing state and the soundable state according to these, the following effects can be obtained.
[0042]
In the first invention, a pivot shaft supported by the instrument main body and extending in the key arrangement direction, and an intermediate section supporting the cushioning material so as to extend along the pivot shaft and adjust the distance to the pivot shaft. A member and a fixing member for fixing a relative position of the intermediate member with respect to the rotation axis. Therefore, if the position of the buffer member with respect to the rotating shaft is adjusted by adjusting the position of the intermediate member, the position of the buffer material with respect to the hammer shank is adjusted. As a result, the stop position of the hammer shank can be adjusted accurately and simply with the pivot shaft attached to the piano body without pulling out the keyboard or action from the piano body.
[0043]
According to the second aspect of the invention, a rotation shaft that extends in the key arrangement direction and supports the cushioning material, a mounting portion that supports the rotation shaft so that the position of the rotation shaft can be adjusted, and the rotation shaft is adjusted. And a fixing member for fixing to the instrument body. Therefore, if the position of the rotating shaft is adjusted by the mounting portion, the position of the cushioning material with respect to the hammer shank is adjusted. Also in this case, the stop position of the hammer shank can be adjusted accurately and easily with the pivot shaft attached to the piano body without pulling out the keyboard or action from the piano body.
