However, the prior art has the following disadvantages: 1. the existing technology adjusts the butt assembly by visual inspection, and the butt assembly has non-vertical deflection and uneven gap. 2. The production efficiency of workers is low, the operation is troublesome, and the repeated adjustment is needed.

the butt is provided with a positioning rack, and comprises a positioning block and a groove plate; the positioning block is of a strip-shaped structure with a rectangular cross section, and the length direction extends along the left-right direction; a plurality of inter-groove plates are arranged at the rear position of the upper end surface of the positioning block, and the inter-groove plates are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction, so that a plurality of positioning grooves which are sequentially arranged along the left-right direction are formed among the inter-groove plates; the width of the positioning grooves corresponds to the thickness of the cams in the butt assemblies, the number of the positioning grooves is the same as that of butt assemblies of a piano, and the spacing of the positioning grooves corresponds to the spacing of the butt assemblies after assembly.
The inter-groove plates are cube-shaped, the rear end faces of the inter-groove plates are aligned with the rear end faces of the positioning blocks, the upper end faces of all the inter-groove plates are aligned with each other, and the front end faces of all the inter-groove plates are aligned with each other.
The upper end face of the positioning block is provided with yielding holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning grooves, and the yielding holes are positioned right below the positioning grooves.
The positioning blocks and the plates between the grooves are all made of aluminum alloy.
The positioning block and the plate between the grooves are of an integrated structure.
The width of the positioning groove is 9.3mm.
The number of the positioning grooves is 88, 30 on the left are high-pitch groups, 28 in the middle are medium-pitch groups, and 30 on the right are low-pitch groups; the groove spacing of the positioning grooves in the high-pitch group is 14.4mm, the groove spacing of the positioning grooves in the medium-pitch group is 14mm, the groove spacing of the positioning grooves in the low-pitch group is 12.7mm, the groove spacing of the adjacent positioning grooves between the high-pitch group and the medium-pitch group is 55mm, and the groove spacing of the adjacent positioning grooves between the medium-pitch group and the low-pitch group is 35mm; the width of the positioning block in the front-rear direction is 35mm, and the height is 12mm; the width of the inter-groove plate in the front-rear direction was 23mm and the height was 8mm. The slot spacing refers to the distance between the centers of adjacent detents.
The upper end surface of the positioning block is provided with yielding holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning grooves, and the yielding holes are positioned right below the positioning grooves; the depth of the relief hole is 8mm.
The front end face of the positioning block is used for supporting the rear end of the aluminum main rail.

The butt is assembled with a positioning rack, which comprises a positioning block and a slot plate.
The locating piece is rectangular structure in cross section, and the length direction extends along left and right directions. The upper end face is connected with the inter-groove plate at a rear position, the lower end face is arranged on the assembly platform, the front end face props against the rear end of the aluminum main rail, and the rear end face is flush with the rear end face of the inter-groove plate. The upper end face of the positioning block is provided with yielding holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning grooves, and the yielding holes are positioned right below the positioning grooves and are used for accommodating springs below the butt assembly.
The inter-groove plates are cube-shaped and are sequentially arranged at intervals along the left-right direction. The upper end surfaces are flush with each other, the front end surfaces are flush with each other, and the rear end surfaces are flush with each other. A locating groove is formed between the adjacent groove plates in a surrounding mode, the width of the locating groove corresponds to the thickness of the cam of the butt assembly, namely, the width of the locating groove is slightly larger than the thickness of the cam, the cam is not inclined after being placed in, and the easy taking and placing of the cam can be met.
The positioning blocks and the plates between the grooves are all made of aluminum alloy. The positioning block and the plate between the grooves are of an integrated structure.
In this embodiment, the width of the positioning groove is 9.3mm. When the vertical piano string striking machine is assembled, the invention is propped against the rear end of the aluminum main gear, and the first butt assembly is arranged, so that the shaft bracket is opposite to the mounting hole of the aluminum main gear, and the butt assembly positioning rack can be aligned.
