Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solar cell module in which a translucent plate is disposed on a light receiving surface and a solar cell element enclosed in a translucent resin is disposed on the lower surface side thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A solar cell module called a so-called super straight type, a filling type or a resin potting type, in which a light transmitting plate is arranged on the light receiving surface and a solar cell element sealed in a light transmitting resin is arranged on the lower surface side thereof. is there. For example, what is referred to as a filling type or a resin potting type includes a plurality of solar cell elements b electrically connected in series or in parallel by an interconnector a as shown in FIG. An output wire f encapsulated in a lower housing portion d of the translucent plate c via the translucent resin e and electrically connected to the solar cell element b is exposed to the outside from the translucent resin e. Light such as sunlight passes through the light transmitting plate c and is incident on the solar cell element b. The incident light generates an electromotive force in the solar cell element b, and the electromotive force is output to the output wire f. Can be taken out from the outside.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a solar cell module, as a method of electrically connecting the output wire f to the solar cell element b, as shown in the figure, the output wire f is directly soldered and bonded to the solar cell element b for convenience. This method is generally adopted. However, when the output wire f is directly soldered to the solar cell element b, there are the following problems.
[0004]
In other words, when an excessive pulling force is applied to the output wire during the assembly of the final product using this solar cell module, the translucent resin that encloses the solar cell element is relatively soft, so that the pulling force is applied to the solder joint. Directly applied, the solder joint may come off, or the solar cell element may crack. In addition, since the pulling force of the output wire is directly applied to the solder joint portion, when the final product using this solar cell module is installed in a place where it is exposed to vibration due to a car, wind pressure, etc., the solder joint portion Is always exposed to stress such as pulling by the output wire, which may cause a problem in reliability.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention aims to solve the above problems and provide a solar cell module with high reliability against stress caused by pulling of an output wire.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows. That is, in the solar cell module according to the present invention, a plurality of solar cell elements electrically connected in series or in parallel by an interconnector are enclosed in a translucent resin, and a translucent plate is disposed on the top. The output wire electrically connected to the solar cell element is exposed to the outside from the translucent resin, and power is generated in the solar cell element by the light transmitted through the translucent plate and incident on the solar cell element. A solar cell module that can be taken out from the output wire , wherein the translucent plate has a case shape with an opening at the bottom, and a housing portion is provided, and a translucent resin is provided in the housing portion. And a thin metal plate is enclosed in the translucent resin together with the solar cell element in a state where the tip of the output wire is exposed to the outside from the translucent resin. Out Is electrically connected between the wire, the metal sheet is provided below the solar cell element, the output wire to the lower surface with the interconnector connected to the solar cell element to the upper surface of the metal sheet is connected And a tensile force applied to the output wire is supported by the thin metal plate and the translucent resin .
[0007]
According to the present invention, since the metal thin plate sealed together with the solar cell element in the translucent resin is electrically connected between the solar cell element and the output wire, a large tensile force is applied to the output wire. Even if it is applied, the tensile force is supported by the thin metal plate and the translucent resin in which it is encapsulated. Therefore, a large tensile force is not directly applied to the solar cell element, and it is resistant to stress caused by pulling of the output wire. Can improve the reliability.

The reason for pulling at 0.45 kgf and 0.75 kgf is that the output wire preferably withstands a pulling force of about 5N (0.51 kgf) according to the JIS standard for electronic components. Pulled with force.

[0020]
As shown in Table 1, at the tensile force of 0.75 kgf, in the example, there was no problem for all of the five samples, but in the comparative example, the translucent resin was partially peeled off for all of the five samples, Among the 4 samples, bubbles were generated in the solar cell module, and the remaining 1 sample was cracked in the solar cell element.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the metal thin plate sealed together with the solar cell element in the translucent resin is electrically connected between the solar cell element and the output wire, a large tensile force is applied to the output wire. Even if applied, the tensile force is supported by the thin metal plate and the translucent resin in which it is encapsulated, so that a large tensile force is not directly applied to the solar cell element. The reliability can be improved.
