[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above handle structure has the following problems in terms of assemblability and decomposability. The handle disassembly refers to disassembling when recycling or disassembling during maintenance.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 13, in the conventional handle structure, the
[0014]
In addition, after the handle cover is assembled to the handle rod, elastic deformation of the handle rod in the lateral direction (the arrow X direction shown in FIG. 13) is suppressed by the handle cover. Could not be assembled. For this reason, the handle is assembled to the upper portion of the tank portion in the procedure of attaching the handle cover to the handle rod after the handle rod is assembled to the handle mounting plate located on the upper surface of the tank portion in advance. Due to the limitation of the procedure, the workability when assembling the handle to the fuel tank has become more complicated.
[0015]
Further, in the conventional handle structure, the number of parts constituting the handle is large, resulting in an increase in manufacturing cost.
[0016]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a liquid supply apparatus having a handle structure that can be easily assembled and disassembled and has a reduced number of parts, and liquid fuel combustion provided with the same An object is to provide an apparatus.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A liquid supply apparatus according to the present invention is a liquid supply apparatus that is detachably attached to an apparatus main body and supplies liquid to the apparatus main body in accordance with the operation of the apparatus main body, and includes a tank portion and a handle. The tank portion has an upper plate that covers the upper side, and stores the liquid therein. The handle is provided on the upper plate of the tank portion, and includes a metal rod that is rotatably attached to the upper plate of the tank portion, and a resin handle cover that is attached to the metal rod. The handle cover has a concave portion for receiving the metal rod and a claw portion for locking the metal rod received in the concave portion on one of the surfaces positioned in the rotation direction of the handle.
[0018]
In this way, by providing a recess for receiving the metal rod on one side of the handle cover and a claw portion for locking the metal rod, the handle can be handled in a very simple operation by simply pressing the handle cover against the metal rod. Assembling can be done. Further, the handle can be disassembled by a simple operation of simply pulling the handle cover away from the metal bar. On the other hand, since the metal bar is locked by the claw portion, the lock of the metal bar by the handle cover is stably maintained during use.
[0019]
In the liquid supply apparatus according to the present invention, for example, the handle cover is preferably made of one member formed by injection molding. Thus, by making the handle cover a resin cover made of one member formed by injection molding, the handle can be configured with two parts of the metal rod and the handle cover made of one member. The score is greatly reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0020]
In the liquid supply apparatus according to the present invention, for example, it is preferable that the claw portion is formed in the recess. As described above, by providing the claw portion in the concave portion, there is no unevenness on the surface of the handle other than the concave portion, so that the grip comfort of the handle is remarkably improved.
[0021]
In the liquid supply apparatus according to the present invention, for example, the claw portion may be provided on a wall surface that holds the metal rod from below in a state in which the handle is raised, among the wall surfaces constituting the recess. preferable. In this way, by providing a claw portion on the wall surface of the recess that holds the metal rod from below in the state that caused the handle, even when a vertical downward tensile load applied to the metal rod when the fuel tank is lifted, The metal bar and the handle cover are stably locked. As a result, it is possible to prevent the handle cover from falling off the metal rod.
[0022]
In the liquid supply apparatus according to the present invention, for example, the metal rod includes a rotating shaft portion attached to the upper plate, first and second extending portions extending and extending from the rotating shaft portion, A handle portion connecting ends of the first and second extending portions opposite to the rotation shaft portion side, and at least one of each of the first and second extending portions and the handle portion It is preferable that the nail | claw part is provided so that the above may be latched. Thus, by providing one or more claw portions on each of the three sides of the handle cover corresponding to each of the first and second extending portions and the handle portion of the metal rod, the relationship between the metal rod and the handle cover is provided. The stop is stably maintained. For this reason, it becomes possible to more reliably prevent the handle cover from falling off the metal rod.
[0023]
The liquid supply device according to the present invention further includes a resin tank cover that covers the upper plate, the tank cover includes a handle storage portion that receives the handle on the upper surface, and the handle cover causes the handle. Therefore, it is desirable that the handle cover is prevented from falling off from the metal rod by abutting against the wall surface of the tank cover constituting the handle storage portion. In this way, by configuring the handle cover to abut against the wall surface of the tank cover in a state where the handle is raised, the handle cover is prevented from falling off from the metal rod.
[0024]
A liquid fuel combustion apparatus according to the present invention includes any one of the liquid supply apparatuses described above. By using a liquid fuel combustion apparatus including any one of the liquid supply apparatuses described above, it is possible to provide a liquid fuel combustion apparatus that is excellent in terms of assembly and decomposability and that has a reduced number of parts. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced.
[0025]
