TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid fuel combustion device represented by a petroleum fan heater and a petroleum stove. Further, the present invention relates to a liquid supply device which is detachably mounted on these devices and supplies liquid to the device main body in accordance with the operation of the device main body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A cartridge type liquid supply device which is detachably attached to a device main body and supplies a liquid according to the operation of the device main body has been applied to various devices. As one of them, a liquid fuel combustion device is known. Hereinafter, a petroleum fan heater will be exemplified as an example of the liquid fuel combustion device, and the structure thereof will be described.

By adopting the above-described handle structure, it becomes possible to provide an oil fan heater having a fuel tank that is easy to hold and that can be easily handled by elderly people and women.
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above handle structure has the following problems in terms of assemblability and disassembly. Note that disassembly of the handle indicates disassembly for recycling or disassembly for maintenance.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 13, in the conventional handle structure, a
[0014]
After the handle cover is attached to the hanging rod, the elastic deformation of the hanging rod in the lateral direction (the direction indicated by the arrow X in FIG. 13) is suppressed by the grip cover. Could not be assembled. For this reason, the handle is attached to the upper part of the tank part by a procedure in which the handle rod is previously attached to the handle attachment plate located on the upper surface of the tank part, and then the handle cover is attached to the suspension rod. Due to such a limitation in the procedure, the workability when assembling the handle to the fuel tank has been further complicated.
[0015]
Further, in the conventional handle structure, the number of parts constituting the handle is large, which has led to an increase in manufacturing cost.
[0016]
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and has a handle structure in which assembly and disassembly can be easily performed and the number of parts is reduced, and a liquid fuel combustion apparatus including the same is provided. It is intended to provide a device.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A liquid supply device according to the present invention is a liquid supply device that is detachably attached to a device main body and supplies liquid to the device main body in accordance with operation of the device main body, and includes a tank unit and a handle. The tank has an upper plate that covers the upper part, and stores the liquid inside. The handle is provided on the upper plate of the tank portion, and includes a metal bar rotatably attached to the upper plate of the tank portion, and a resin handle cover attached to the metal bar. The handle cover has a concave portion for receiving the metal rod and a claw portion for locking the metal rod received in the concave portion on one of the surfaces located in the rotation direction of the handle.
[0018]
As described above, by providing the concave portion for receiving the metal bar on one side of the handle cover and the claw portion for locking the metal bar, the handle can be easily processed by simply pressing the handle cover against the metal bar. Assembly can be performed. Further, the handle can be disassembled by a simple operation of merely separating the handle cover from the metal bar. On the other hand, since the metal rod is locked by the claw portion, the locking of the metal rod by the handle cover is stably maintained during use.
[0019]
In the liquid supply device according to the present invention, for example, it is preferable that the handle cover is formed of one member formed by injection molding. As described above, by making the handle cover a one-piece resin cover formed by injection molding, the handle can be composed of two parts, the metal rod and the one-piece handle cover. The number of points is greatly reduced, and manufacturing costs can be reduced.
[0020]
In the liquid supply device according to the present invention, for example, it is preferable that the claw portion is formed in the concave portion. In this manner, by providing the claw portion in the concave portion, there is no unevenness on the surface of the handle other than the concave portion, so that the gripping comfort of the handle is remarkably improved.
[0021]
In the liquid supply device according to the present invention, for example, the claw portion may be provided on a wall surface that holds the metal bar from below, in a state where the handle is raised, of the wall surface that forms the concave portion. preferable. In this way, by providing the claw portion on the wall surface of the concave portion that holds the metal rod from below with the handle raised, even when the fuel tank is lifted, the vertical downward load applied to the metal rod is also reduced. The engagement between the metal bar and the handle cover is stably ensured. As a result, it is possible to prevent the handle cover from falling off from the metal bar.
[0022]
In the above-described liquid supply device according to the present invention, for example, the metal rod includes a rotating shaft portion attached to the upper plate, first and second extending portions extending upright from the rotating shaft portion, A handle portion for connecting ends of the first and second extension portions opposite to the rotation shaft portion side, and at least one of each of the first and second extension portions and the handle portion; It is preferable that a claw portion is provided to lock the above. In this way, by providing one or more claws on each of the three sides of the handle cover corresponding to the first and second extending portions and the handle portion of the metal bar, the engagement between the metal bar and the handle cover is provided. Stability is maintained stably. For this reason, the handle cover can be more reliably prevented from falling off from the metal bar.
[0023]
In the liquid supply device according to the present invention, the liquid supply device further includes a resin tank cover that covers the upper plate, the tank cover includes a handle receiving portion that receives a handle on an upper surface, and the handle cover is in a state where the handle is raised. It is preferable that the handle cover is prevented from falling off from the metal bar by contacting the wall surface of the tank cover constituting the handle storage portion. In this way, by configuring the handle cover to come into contact with the wall surface of the tank cover with the handle raised, it is possible to prevent the handle cover from falling off from the metal bar.
[0024]
A liquid fuel combustion device according to the present invention includes any one of the above-described liquid supply devices. By using a liquid fuel combustion device provided with any of the above-described liquid supply devices, it is possible to obtain a liquid fuel combustion device that is excellent in terms of assemblability and decomposability, and that has a reduced number of parts. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be significantly reduced.
[0025]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
