【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、駐輪装置に関する。さらに詳述すると、本発明は、自転車やオートバイ等の二輪車を載せる駐輪台を、その前部を中心に後部を左右に揺動させる揺動式の駐輪装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
限られたスペースにできるだけ多くの二輪車を保管するために、所謂揺動式の駐輪装置がある。揺動式の駐輪装置は二輪車を載せる駐輪台を左右に揺動可能にしたもので、例えば、特開平8−42178号公報に開示されたものがある。かかる駐輪装置では、図12及び図13に示すように、受け板101に装着されたブラケット102に縦軸104を介して駐輪台105の前部105aを取り付け、その後部105bを左右に揺動可能にしている。駐輪台105の後部105bにはローラ106が設けられている。

揺動式駐輪装置は、駐輪場に幅方向に出来るだけ間隔をつめて多数並べて設置するのが一般的である。したがって、駐輪台105を使用する場合、隣の駐輪台105が使用されていると、その駐輪台105に載せられている二輪車が邪魔になる。このため、揺動式駐輪装置では、隣の駐輪台105を二輪車ごと揺動させて駐輪台105の間隔を広げ、目的の駐輪台105を使い易くする。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述の揺動式駐輪装置では、揺動させた駐輪台105を利用者がわざわざ元の位置(中立位置)に戻す必要があった。また、利用者が駐輪場を移動中に駐輪台105に接触してこれを揺動させてしまうこともあった。こられのため駐輪台105が揺動した状態で放置される傾向にあった。駐輪台105が揺動した状態で放置されると、保管している二輪車の列が乱れて美観を損ない、見る者に煩雑な印象を与えてしまう。また、駐輪台105が揺動した状態で放置されていると、次にその駐輪台105を使用する者が、使う前にわざわざ駐輪台105を中立位置に戻さなければならず、使い勝手が悪かった。

かかる目的を達成するために請求項記載の駐輪装置は、駐輪台と、駐輪台をその前部を中心に後部を左右に揺動させる揺動手段と、駐輪台の揺動角度を制限する角度制限手段と、駐輪台を所定角度に揺動させた状態で保持する保持手段と、駐輪台を揺動の中立位置に復帰させる復帰手段を備え、角度制限手段、保持手段及び復帰手段を駐輪台の揺動中心軸に設けたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の構成を図面に示す最良の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。

図1〜図6に、本発明を適用した駐輪装置の実施形態の一例を示す。駐輪装置1は所謂揺動式のもので、二輪車を載せる駐輪台2を、その前部2aを中心に後部2bを左右に揺動可能にしており、駐輪台2を揺動の中立位置3に復帰させる復帰手段4を備えている。本実施形態では、駐輪装置1は、二輪車を載せる駐輪台2と、駐輪台2をその前部2aを中心に後部2bを左右に揺動させる揺動手段5と、駐輪台2の揺動角度を制限する角度制限手段6と、駐輪台2を所定角度に揺動させた状態で保持する保持手段7と、駐輪台2を揺動の中立位置3に復帰させる復帰手段4を備え、角度制限手段6、保持手段7及び復帰手段4を駐輪台2の揺動中心軸8に設けている。

以上説明したように、請求項記載の駐輪装置では、駐輪台と、駐輪台をその前部を中心に後部を左右に揺動させる揺動手段と、駐輪台の揺動角度を制限する角度制限手段と、駐輪台を所定角度に揺動させた状態で保持する保持手段と、駐輪台を揺動の中立位置に復帰させる復帰手段を備え、角度制限手段、保持手段及び復帰手段を駐輪台の揺動中心軸に設けているので、揺動式の駐輪装置において、揺動させた駐輪台を自動的に中立位置に復帰させることができる。このため、駐輪装置の使い勝手を向上させることができると共に、保管している二輪車を綺麗に並べておくことができ、駐輪場の美観が悪化するのを防止することができる。また、角度制限手段、保持手段、復帰手段が邪魔になるのを防止することができ、このことからも駐輪装置の使い勝手を向上させることができる。
