Claims (2)
- 荷電粒子放射能を有する物質と、一つの碍子と、前記荷電粒子放射能を有する物質を把持し前記碍子に固定するための一対の支柱と、前記支柱を介して前記荷電粒子放射能を有する物質に電流を供給するための一対の端子とからなる構造体において、支柱と端子が共に機械的に切り離されながら前記碍子に設けられ、しかも支柱と端子とが金属線又は金属箔を介して電気的に接合されていることを特徴とする荷電粒子放射源。
- 荷電粒子放射能を有する物質が、希土類元素の六硼化物の単結晶からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の荷電粒子放射源。
