Description

【0001】

In recent years, as shown in FIG. 9, a separate mouth member 5 ′ formed from a synthetic resin and having a spout 7a ′ is attached by heat sealing inside the upper edge of the bag-like container body 1 ′. A container is often used as a container in which an object to be stored such as drinking water is filled.
[0003]
In manufacturing such a container, the container body 1 ′ is made of a flexible sheet such as a synthetic resin film and a laminate sheet such as an aluminum foil, and the inner surface of the sheet body is heat-fusible. The container is heat-sealed to form a bag shape, and the boat-shaped portion 5a 'of the mouth member 5' is inserted into the opening at the upper end of the bag-shaped container body 1 'so that the upper edge of the container body 1' is The mouth member 5 ′ is attached by heat sealing, and the container body 1 ′ is sealed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional container, the upper edge is sealed by heat sealing from the outer surface, so that the heat seal mold (seal bar mold) remains in such a part, and wrinkles are generated on the surface part. Had a problem. In order to reduce the commercial value, such heat-sealing molds and bags are generally not used in containers having an important appearance such as cosmetic containers in the conventional containers described above.
In particular, the attachment of the mouth member is performed by heat sealing at the upper end as described above, and therefore, the problem of the expression of the heat seal mold and wrinkles at the upper end edge is remarkable.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve such problems, and is excellent in aesthetics, and provides a container in which a mouth member can be securely and firmly attached, and a method for manufacturing the same. Let it be an issue.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, a container according to the present invention, the container body 1 a flexible Do Ri sheet inner surface from the sheet material of ing the heat-fusible resin, the spout The container body 1 is provided with a mouth member 5 having 7a, and the container body 1 is formed with a notch 4 in the vicinity of the opening edge 1a that is folded and exposed to the opposite inner surface of the sheet. and, the mouth member 5, a covering portion 6 provided so as to cover the opening edge 1a of the folded spout 7a and pouring part 7 which is thermally fused to the formed inner surface of the container body 1 is integrally molded The covering portion 6 is characterized in that it is heat- sealed with the opposing sheet inner surface exposed from the notch 4.
[0007]
In the container according to the present invention having such a configuration, the covering portion 6 of the mouth member 5 is bonded to the inner surface of the sheet exposed from the notch 4, so that the mouth member 5 can be firmly and securely attached to the container body 1. .
That is, the sheet body constituting the container body 1 generally has a multilayer structure of an outer film and an inner film. As the outer film, a polyester film such as polyethylene terephthalate, a polyamide film, etc., and an aluminum foil or an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer. A film obtained by laminating a gas barrier film such as a film or a film on which an inorganic material is deposited is used, and a film made of a heat-sealable resin that can be bonded with polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like is used as the inner film.
Accordingly, the resin constituting the mouth member 5 is easier to adhere to the inner film than the outer film, and thus the inner surface of the sheet exposed from the notch 4 and the covering portion 6 of the mouth member 5 are adhered to each other. The mouth member 5 is securely attached.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the container body 1 used in the present embodiment will be described.
[0009]
FIG. 1 shows the container body before the mouth member 5 is attached.
The container body 1 is formed by forming a single sheet body into a cylindrical shape and folding it so that front and rear pieces 2a, 2b and a gusset portion 2c are formed.
Here, the front and rear pieces 2a, 2b and the gusset portion 2c are provided via corner portions 2d, and the corner portions 2d are heat-sealed with a width of about 3 to 8 mm on the inner surface side.
[0010]
The container body 1 is formed with notches 4 at the upper edges 1a (opening edges) of the front and rear pieces 2a, 2b that are opened without bonding.
The notches 4 are formed in the vicinity of both sides of the front and rear pieces 2a and 2b so that the inner surfaces of the opposing gusset portions 2c are exposed in a folded state.
[0011]
Further, the sheet body constituting the container main body 1 is composed of a multilayer in which an outer film and an inner film are laminated by dry lamination or the like.
Here, as the outer film, a heat-resistant film such as a polyester film such as polyethylene terephthalate or a polyamide film can be used, and normal printing is performed on the inner surface side of the outer film. As the outer film, a film obtained by laminating a gas barrier film such as an aluminum foil, an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer film, or a film on which an inorganic substance is deposited can be used.
As the inner film, a film made of a heat-welding resin that can be bonded by heat sealing such as polyethylene or polypropylene is used.
[0012]
Next, the mouth member 5 attached to the upper edge 1a of the container body 1 includes a covering portion 6 that covers the upper edge 1a of the container body 1, and a pouring portion that is provided at the center of the covering portion 6. 7 are formed by integral molding.
Here, the mouth member 5 is formed of the same material as the inner film of the sheet, that is, a heat-fusible resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene.
[0013]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the covering portion 6 is formed so as to sandwich the upper edge 1a of the container body 1 from both sides of the front piece 2a and the rear piece 2b.
In particular, in the notch 4, the molded covering portion 6 is bonded to the inner surface (inner film) of the gusset portion 2 c exposed from the notch 4.
[0014]
Further, the pouring part 7 has a spout part 7a for taking out the stored items inside, and a lid (not shown) is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the spout part 7a in the circumferential direction. A lid projection 7b for detachably attaching is provided.
[0015]
The pouring part 7 is formed so as to cover the center upper ends of the front piece 2a and the rear piece 2b of the container body 1 as shown in FIG. 3 (a), and the inner surfaces of the front piece 2a and the rear piece 2b. It is bonded by heat fusion.
[0016]
The container of this embodiment has the above structure. Next, a method for manufacturing the container having the structure will be described.
[0017]
First, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the periphery of the notch 4 is heat-sealed in the vicinity of the upper edge 1a of the container body 1 as shown in FIG. Here, the constant width is about half of the circumference (peripheral length) of the spout 7 of the mouth member 5.
[0018]
Then, the upper edge of the container body 1 heat-sealed in this manner is sandwiched in the molding die 10, and a molten resin such as polyethylene melted in the molding die 10 is injected into the inner film, The mouth member 5 is molded and the upper end opening 3 of the container body 1 is closed.
[0019]
The mold 10 is divided into a cylindrical inner mold 12 and a pair of left and right outer molds 13 and 13 that can be separated from each other on both sides of the inner mold 12 and can sandwich the lower side of the upper edge 1a of the container body 1. And an insertion die 11 having a diameter larger than that of the inner die 12 and capable of contacting the upper end of the inner die 12.
[0020]
Here, as shown in FIG. 4B, the insertion mold 11 is formed so that the container body 1 can be inserted with the central portion of the upper edge 1a opened in a circular shape from the inside.
Further, the outer mold 13 is composed of an extraction portion recess 17 whose inner surface is a semi-cylindrical shape, and covering portion groove portions 16, 16 extending vertically from the extraction portion recess 17. Here, the opening-side end portion 16a of the covering portion groove portion 16 and the opening-side end portion 17a of the dispensing portion recess portion 17 are narrower than the inner side when the outer molds 13 and 13 are closed. As a result, the end portion 16a of the covering portion groove portion 16 is provided to sandwich the folded sheet body from both sides when the pair of outer molds 13 and 13 come close to each other. The end portion 17a of the concave portion 17 is provided so as to press and hold the central portion of the upper edge 1a held by the insertion die 11 against the outer peripheral surface of the insertion die 11.
Furthermore, a circumferential recess 17b for molding the lid protrusion 7b of the outlet portion 7 of the mouth member 5 is formed in the inside of the outlet portion recess 17 in the circumferential direction of the inner surface thereof. .
[0021]
The mouth member 5 is molded by the mold 10 as described above, and this molding process will be described in more detail.
[0022]
First, the container body 1 is held by the insertion mold 11 so that the center portion of the upper edge 1a is circular, and the insertion mold 11 is moved to the inner mold 12 side, thereby separating the outer molds 13 separated from each other. The inner mold 12 is inserted so as to fit inside.
[0023]
In this state, the outer mold 13 is brought close to each other, and as shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, the upper edge 1a of the container body 1 is formed by the end portions 16a and 17a of the outer mold 13 and the insertion mold 11. Clamp the lower side (bottom side).
[0024]
In this sandwiched state, by injecting a heat-fusible resin such as polyethylene melted as described above, the outer peripheral surfaces of the insertion mold 11 and the inner mold 12, and the recess 17 for the extraction portion of the outer mold 13 In between, the pouring part 7 having the spout part 7a is formed, and the covering part 6 is formed between the covering part groove parts 16, 16 of the pair of outer molds 13.
At this time, the lower side (bottom side) of the upper edge 1a of the container body 1 is sandwiched between the end portions 16a and 17a of the outer mold 13 and the insertion mold 11, so that the resin injected up to such a site does not flow. In addition, the surface of the inner film of the sheet body (caset portion 2c) exposed from the notch 4 is melted by the heat of the heat-meltable resin flowing into the groove portion 16 for the covering portion, and the inner film and the covering portion 6 Are fused and integrated. Similarly, the pouring part 7 is also fused and integrated with the inner surface of the central part of the upper edge 1a of the container body 1.
[0025]
In the heat sealing process described above, the heat seal portion at the peripheral portion of the notch 4 is heat-sealed shallower (shorter the distance from the upper edge 1a) than the depth of the molding portion inside the coating groove 16; The heat seal portion at the peripheral edge of the notch 4 is covered by the covering portion 6 formed by the covering portion groove portion 16.
[0026]
After the injected resin is cooled and solidified as described above, the pair of outer molds 13 are separated from each other, the insertion mold 11 is separated from the inner mold 12, and the container body 1 to which the mouth member 5 is fixed is removed. Remove from mold 10.
[0027]
In the container body 1 in which the mouth member 5 is molded and fixed in this manner, the container as described above is manufactured by heat-sealing the lower end opening.
[0028]
Since the container of the present embodiment is manufactured as described above, it can be attached to the container body 1 simultaneously with the molding of the mouth member 5, and the upper edge of the container body 1 can be formed by the covering part 6 and the pouring part 7. It is attached so as to cover 1a, and the upper edge 1a of the container body 1 can be closed by the mouth member 5.
[0029]
Further, since the covering portion 6 is bonded to the inner film (inner surface) of the sheet body exposed from the notch 4, the mouth member 5 can be firmly attached. In particular, the inner film of the sheet body and the covering portion of the mouth member 5 can be attached. Since 6 is made of the same material, when the mouth member 5 is molded, both are melted and bonded, so that the adhesive force is strong.
[0030]
In addition, as described above, the peripheral portion of the notch 4 is heat-sealed while leaving the central portion of a certain width in advance, so that it can be easily and reliably inserted into the predetermined position of the mold 10 without deviation.
Moreover, since the mold attached by such heat sealing is covered with the covering portion 6, it is not exposed to the outside and is excellent in aesthetics.
[0031]
Although the above embodiment has the above-described advantages from the above configuration, the present invention is not limited to this, and the design can be changed as appropriate within the intended scope of the present invention.
[0032]
Further, the cutout 4 is not limited to the cutout from the upper edge 1a of the front and rear pieces 2a, 2b as in the above embodiment, and any cutout 4 can be used as long as it is formed near the opening edge 1a. Within the intended range. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, it is also possible to form the notch 4 by a drilling hole 4 drilled at a position close to the opening edge 1a so as to expose the inner surface of another sheet body (gadget portion 2c). .
[0033]
Further, the notch 4 is not limited to that provided to expose the gusset portion 2c as in the above embodiment.
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, even if the container body 1 has no gusset portion 2c and the front and rear pieces 2a and 2b are heat-sealed on both sides, the front and rear pieces 2a and 2b of the container body 1 are staggered. It is also possible to form a notch 4.
In the container shown in FIG. 7, the notch 4 of the front piece 2a is provided to expose the inner surface of the rear piece 2b, and the notch 4 of the rear piece 2b is provided to expose the inner surface of the front piece 2a. .
[0034]
Further, the configuration of the mouth member 5 is not limited to that of the above embodiment, and is within the range intended by the present invention as long as it includes the spout 7a and the covering portion 6, for example, Even if the lid is formed integrally with the mouth member 5 so as to be rotatable, or the screw portion for attaching the screw cap is formed on the outer peripheral surface, it is within the scope of the present invention. is there.
[0035]
Further, as the mouth member 5, as shown in FIG. 8, a rod-like body 7 c made of an inner cylinder having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the spout portion 7 a of the spout portion 7 extends inside the container body 1. It is also within the scope of the present invention to employ the one attached to the spout part 7a.
By providing such a rod-like body 7c, there is an advantage that the front and rear pieces 2a and 2b of the container body 1 can be prevented from coming into close contact with each other when the stored item inside is taken out.
The rod-like body 7c of the pouring portion 7 shown in FIG. 8 can be integrally formed when the mouth member 5 is molded. However, the rod-like body 7c is molded separately and the container body 1 It is preferable to attach to the pouring part 7 from the lower end opening in terms of manufacturing cost and the like.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the container according to the present invention is such that the opening edge of the container body is covered with the covering portion of the mouth member. The sealing portion can be covered with the covering portion, thereby providing excellent aesthetics as a container, and a notch is provided to expose the inner surface of the sheet facing the vicinity of the opening edge of the container body, and the covering portion of the mouth member is the sheet body Therefore, the mouth member can be firmly and securely attached to the container body.
