VA =Vref
VB =VA /2=Vref /2
となる。
【0039】
k=1/(1−a・Δt)
a=+0.3%/℃

In order to deal with such a problem, for example, it is considered to perform processing so that the temperature variation does not affect the output voltage even when the output characteristics fluctuate by a microcomputer. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic sensor capable of improving detection accuracy with a simple configuration and without increasing costs.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The magnetic sensor of the present invention is
A moving body provided with convex portions at a predetermined pitch along the moving direction;
A bias magnetic flux passing through the convex portion of the moving body is provided so as to interlink, and it is detected that the bias magnetic flux has changed in accordance with the movement of the moving body, and a detection signal based on the change of the bias magnetic flux And a differential-type magnetic sensing element for detection that detects the movement of the moving body,

The present invention is characterized in that it is provided with a power supply voltage correction means for correcting the power supply voltage to the magnetic sensing element portion for detection (claim 1).
[0015]
According to the magnetic sensor having the above-described configuration, when the moving body moves, the convex portion provided on the moving body moves, and the change in the bias magnetic flux passing through the convex portion is detected by the magnetic sensing element for detection. Then, a detection signal is output, and the movement of the moving body is detected.
[0016]
At this time, a temperature correction signal is output by the temperature correction magnetic sensitive element portion based on the temperature correction bias magnetic flux passing through the portion deviated from the convex portion. The power supply voltage correction means corrects the power supply voltage to the magnetic sensing element for detection so that the fluctuation signal due to the temperature fluctuation included in the detection signal is invalidated based on the temperature correction signal. Become so.
[0017]
In other words, the detection power-sensitive voltage is supplied to the magnetic sensing element for detection so that the fluctuation signal due to the temperature fluctuation included in the detection signal is invalidated. Therefore, even if the ambient temperature changes, the detection magnetic sensing element unit does not affect the detection signal due to the temperature fluctuation, thereby improving the detection accuracy. it can.
[0018]
In this case, for example, a microcomputer is provided, and the microcomputer does not need to perform processing that does not affect the detection signal due to temperature fluctuations. It will never be.
[0019]
In the magnetic sensor having the above-described configuration,
The detection magnetic sensitive element portion and the temperature correcting magnetic sensitive element portion may be fabricated on the same chip.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be modified or expanded as follows.
The present invention is not limited to the detection of the rotation of the rotating body, and may be applied to the detection of the parallel movement of the object.
[0046]
Instead of the MRE, a Hall element may be employed to detect rotation of the rotating body by detecting a change in the amount of magnetic flux.
The sensor unit for temperature correction is not limited to the part inside the rotation locus of the convex part of the rotating body, but any part as long as the temperature correcting bias magnetic flux does not change according to the rotation of the rotating body. It may be provided at the site.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the magnetic sensor of the first aspect, the power supply voltage applied to the magnetic sensing element for detection is detected by the magnetic sensor element for temperature correction and the power supply voltage correcting means. Since the correction is made so that the fluctuation signal due to the temperature fluctuation included in the signal is invalidated, even if the ambient temperature changes, the detection signal may be affected by the temperature fluctuation. Thus, the detection accuracy can be improved. In this case, for example, a microcomputer is provided, and the microcomputer does not need to perform processing that does not affect the detection signal due to temperature fluctuations. It will never be.
[0048]
According to the magnetic sensor of the second aspect, since the magnetic sensing element for detection and the magnetic sensor for temperature correction are fabricated on the same chip, the magnetic sensor for detection and the magnetic sensor for temperature correction The characteristics of the sensitive element portions can be made substantially the same, and the detection accuracy can be further improved.
