Description

【0001】

積層構成 : PET12/DL/ON15/DL/EPL−11、25

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging bag for a microwave oven that automatically opens and prevents bursting when the vapor pressure in the packaging bag reaches a certain level.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Instead of taking cooked frozen food, chilled food, etc. from a packaging bag, transferring it to tableware, and cooking with a microwave oven, the whole packaging bag is cooked and used as it is on the table. However, when cooking in a microwave oven together with a sealed packaging container, the packaging container expands due to water vapor generated from the contents, ruptures and the contents are scattered, and the microwave oven and its surroundings may be contaminated or burned. Therefore, it is necessary to open a steam escape hole or opening in a part of the packaging container with scissors etc., but the operation is cumbersome and it is difficult to make it thorough with display etc., so automatic Various microwave oven packaging bags in which a steam escape hole or opening is formed have been proposed.
In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-55170, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), a plurality of ventilation holes are provided on the upper surface, and a removable sealing plug or a peelable sealing wrap is attached to the hole. Or a pasted packaging container has been proposed.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-138975 proposes a packaging container provided with a weak seal portion at an appropriate position of the end seal portion of the bag as shown in FIG. 5 (b).
Furthermore, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-40005, as shown in FIG. 5 (c), a part of the seal line for sealing the container is bent acutely toward the inside of the container in a V shape, A packaging bag or a packaging container made of a cup and a lid material has been proposed that is easy to open by concentrating the pulling force due to internal pressure.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5 (d), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-80979 discloses an end portion so as to sandwich water-absorbing paper so that moisture does not stick to the stored item due to microwave heating, and to prevent rupture due to internal pressure. There has been proposed a packaging bag in which a pressure relief part such as a weak seal or a non-seal is provided in the seal part.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the packaging container described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-55170 may have a plurality of ventilation holes on the upper surface, but it is troublesome to attach a sealing plug to the air vent hole or to attach a wrap. There's a problem. Furthermore, there is also a problem that the pressure-sensitive adhesive and adhesive come into contact with food and are not hygienic.
A packaging container provided with a weak seal portion at an appropriate position of an end seal portion of a flat bag described in JP-A-63-138975 may be packaged with a tray as shown in FIG. There is a problem that when a food with a lot of moisture is packaged directly in a flat bag without using a tray, the liquid juice is blown out together with the steam from the end seal portion.
The packaging container described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-40005 requires a part of the seal line to bend, and thus requires an extra sealing allowance, which causes a problem of increasing the cost of the packaging material.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-80979 also has a problem that the liquid juice is blown out together with the steam from the end seal portion.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the liquid juice does not spout or overflow even when the contents are directly filled in the bag body during cooking by a microwave oven. Also, the present invention aims to provide a packaging bag for a microwave oven that can be used for a table as a whole with a bag.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention made to solve the above-mentioned problems is a gusset packaging bag for storing cooked frozen foods, etc. , and the gusset packaging bag is composed of a polyethylene terephthalate film, a stretched nylon film, and a polypropylene-based easy from the outside. a peel sealant film, respectively while being formed in a laminated film obtained by bonding with an adhesive for dry lamination, the vertical seal central portion which is twofold seal of the gusset bag, the inside and outside of the gusset pouch The weak seal part which leads is formed in the predetermined pattern in the recessed part provided in the heat seal type | mold, It consists of the packaging bag for microwave ovens characterized by the above-mentioned .
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 are external views of a microwave oven packaging bag according to the present invention.
The microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention has a band-like long film packaging material gusset folded on both sides in the flow direction as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 2 (a). ) And then vertically sealed to form the vertical seal portion 2, and then, at the same time as filling the content, end seals are applied in the direction perpendicular to the flow of the packaging material at the top and bottom or front and back of the content. The gusset packaging bag 1 is formed by separating the three and the four formed.
In general, the gusset packaging bag 1 is often used in a vertical position as represented by the bottom gusset packaging bag, but the gusset packaging bag 1 used for the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention is shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 2, it is used with the surface with the vertical seal portion 2 facing upward.
The position of the vertical seal portion 2 may be at the center of the upper surface as shown in FIG. 1 or at the side end portion as shown in FIG. In short, it suffices if it is positioned at the uppermost part of the gusset packaging bag 1 filled with the vertical seal portion 2 and inflated.
Generally, there are an envelope sticking method and a palm seal method for the vertical seal, but the palm seal method is adopted for the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention.
FIGS. 1B and 2B are xx cross-sectional views of FIGS. 1A and 2A, and the vertical seal portion 2 is a palm seal. Moreover, the state which the sap L accumulated in the lower part of the cooked food F is shown at the stage where thawing has progressed.
The vertical seal portion 2 may be tilted in either direction at both ends of the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention and sealed together with the end seal portions 3 and 4 (the vertical seal portion 2 and the vertical seal portion 2). The overlapping portions of the end seals 3 are quadruple), or the end seal portions 3 and 4 may be sealed independently without tilting the vertical seal portion 2.
[0006]
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of a weak seal portion provided in the vertical seal portion.
The point of the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention is that the longitudinal seal portion 2 is formed with a weak seal portion 5 communicating with the inside and outside of the gusset packaging bag 1 in a predetermined pattern.
The optimum position where the weak seal portion 5 is provided is the central portion A of the vertical seal portion 2 shown in FIG. 1 (a) or 2 (a). Since this portion is at the highest position when cooking with a microwave oven, even if heated steam breaks and erupts a part of the vertical seal portion 2, it does not erupt to the liquid juice L inside.
As shown in FIG. 3, the weak seal portion 5 provided in the vertical seal portion 2 has any shape as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C as long as it communicates with the inside and outside of the gusset packaging bag 1. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (d), the weak seal portion 5 may be provided leaving the slight vertical seal portion 2 without being completely connected to the inside and the outside. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (e), the longitudinal seal portion 2 may be formed with the nonwoven fabric 6 interposed therebetween, and an air passage may be formed from the beginning.
[0007]
The weak seal portion 5 is formed by a heat seal type having a pattern as shown in FIG. 3, that is, a heat seal jaw in which a concave portion is formed in the pattern shape of the weak seal portion 5. do it. In this case, since the heat sealant layer is provided on the inner surface of the packaging material of the gusset packaging bag, the hatched portion that is heated and pressurized by the seal jaws adheres strongly, but the depressed portion that is not pressurized does not conduct heat. Temporary adhesion is caused by copying heat from the periphery.
Therefore, in the case of cooking by a microwave oven, when the internal pressure increases and reaches a certain level, tension is applied to the vertical seal portion 2 from the inside, the weak seal portion 5 is peeled off, and heated steam is spouted through the peeled gap. . Since the position where the eruption occurs is at the highest part of the gusset packaging bag 1, even if the food has a lot of juice L, the contents will not erupt or overflow together with the steam. If the food is close to a fluid, it is preferable to pre-fill the tray and then wrap with the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention, otherwise the tray is overpackaged, The use of the microwave oven packaging bag 10 according to the present invention is economically preferable.
[0008]
FIG. 4 is an explanatory view when the microwave packaging bag according to the present invention is opened.
The microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention is taken out of the microwave oven after cooking with the microwave oven, with at least the weak seal portion 5 provided at the approximate center of the vertical seal portion 2 being broken, or on a tray. When the vertical seal portion 2 and then a part of the end seal portions 3 and 4 are opened from the weak seal portion 5 taken out and destroyed, the upper portion of the gusset packaging bag 1 can be greatly opened as shown in FIG. it can. This peeling of the heat seal part is an unsealing method often used for unsealing in the case of a general packaging bag using a polyolefin resin as a sealant on the inner surface.
Here, if a packaging material having an easy peel sealant (EPS) layer having particularly good peelability among polyolefin resins is used for the innermost surface layer, the state shown in FIG. Can be peeled off by hand very easily.
In addition, the cooked food by the microwave oven packaging bag 10 according to the present invention can be used as it is on the table with its upper part being largely opened. As a result, it is possible to save the time for washing the dishes and save water.
Since the gusset packaging bag is deeper than the pillow packaging bag, it is effective as a substitute for a dish of cooked food with a lot of juice.
Further, the gusset folding portion appears to be useless, but the ratio indicated by the internal volume / packaging material area is large among various packaging bags, is economical, and provides a compact packaging form.
In addition to frozen and chilled cooked food, the food targeted by the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention may be filled with uncooked meat, fish, vegetables and sauce, for example. By this, it can be brought close to pot cooking by microwave heating.
[0009]
The laminated structure of the packaging material that can be used for the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention is as follows in order from the outside.

【Example】
A sample of five example samples prepared by refilling a microwave-packed packaging bag 10 according to the present invention with a relatively large amount of cooked frozen food that is gusset-wrapped with a tray and is commercially available, Heat cooking was performed under the microwave heating conditions (600 W, 3 minutes 30 seconds) as specified by the manufacturer.
On the other hand, as a comparative example sample, five commercially available products that were packaged in a pouch were prepared, and the end seal portion was cut with a scissors before cooking with a microwave oven.
Moreover, the gusset packaging bag of the following specification was used for the Example sample.
Dimensions of gusset packaging bag: length 230 x width 160 mm x gusset width 35 mm
Vertical seal width: 10mm
Longitudinal sealing condition: 190 ° C., 1 second slightly sealed portion pattern: Refer to FIG. 2 (a) Weak sealed portion width: 15 mm
Lamination structure: PET12 / DL / ON15 / DL / EPL-11, 25
As a result of the microwave cooking test under the above conditions, the liquid juice was ejected from 2 out of 5 samples of the comparative examples, whereas there was no case of the example sample. Furthermore, in the case of the comparative example, there was no destruction of the vertical seal part, and it was difficult to open it manually from the vertical seal part, and the contents food had to be transferred to tableware. In the case of the example sample, as shown in FIG. The upper part could be fully opened by hand, and in that state, cooked food could be served on the table instead of tableware.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the microwave packaging bag 10 of the present invention, it is not necessary to make a cut every time using a device such as a bag, and heating by a microwave oven with the vertical seal portion 2 provided with the weak seal portion 5 facing upward. Cooking can be performed, and by providing the weak seal portion 5 at a high position, even a content with a lot of liquid juice will not spout or overflow with heated steam, so the microwave oven or its surroundings will be soiled Without having to keep a clean kitchen.
Moreover, since the upper part of the gusset packaging bag 1 can be greatly opened from the vertical seal portion 2 without using an instrument, the gusset packaging bag 1 can be provided on the table, saving the time for washing the dishes, and saving water. The following effects occur.
