Description

【0001】

積層構成 : PET12/DL/ON15/DL/EPL−11、25

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging bag for a microwave oven that automatically opens and prevents bursting when the vapor pressure in the packaging bag reaches a certain level.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In many cases, cooked frozen foods, chilled foods, etc. are taken out of a packaging bag, transferred to tableware and cooked in a microwave oven, and then cooked together with the packaging bag and used as it is on the table. However, when cooking in a microwave oven together with a sealed packaging container, the packaging container expands due to water vapor generated from the contents, bursts and the contents scatter, and the microwave oven or its surroundings are not only dirty, but there is a risk of burns. Therefore, it is necessary to open a steam escape hole or opening in a part of the packaging container with scissors etc., but the operation is cumbersome and it is difficult to make it thorough with display etc., Various microwave oven packaging bags in which a steam escape hole or opening is automatically formed have been proposed.
In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-55170, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), a plurality of ventilation holes are provided on the upper surface, and a removable sealing plug or a sealing wrap that can be peeled off is attached to the hole. Or a pasted packaging container has been proposed.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-138975 proposes a packaging container provided with a weak seal portion at an appropriate position of the end seal portion of the bag as shown in FIG. 4 (b).
Furthermore, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-40005, as shown in FIG. 4 (c), a part of the seal line for sealing the container is bent acutely into a V shape toward the inside of the container, and at the tip thereof. A packaging bag or a packaging container made of a cup and a lid material has been proposed that is easy to open by concentrating the pulling force due to internal pressure.
Furthermore, in JP-A-8-80979, as shown in FIG. 4 (d), an end of the water-absorbing paper is sandwiched so that moisture does not stick to the stored item due to microwave heating, and is not ruptured by internal pressure. There has been proposed a packaging bag in which a pressure relief part such as a weak seal or a non-seal is provided in the seal part.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the packaging container described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-55170 may have a plurality of ventilation holes on the upper surface, but it is troublesome to attach a sealing plug to the air vent hole or to attach a wrap. There's a problem.
Furthermore, there is also a problem that the pressure-sensitive adhesive and adhesive come into contact with food and are not hygienic.
A packaging container provided with a weak seal portion at an appropriate position of an end seal portion of a flat bag described in JP-A-63-138975 may be packaged with a tray as shown in FIG. There is a problem that when a food with a lot of moisture is packaged directly in a flat bag without using a tray, the liquid juice is blown out together with the steam from the end seal portion.
The packaging container described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-40005 requires a part of the seal line to bend, and thus requires an extra sealing allowance, which causes a problem of increasing the cost of the packaging material.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-80979 also has a problem that the liquid juice is blown out together with the steam from the end seal portion.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the liquid juice does not spout or overflow even when the contents are directly filled in the bag body during cooking by a microwave oven. Also, the present invention aims to provide a packaging bag for a microwave oven that can be used for a table as a whole with a bag.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems is a pillow packaging bag for storing cooked frozen foods, etc. , and the pillow packaging bag is, in order from the outside, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a stretched nylon film, and a polypropylene-based easy a peel sealant film, respectively while being formed in a laminated film obtained by bonding with an adhesive for dry lamination, the back seal central portion which is twofold seal of the pillow packaging bag, the inside and outside of the pillow packaging bag The weak seal part which leads is formed in the predetermined pattern in the recessed part provided in the heat seal type | mold, It consists of the packaging bag for microwave ovens characterized by the above-mentioned .
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an external view of a microwave packaging bag according to the present invention.
As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 1A, the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention has a strip-like long film packaging material that is vertically sealed (center seal) in the flow direction to form the back seal portion 2, Next, at the same time as filling the contents, end seals are applied in the direction perpendicular to the flow of the packaging material at the top and bottom of the contents to form the end seal portions 3 and 4, which are cut off together with the pillow packaging bag 1. Become. Generally, the vertical seal includes an envelope sticking method and a palm seal method, but the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention employs the palm seal method.
In FIG. 1A, the back seal portion 2 is drawn at the center of the pillow packaging bag 1, but may be slightly shifted toward the side. FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view taken along line xx of FIG. 1A, which facilitates removal when one of the end seal portions 3 and 4 is destroyed and the contents are taken out. The back seal portion 2 is a palm seal. Moreover, the state where the juice L has accumulated in the lower part at the stage where the thawing has progressed is shown.
The back seal portion 2 may be tilted in either direction at the end of the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention and sealed together with the end seal portions 3 and 4 (with the back seal portion 2 and The overlapping portions of the end seals 3 are quadruple), or the end seal portions 3 and 4 may be sealed independently without tilting the back seal portion 2.
[0006]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of a weak seal portion provided in the back seal portion.
The point of the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention is that a weak seal portion 5 communicating with the inside and the outside of the pillow packaging bag 1 is formed on the back seal portion 2 in a predetermined pattern.
The optimum position where the weak seal portion 5 is provided is the central portion A of the back seal portion 2 shown in FIG. Since this part is in the highest position when cooking with a microwave oven, even if heated steam destroys a part of the back seal part 2 and ejects it, it does not eject the liquid juice L inside.
As shown in FIG. 2, the weak seal 5 provided on the back seal 2 has any shape as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (c) as long as it communicates with the inside and outside of the pillow packaging bag 1. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 (d), the weak seal portion 5 may be provided leaving a slight back seal portion 2 without being completely connected to the inside and the outside. Furthermore, as shown in FIG.2 (e), the back seal part 2 may be formed on both sides of the nonwoven fabric 6, and the ventilation path may be formed from the beginning.
[0007]
The weak seal portion 5 is formed by a heat seal type having a pattern as shown in FIG. 2, that is, a heat seal jaw in which a concave portion is formed in the pattern shape of the weak seal portion 5. do it. In this case, since the heat sealant layer is provided on the inner surface of the pouch packaging material, the hatched portion that is heated and pressurized by the seal jaws adheres strongly, but the depressed portion that is not pressurized does not conduct heat, but from the periphery. It is temporarily bonded by the heat of copying.
Therefore, in the case of cooking by a microwave oven, when the internal pressure increases and reaches a certain level, tension is applied to the back seal portion 2 from the inside, the weak seal portion 5 is peeled off, and heated steam is jetted through the peeled gap. . Since the position where the eruption occurs is at the highest part of the pouch package, the contents do not erupt or overflow with the steam even for foods with a lot of juice L. If the food is close to a fluid, it is preferable to pre-fill the tray and then wrap with the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention, otherwise the tray is overpackaged, The use of the microwave oven packaging bag 10 according to the present invention is economically preferable.
[0008]
FIG. 3 is an explanatory view when the microwave packaging bag according to the present invention is opened.
The microwave oven packaging bag 10 according to the present invention can be taken out in a state where at least the weak seal portion 5 provided at substantially the center of the back seal portion 2 is broken after being cooked by the microwave oven or placed on a tray. It is taken out. When a part of the end seal portions 3 and 4 is opened from the broken weak seal portion 5 to the back seal portion 2 as shown in FIG. This peeling of the heat seal part is possible when the packaging material has an appropriate tension and a polyolefin resin is used as a sealant on the inner surface, but an easy peel sealant (EPS) layer with particularly good peelability is used. If the packaging material currently formed is used, it can peel by hand from the weak seal part 5 to a state as shown in FIG. 3 very easily.
In addition, the cooked food by the microwave oven packaging bag 10 according to the present invention can be used as it is on the table with its upper part being largely opened. As a result, it is possible to save water and save water.
In addition to frozen and chilled cooked food, the food targeted by the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention may be filled with uncooked meat, fish, vegetables and sauce, for example. By this, it can be brought close to pot cooking by microwave heating.
[0009]
The laminated structure of the packaging material that can be used for the microwave packaging bag 10 according to the present invention is as follows in order from the outside.

【Example】
A sample of five cooked frozen foods with a relatively large amount of liquid juice that is marketed by pillow packaging with a tray is refilled in the packaging bag 10 for microwave oven according to the present invention, with the back seal portion 2 facing upward, Heat cooking was performed under the microwave heating conditions as specified by the manufacturer (3 minutes and 30 seconds at 600 W).
On the other hand, as a comparative example sample, five commercially available products that were packaged in a pouch were prepared, and the end seal portion was cut with a scissors before cooking with a microwave oven.
Moreover, the pillow packaging bag of the following specification was used for the Example sample.
Pillow packaging bag dimensions: Length 230 x Width 160mm,
Back seal width: 10mm
Back seal condition: 190 ° C., 1 second slightly sealed portion pattern: Refer to FIG. 2 (a) Weak seal portion width: 15 mm
Lamination structure: PET12 / DL / ON15 / DL / EPL-11, 25
As a result of the microwave cooking test under the above conditions, the liquid juice was ejected from 2 out of 5 samples of the comparative examples, whereas there was no case of the example sample. Further, in the case of the comparative example, the back seal part was not broken and it was difficult to open the hand from the back seal part, and the contents food had to be transferred to the tableware. However, in the case of the example sample, as shown in FIG. I was able to fully open the upper part by hand.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the microwave packaging bag 10 of the present invention, even when the content of the juice is high, the steam is heated by cooking with a microwave oven with the back seal portion 2 provided with the weak seal portion 5 up. It does not erupt or overflow, so you can keep a clean kitchen without polluting the microwave oven or its surroundings.
In addition, it is not necessary to make a cut each time using a device such as a scissors, saving labor.
Moreover, the upper part of the pouch package 1 can be opened greatly from the back seal part 2 without using an appliance, so that the pouch packaging bag can be used on the table, saving the time for washing dishes, and saving water. Effects occur.
