Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shutter with a seat door provided for disaster prevention in a passage or opening of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, a lightweight sheet shutter formed of a heat-resistant cloth material is often used for fire prevention and / or smoke prevention. For example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-187525, a space inside a building is partitioned by a fireproof screen from the ceiling to the floor, and one or more slits extending in the vertical direction from the intermediate height portion to the lower portion of the fireproof screen are formed. A movable fire / smoke compartment structure has been proposed as a retreat path.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, in the case of a steel shutter, it is desirable to provide an opening that allows people to enter and exit in the state where the shutter body is closed in the event of a fire. The thing of the structure with high disaster prevention property which is obstruct | occluded with sufficient adhesiveness is calculated | required.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shutter with a seat door that can obtain high adhesion with an opening edge of a shutter body.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, means for solving the above-described problems are configured as follows.
That is, a seat door provided with rigidity comprising a heat-resistant cloth material that forms an opening in a steel shutter body that can be freely opened and closed provided in a building, and that covers the opening so as to be freely opened and closed, and support members respectively provided on the upper and lower sides thereof. And the upper support member is pivotally supported by the slat, and a sheet-like magnet for improving the adhesion to the shutter body is attached around the seat door.
[0006]
Since the sheet-like magnet is flexible, it can be wound even when attached to the seat door, can be easily attached and detached, and high adhesion can be obtained with the opening edge of the shutter body.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the shutter with a seat door of the present invention will be described in detail.
1 is a perspective view of a shutter with a seat door, FIG. 2 is a rear view of the seat door, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the shutter with a seat door. In these drawings, reference numeral 1 is a steel shutter body, The mutually connected slats 3 are slat openings formed by notching a part of the slats 2... 4 is a seat door made of a heat-resistant cloth material that covers the slat openings 3 so as to be freely opened and closed. A silicon coating is used. Reference numeral 5 denotes a seat plate that also serves as a weight attached to the lower part of the shutter body 1 (see FIG. 6), and is formed by combining a pair of bent plate members 51 and 52 from both front and back sides.
[0008]
61 is an upper support member attached to the upper side portion of the surface of the seat door 4, 62 is a lower support member attached to the lower side portion, and one end of the upper support member 61 is hinge 7 (FIGS. 5A and 5B). )) And is pivotally supported by the slat 2 via the slat 2, and sheet-like magnets 81 to 84 are attached to the periphery of the back surface of the seat door 4, and the slat opening 3. So that the sheet-shaped magnets 81 to 84 are attracted to the peripheral edge portion of the slat opening 3 so that high adhesion can be obtained, so that intrusion and leakage of flame, or circulation of air and smoke can be prevented. On the other hand, when a person goes in and out, the sheet-like magnets 81 to 84 can be peeled off to open the seat door 4 easily, and then close to the previous high contact state.
[0009]
More specifically, on the back surface of the seat door 4 described above (see FIG. 2), cross rails 91 to 96 are provided to provide the seat door 4 with appropriate rigidity to facilitate opening and closing, and to the shutter body 1. Improved adhesion. Also, a pair of flame return 10 and 10 is provided at the position of the side edge of the seat door 4 corresponding to the periphery of the slat opening 3, and in the event of a fire, the seat door in the slat opening 3 together with the sheet magnets 81-84. 4 is further improved in adhesion and shielding properties.
[0010]
The flame return 10 is made of a heat-resistant cloth material similar to that of the seat door 4, and the inner edge thereof is rotatably attached to the horizontal bars 92, 93, 94 of the main body of the seat door 4 by a spring hinge 11 (FIG. 3). 4), the string 12 is normally folded so that the rotating piece 111 of the spring hinge 11 faces inward, and when a fire occurs around the string 12, the string 12 is broken by the heat, and the spring The flame return 10 is expanded and rotated outward by the urging force of the hinge 11 and comes into contact with the edge member 31 provided at the peripheral edge of the slat opening 3. Thereby, much higher adhesion and shielding can be obtained, and intrusion and leakage of fire, and circulation of air and smoke can be effectively prevented. If the flame return itself has a restoring force, the spring hinge can be omitted.
[0011]
The shutter body 1 having such a slat opening 3 is rolled up and down by a winding device 14 (see FIG. 7) mounted on a lintel 13, but the seat door 4 is also rolled up together with the slats 2. And rewinded. At that time, since the seat door 4 is in close contact with the periphery of the slat opening 3 by the sheet-shaped magnets 81 to 84, when the shutter body 1 is extended, the slat opening 3 is not required to be operated separately. It can be set as the state obstruct | occluded by the door 4. FIG.
[0012]
The pivot 71 of the hinge 7 that supports the seat door 4 described above is inclined to some extent (see FIG. 5 (A)), and when the seat door 4 is opened, as shown in FIG. 8 (A). Further, the tip of the support member 61 rotates while moving slightly upward. Therefore, after a person passes through the slat opening 3, even if the seat door 1 is forgotten to be tightened, the seat door 4 is automatically closed by its own weight of the support member 6 to return to the original state, and the sheet magnet The slat opening 3 is sealed by 81 to 84. One attachment piece 72 of the hinge 7 is fixed to the slat 2 via the washer 15 and the other attachment piece 73 is fixed to the support member 61 by bolt fastening. If a lavatory hinge is used, the support member 61 may not be attached obliquely.
[0013]
On the other hand, the seat plate 5 provided in the lower part of the shutter body 1 is formed in a mountain shape by a pair of bent plate members 51 and 52, and a person who has been on a wheelchair while sitting on the floor surface can Consideration is given so that it can pass through the slat opening 3. Note that a gap d (see FIG. 6) is provided at the tip of one bent plate member 51 so that the lower support member 62 can be inserted and removed when the seat door 4 is opened and closed and the wheelchair wheel can pass through. .
[0014]
When a fire breaks out, lowering the shutter body 1 (see FIG. 8 (A)) can prevent the intrusion and leakage of the fire and can prevent the circulation of air and smoke. When it is necessary to go in and out, only the seat door 4 is opened (see FIG. 8B), and a person can pass without winding up the shutter body 1. Thereafter, the seat door 4 is automatically closed, and the original adhesion and shielding properties can be ensured by the sheet magnets 81 to 84.
[0015]
In the above-described embodiment, one end of the upper support member provided on the upper portion of the seat door is attached to the slat via the hinge, but the present invention does not specify the configuration of the seat door in the above-described embodiment, and at least It is sufficient that a sheet-like magnet for improving the adhesion to the shutter body is attached around the seat door, regardless of the configuration.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the shutter with a seat door of the present invention, the rigidity comprising the heat-resistant cloth material that covers the opening of the steel shutter body that can be freely opened and closed, and the support members provided above and below the heat-resistant cloth material. Since the upper support member is pivotally supported by the slats and a sheet-like magnet for improving the adhesion to the shutter body is attached around the seat door, the seat door is provided. Thus, the opening of the shutter body can be closed with good adhesion.
