【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、コンピュータに接続された表示装置を用いた商品カタログ表示装置及び、前記コンピュータを本発明の商品カタログ表示装置の各手段として機能させるための各手順を含む商品カタログ表示プログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、商品カタログは、紙を製本化若しくは小冊子化したものであった。そのような商品カタログの中に、例えば、 1万個という部品を紹介する紙製部品カタログがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような紙製部品カタログにおいては、所望の部品を検索するのがとても困難であった。あわせて、所望の部品を使用する際に、必ず必要となる付属部品を捜すのも大変困難であった。
更に、前記商品カタログから所望の部品及びそれに対する必要付属品をようやく見出して紙の注文表に所望の部品の注文数等を記入したとしても、注文重量や価格等を計算するには、電気計算機を用いるか、パーソナルコンピュータ（以下、PCという）にインストールされた汎用表計算ソフトを用いなければならず大変不便であった。

本発明は、上記問題を鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、コンピュータに接続された表示装置を用いた商品カタログ表示装置であって、所望の商品及びその所望の商品に関する付属品の検索が表示画面上で容易である商品カタログ表示装置及び、前記コンピュータを本発明の商品カタログ表示装置の各手段として機能させるための各手順を含む商品カタログ表示プログラムを提供するものである。
更に、所定の商品情報、例えば、重量や価格に関して数値計算が表示画面上で可能な商品カタログ表示装置及び、前記コンピュータを本発明の商品カタログ表示装置の各手段として機能させるための各手順を含む商品カタログ表示プログラムを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために請求項１記載の本発明の商品カタログ表示装置は、コンピュータに接続された表示装置を用いた商品カタログ表示装置であって、商品の文字情報及び前記商品文字情報と関連付けられた商品画像とを階層的に記憶し、更に、それぞれの一つ商品情報をその一つの商品に関する付属商品の情報と関連づけて記憶している記憶手段と、商品情報に関する文字及び画像検索手段と、検索および選択画面表示手段と、前記検索および選択画面からの文字及び商品の選択情報を入力するための入力手段とを備えている。更に、前記検索および選択画面表示手段は、第1,第2 グラフィックセクション、文字検索セクション、選択候補リストセクション、付属品リストセクション、ツリービューセクションで構成される一つの画面を表示する。前記第1 グラフィックセクションにおいて、前記記憶手段に記憶された商品情報に基づいて商品の画像が表示され、このセクション若しくはいずれかのセクションで商品が選択されると、選択された商品及びその商品の付属品も同時にこの画面上で強調されて表示され、前記第2 グラフィックセクションにおいて、前記第1 グラフィックセクションにおいて表示された商品画像を含む、一階層上の商品群画像が表示され、前記文字検索セクションにおいて、前記検索手段によって商品を検索するために商品の文字情報を入力するための入力欄が表示され、前記選択候補リストセクションにおいて、前記第１グラフィックセクションで選択された商品若しくは前記文字検索セクションの検索結果である商品の文字情報が前記記憶手段に記憶された商品情報に基づいて商品リストとして表示され、前記付属品リストセクションにおいて、前記選択候補リストセクションで選択された商品に関する付属品の文字情報が前記記憶手段に記憶された商品情報に基づいて表示され、前記ツリービューセクションにおいて、前記選択候補リストセクションで選択された商品に関する情報が記憶された記憶手段における階層が表示される。更に、これらのセクションは互いに連動して画面をきりかえるようにリンクされており、いずれかのセクションで商品が選択されると、その選択された部品に関する情報を他の各セクションが自動的に表示することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施形態の例を図面に基づいて説明する。この例では商品として部品を例にとり、説明する。
先ず、本発明に使用される機器の例を示す。フレキシブルディスクやCD-ROM等記録媒体を読み書きするドライバを有するPC、前記PCに接続されて文字や画像等を表示する表示装置、前記PCに文字等の入力をするためのキーボードやマウス、本発明の部品カタログ表示プログラムがPCによって実行されるために、PCによる読み取りが可能なように記録されたフレキシブルディスクやCD-ROM等の記録媒体、前記PCがインターネット等の通信手段を備えている場合は、本発明の部品カタログ表示プログラムを格納したサーバーコンピュータが用いられる。
また、本発明の部品カタログ表示プログラムを格納したサーバーコンピュータとインターネット等の通信手段を介して接続される文字や画像等の表示装置であっても良い。

前記商品カタログ表示プログラムは、前記PCを本発明の商品カタログ表示装置の各手段として機能させるための各手順を含む。
また、前記プログラムには部品情報が含まれており、前記フレキシブルディスクやCD-ROM等の記録媒体、サーバーコンピュータに設けられたメモリに記憶されている。その部品情報は、各部品、相互に関連のある部品を集めた部品ブロック、前記部品ブロックが全て集められた組み立て全図の順に下層から上層へと階層的に且つ、系統的に分けられて記憶されている。具体的には、 1つの部品単位で情報を記憶した電子ファイル（部品）と、相互に関連のある電子ファイルを集めて収納した電子フォルダ（部品ブロック）、前記電子フォルダが全て集められて収納されている上位フォルダ（組み立て全体）である。

更に、前記部品情報には文字情報とグラフィック（画像）情報が含まれ、前記字情報とグラフィック（画像）情報は互いに関連付けられて記憶されている。更に、ある一つの部品を購入して、それを使用する際には必ず必要となる付属品がある場合は、前記ある一つの部品情報とその必要付属品の情報は関連付けられて記憶されている。
ここで、付属品に関して商品によっては必要付属品ではなく、売り手側が必要に応じて任意に所定の商品に関連付けた付属品であっても良い。
前記文字情報には、部品番号、部品名、サブアッセンブリ名、部品ブロック名、図番、部品一個当たりの重量、部品一セット当たりの重量、一セット当たりの数量、部品一個当たりの価格、部品一セット当たりの価格といったものが含まれる。

また、画面からの文字及び商品の選択や確認情報の入力の実行や商品情報に関する文字及び画像の検索の実行を可能にするために、表示画面にはGUI(Graphical User Interface) が設けられており、ポインターを表示画面の所定の場所に移動させてマウスをクリックすることによってプログラムが進行する。
更に、表示装置の作動工程（作動手順）を後述するが、その際に、全体図（組み立て全図）→中間図（部品ブロック図）→詳細図（部品図）まで段階を追って表示されていき、最終段階では構成部品とその部品に付属する関連部品が色別されて表示される。
その部品着色の方法には、３つの方法がある。
(1)マウスをクリックすると前記記憶手段の画像部品情報を画面上に呼び込む。もとも全体図中に赤色と青色に着色されている絵が前記記憶手段に入っており、マウスのクリックを受けて前記記憶手段中の画像部品情報を原画中に上のせする。上の出力画しか見えない。
(2)マウスをクリックすると前記記憶手段の画像部品情報を画面上に呼び込む。赤色と青色の絵が部分的に入っており、色だけ重ね合わせる。他の部分は透明にする。
(3)構成部品と付属部品ごとに要素を閉曲線の寄せ集めとして記憶手段中に登録する。そのとき閉曲線の座標も原画の対象部品の座標と同一とするよう登録しておく。マウスをクリックするとその座標に対応する記憶手段中の閉曲線で囲まれた面または閉曲線またはそれらを加えたものがプログラムによってその都度着色される。

次に、本発明の商品カタログ表示装置の作動工程を説明する。まず、本発明の商品カタログ表示プログラムが格納された前記フレキシブルディスク若しくはCD-ROM等の記録媒体を前記ドロイバに挿入し、PCのハードディスク上に本発明の商品カタログ表示プログラムをインストールする。前記PCがインターネット等の通信手段を備えている場合は、本発明の部品カタログ表示プログラムを格納したサーバーコンピュータからPCのハードディスク上へダウンロードする。
本ソフトを頻繁に使う場合は、アイコンをデスクトップ上につくっておくことが好ましい。
このソフトでは、
(1) Search and Select(検索および選択画面)
(2) Confirmation( 確認画面)
(3) Order List( 注文画面)
を使って、製品を構成している部品を、Part No （部品番号）、 Part Name（部品名）、 Dwg No Mark（図面番号）、図形を基に、検索及び選択を実行して確認し、注文したい部品とその数量や質量を一定のフォームでまとめて表示する。さらにまとめたものを汎用表計算アプリケーションに対応するファイル形式で保存する（図７参照）。

次に、具体的な表示画面を示す図面を参照しつつ作動工程（作動手順）を説明する。
PCの表示画面において、アイコンまたはこのプログラムの実行コマンド上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを２回クリックすると、図1 に示すようなメインメニュー画面が出る。メインメニューは、Search and Select(検索および選択画面) 画面、Confirmation (確認) 画面、Order List (注文) 画面から構成される。最初はSearch and Selcet(選択および検索) 画面が前面に現れている。
画面の左上部にはメニュー選択ボタンが配置されている。部品を検索したり、選択する場合、Search and Select ボタンA を選択する。部品の仕様を確認する場合、Confimation ボタンB を選択する。必要な数量を入力して注文する場合、Order ListボタンC を選択する。

(検索及び選択画面)
検索及び選択画面は、グラフィックセクションD,F 、文字検索セクションE 、選択候補リストセクション2 、必要付属部品リストセクション3 、ツリービューセクション4 で構成される。これらのセクションは互いに連動して画面をきりかえるようにリンクされている。いずれかのセクションで部品が選択されると、その選択された部品に関する情報を他の各セクションが自動的に表示する。 各セクションごとに表示されうる部品の情報は異なっている。例えば、グラフィックセクションD,F においては画像情報であり、選択候補リストセクション2 及び必要付属部品リストセクション3 においては文字情報であり、ツリービューセクション4 においてはその部品情報が保存されているフォルダ情報である。
前記各セクションがどのように連動して画面を変えるかは、以下の説明において明らかにされる。

前記グラフィックセクションD,F は、図１に示すように、二つのグラフィック画面から構成されている。下位階層にあるグラフィックを示す第１グラフィック画面D と前記下位階層に対して一つ上位の階層のグラフィックを示す第２グラフィック画面F である。グラフィック画面は拡大して使うこともできる。
前記グラフィックセクションD,F 上の部品イメージ内で該当部品上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを１回クリックして部品を選択すると、その部品及びその部品に必要な付属品が確認しやすいように着色されて強調される。例えば、該当部品は赤く、その必要な付属品は青く着色される。
それと同時に選択候補リストセクション２及び必要付属部品リストセクション3 上に前記選択された部品及びその部品に必要な付属品がそれぞれ表示される。また、すでにいくつかの部品が選択候補として選択候補リストセクション２に表示されている場合は、その該当部品が反転文字に変わる。それと同時に、該当部品に必要な付属品が必要付属部品リストセクション3 に表示される。

前記第１グラフィック画面D 内の右下に画面切換え用第1,第2,第3 切換ボタンJ,K,L が設けられている。第1 切換ボタンJ 上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを２回クリックすると、一つ上の階層に上がる。第2 切換ボタンK 上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを２回クリックすると、一つ下の階層に下がる。第2 切換ボタンL 上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを２回クリックすると、グラフィックを拡大し、別のWlNDOWを開く。

文字検索セクションE において、部品の情報がその一部しかわかっていないとき、部品のそのわかっている一部の情報を入力し検索する。例えば、Part No （部品番号）、 Part Name（部品名）、 Dwg No Mark（図面番号）を入力し検索する。その検索の結果得られた候補となる部品のリストが選択候補リストセクション２に選択候補リストとして表示される。

選択候補リストセクション２には、前記第１グラフィック画面D で選択された部品もしくは文字検索セクションE における検索結果が表示される。
すでにいくつかの部品が選択候補として選択候補リストセクション２に表示されている場合、マウスを移動させてポインタによって選択部品を指し示すと、その該当部品は反転文字に変わる。それと同時に、該当部品に必要な付属品が必要付属部品リストセクション3 に表示される。更に、前記文字の反転と同時に、前記グラフィックセクションD,F 上では、該当部品及びその部品に必要な付属品が確認しやすいように着色される。該当部品は赤く、その必要付属品は青く着色される。
前記選択候補リストセクション２の左上部に、前記検索及び選択画面での部品の選択情報を確認画面と注文画面へ送るための転送ボタンU が設けられている。

前記必要付属部品リストセクション3 には、前記選択候補リスト中から選択された部品を使用するにあたって必ず必要となる必要付属部品が表示される。前記必要付属部品リスト上でマウスを移動させてポインタによって指し示された必要付属部品は反転文字に変わる。それと同時に、前記グラフィックセクションD,F 上では、該当必要付属品が確認しやすいように青く着色される。
ツリービューセクション4 では、第１グラフィックセクションD または選択候補リストセクション２において選択された部品に関するフォルダが開かれて表示される。また、このツリービューセクション4 において目的の部品を含む部品ブロックまでフォルダを開くと、その部品ブロックに含まれる部品が選択候補リストセクション2 に表示される。

(グラフィックより選ぶ）
第１グラフィックセクションD では、図２に示すように、最初は全体組立図が表示される。第１グラフィックセクションD 内の、目的の「部分組立図」の図形またはその名称上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを１回クリックすると、赤く着色される。

第１グラフィックセクションD においてダブルクリックするか、「一つ下層へ」の第２切換ボタンK を２回クリックすると、図３に示すように、「部分組立図」のグラフィックに変わる。そのとき、一つ上位階層のグラフィックセクション、即ち第２グラフィックセクションF では、先ほどまで第１グラフィックセクションD に表示されていた「全体組立図」が表示される。
第１グラフィックセクションD 内の目的の「部品ブロック」の図形またはその名称上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを１回クリックすると、赤く着色される。

次に、第１グラフィックセクションD 内の目的の「部品ブロック」の図形またはその名称上でポインタを停止させ、マウスを２回クリックするか、「一つ下層へ」の第２切換ボタンK を２回クリックする。すると、図1 に示されるように、第１グラフィックセクションD 内は目的の「部品ブロック」のグラフィックに変わり、各部品のイメージ画像が表示される、
そのとき第２グラフィックセクションF では、先ほどまで第１グラフィックセクションD で表示されていた「部品組立図」が表示される。また、ツリー・ビューセクション4 には選択候補リストセクション2 該当する「部品ブロック」のフォルダが開く。

第１グラフィックセクションD で表示されている「部品ブロック」内で選択する部品上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを１回クリックすると、選択された部品が赤く着色され、選択候補リストセクション2 上でその部品の詳細情報が表示されその欄が反転する。
選択された部品に必要消耗部品等の必要付属部品がある場合は、前記部品の選択と同時にそれに付随する必要付属部品も青く着色される。そして、必要付属部品リストセクション3 でその部品の詳細情報が表示される。
このようにして、部品の選択をしたら、転送ボタンU 上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを２回クリックする。そして、部品の選択の情報を確認画面に転送する。

（文字検索より選ぶ）
次に、文字検索セクションE から部品を検索して選ぶ場合を図1 を参照しつつ説明する。
図1 に示す文字検索セクションE において、検索項目入力欄P-T にポインタを移動させ、マウスを１回クリックするとキーボードから文字等が入力可能な状態となるので、少なくとも検索項目入力欄P-T の少なくとも一欄に検索したい部品の情報を入力する。そして、検索ボタンM 上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを 2回クリックする。すると、検索結果が選択候補リストセクション2 上に部品選択候補リストとして表示される。

各検索項目入力欄P-T に入力されるべき内容を下記に示す。左側の入力欄に対して右側の内容が入力される。

尚、入力欄R,S は、それぞれサブアッセンブリ名及び部品ブロック名の参照データとリンクされており、右端に参照ボタンが設けられている。この参照ボタン上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを１回クリックすると参照名が現れるので、その中から選択することができる。

図1 に示す文字検索セクションE において、上部中央の「Complete agreement」チェックボックスO にポインタを移動させ、マウスを左１クリックしてチェックマークを入れると、上記の検索項目に入力した文字について完全一致した部品が選択される。チェックマークがないと、部分一致したものが検索される。また、クリアボタンN 上にポインタを移動させ、マウスを 2回クリックすると、検索結果がクリアされる。

不完全一致の検索では、複数の部品が選択候補リストセクション2 の部品選択候補リストに出力される。そのときは、部品選択候補リストに表示されている部品情報等から絞込む。
選択候補リストセクション2 の部品選択候補リスト及び必要付属部品リストセクション3 の必要付属部品リストには以下の部品情報X1-X6 が示されている。尚、図1 における部品情報の符号X1-X6 は必要付属部品リストセクション3 のみに表示されているが、選択候補リストセクション2 においても同様である。左側の情報欄に対して右側の内容が表示される。
