上記二重底を有する二重殻船では、図3(イ)(ロ)にその一例の概略を示す如く、船体1に、船底内板2aと船底外板2bとからなる二重底2を構成し、該二重底2内に多数配置された実体フロアとしての桁材3に、二重底2内の交通装置として円形の開孔4や長円形の開孔5が設けられている。6は船体強度部材、7は船体強度部材6の面材6aが貫通するように桁材3に設けた貫通孔(スロット)、8は該貫通孔7と長円形の開孔5との間の距離sが短いことによって生ずる高応力を避けるために貫通孔7部に取り付けた補強部材としてのカラープレートを示す。

ところが、長円形の開孔5の場合、下端部が桁材3に設けられた貫通孔7と近接位置するため、上述したようにカラープレート8を補強板として用いているが、カラープレート8は船体強度部材6の形状に合わせて溝加工を施さなければならないので工作が面倒である。長円形の開孔5の下端部側と桁材3の貫通孔7との間の距離sを大きくできれば、上記カラープレート8を用いた補強を不要にできるか、補強するにしても、溝加工が不要で工作が容易なダブラープレートを開孔5と貫通孔7との間の位置に取り付けることで対処できるが、最近では、二重底2内の点検、メンテナンスの頻度増加を考慮して、開孔5の更なる大型化が要望されているため、上記問題点を解決できる有効な対策が見出せないでいるのが実状である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するために、二重底内に配置された桁材に、上下方向に長い大型の開孔を設けると共に、該開孔における下部の船体強度部材貫通孔と近接する下端部側を、楕円を長軸方向で半分にした如き非半円形状として狭幅形状とし、該開孔の下端部側と下部の船体強度部材貫通孔との間の距離を大きくした構成とする。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図1は本発明の実施の一形態を示すもので、図3(イ)(ロ)に示したと同様な二重底2を有する二重殻船において、桁材3に、上下方向に長い大型の開孔(マンホール)9を設けると共に、該開孔9における下部の船体強度部材貫通孔7と近接する下端部側9aを、適宜角度の楕円を長軸方向で半分にした如き非半円形状として狭幅とし、開孔9の下端部側9aと下部の貫通孔7との間の距離Sを大きく設定した構成とする。

開孔9の下端部側9aを半円形状よりも狭幅の形状としてあることから、下部の貫通孔7との間の距離Sを、図3に示す如き長円形の開孔5を設けた場合の距離sよりも大きくすることができる(S>s)。これにより、開孔9の下端部側9aの周辺部に作用する応力集中を緩和することができ、該部分の補強を不要とすることが可能となる。

以上述べた如く、本発明の二重殻船の二重底内交通装置によれば、次の如き優れた効果を発揮する。
(1)二重底内に配置された桁材に、上下方向に長い大型の開孔を設けると共に、該開孔における下部の船体強度部材貫通孔と近接する下端部側を、楕円を長軸方向で半分にした如き非半円形状として狭幅形状とし、該開孔の下端部側と下部の船体強度部材貫通孔との間の距離を大きくした構成としてあるので、該開孔の下端部側と下部の船体強度部材貫通孔との間の距離を大きくすることができ、該距離が小さいことによる応力集中を緩和できることになる。これにより、補強を不要とすることが可能になり、開孔の大型化の要求に応えることができて、二重底内の点検、メンテナンス性を向上させることができる。
(2)桁材に設けた上下方向に長い大型の開孔における下部の船体強度部材貫通孔と近接する下端部側と該下部の船体強度部材貫通孔との間に位置する桁材の表面部に、補強板を取り付けた構成とすることにより、高応力部の補強を簡単に行うことができ、この際補強板としては加工が容易なダブラープレートを採用できることから工作面で有利となる。
