Abstract

Description
The present invention relates to a helideck, and more particularly to a helideck structure capable of mounting a hatch to an aluminum pancake.
Helidecks are structures provided to offshore structures for helicopter landing / landing. In recent years, it has become increasingly important to adjust the position of offshore structures during drilling operations such as drillship, FLNG (Floating Liquid Natural Gas Plant) and floating production storage offloading (FPSO) A dynamic positioning system is being used for the system, and this system plays an important role in the operation of the main line. In the event of a failure in the thruster constituting such a dynamic positioning system, a hatch is formed in the helideck located on the athlete to be taken out of the way for repair and replacement.
Recently, a Helideck pancake structure using aluminum alloy material, which is superior in terms of weight reduction, corrosion resistance and maintenance / repair of Helideck, has been developed. A transition plate is utilized to solve the galvanic corrosion problem that may occur during bonding / joining of the dissimilar members in the helideck pancake structure. That is, the aluminum and transition plate are fastened with bolts, and the transition plate and steel H beams are welded together. However, when the helideck is made of steel, even if a certain portion of the pancake structure is constituted by a hatch, there is almost no problem of strength or connection, but in the case of the helideck pancake structure using an aluminum alloy material, There is a technical problem that needs to be solved in order to utilize a specific area of the pancake as a hatch area because a plurality of pancakes and aluminum girders are formed in a double layer and it is impossible to join by welding.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a helideck structure in which a hatch can be installed on an aluminum pancake of an offshore structure.
