Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ticketing system, a ticketing method, a program, and a recording medium.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various tickets (for example, gift certificates) have been used for gifts and the like, and companies that issue tickets issue tickets in response to user requests.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, if a ticket can be issued automatically, it is convenient for a company that issues a ticket. Furthermore, it would be more convenient if the issued ticket can be automated up to the place where it is stored in the case. In addition, when automatically issuing and storing tickets, it is preferable to provide a mechanism for detecting abnormalities in ticketing and storage. For example, it is convenient if the identification number of a gift voucher that has been automatically enclosed is photographed and it can be confirmed whether or not it has been actually improperly enclosed when an inquiry about misencapsulation is made after the gift voucher is shipped.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel ticketing system that automatically issues tickets.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Here, a case where a gift certificate is issued will be described as an example.
[0021]
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of a ticketing system in the present embodiment. In the ticketing system in the present embodiment, the
[0022]
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of a flow of processing related to ticketing in the present embodiment. There are roughly four patterns for issuing gift certificates in the present embodiment. There are four patterns of “mail order”, “exchanging gifts”, “large customer” and “previous (ticketing)”.
[0023]
In the case of “mail order”, the customer sends an application form with information about the gift certificate to the gift certificate issuing company, or connects to the host terminal via the network such as the Internet using its own terminal, Send information about gift certificates. When the application form is sent, the operator of the gift certificate issuing company inputs information about the gift certificate into the host terminal. Information on gift vouchers includes, for example, the number of gift vouchers for each type, payment method, self (applicant) address, name, recipient address, name, etc. If you want to make a person other than the applicant, you can consider the address and name of the sender. The host terminal adds the order identification information and the destination identification information (the order number and the destination number here) to the information related to the gift certificate. The order number is a number assigned to each order. Further, the destination number is a number assigned to each destination for a certain order. The host terminal transmits information about the gift certificate to the
[0024]
The
[0025]
“Premium exchange” means, in the present embodiment, a service for exchanging the points acquired according to the credit card usage amount for a premium. Basically, it is the same as in the case of “mail order”, but in this embodiment, automatic reception by voice response using a telephone is performed in addition to reception by the Internet. In the case of “exchange gifts”, for example, a gift number may be entered as information relating to a gift certificate, instead of the number of gift certificates for each type. Then, if necessary, the gift number may be converted into the number of gift certificates for each type. The host terminal transmits the information related to the gift certificate to the
[0026]
“Large business partners” are cases where there are many recipients. The recipient data (addressee's address, name, etc.) can be recorded on a recording medium such as a floppy (registered trademark) disk and sent to a gift voucher. Further, the destination data may be described in an application form together with information on other gift certificates, and may be sent to a gift certificate issuing company by mail or facsimile. When the operator of the gift voucher receives the application form or recording medium from the applicant, the operator inputs information on the gift certificate described in the application form into the terminal 31, 33, 36 or 38, and further receives the recording medium. In such a case, the destination data recorded on the recording medium is read by the terminal 31, 33, 36 or 38. Further, when the destination data is received in writing, the operator may input the destination data, record it on a recording medium, and read it by the terminal 31, 33, 36 or 38. The terminal 31, 33, 36 or 38 adds the order number and the destination number to the information related to the gift certificate (including the destination data). Then, the terminal 31, 33, 36 or 38 transmits information related to the gift certificate to the
[0027]
“Advance” refers to a case where a recipient is not yet determined but a gift certificate is desired. In this case, the issued gift certificate is sent to the applicant or sender. When receiving the application form from the applicant, the operator of the gift voucher issuing company inputs information on the gift voucher described in the application form into the terminal 31, 33, 36 or 38. The terminal 31, 33, 36 or 38 can place an order number and a set number on information relating to the gift certificate (in the form of one or more sets within one order, but the set number is one order) (It is information indicating the number of the ticket issued in the order). Here, the set number is the same as the destination number. In the following description, the “destination number” will be described in a unified manner. However, in the case of “advance”, it may be read as a set number. Then, the terminal 31, 33, 36 or 38 transmits information related to the gift certificate to the
[0028]
When the
[0029]
In patterns other than the “previous” pattern, when the printers 26 to 29 receive information related to the gift certificate, the addresses, names, and the like of the recipient and sender are printed on the delivery form based on the information. The operator of the gift voucher issuing company attaches a delivery form to the sealed gift voucher and sends it to the shipping company. The shipping company delivers the gift certificate to the recipient.
[0030]
In this embodiment, in the case of “Mail order” and “Large customers”, a bar code that can be linked with the ticketing system and the shipping company system is also sent for management, etc. Printed on the book. The operator of the gift voucher issuing company reads the bar code on the delivery form into the terminal 31 or 33 using the

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of a gift certificate. The gift certificate shown in FIG. 5 is a 1,000 yen gift certificate. In this embodiment, four types of gift certificates of 500 yen, 1,000 yen, 5,000 yen and 10,000 yen are handled. However, different types of gift certificates may be handled, or only one type of gift certificate may be handled. “99663 001 01 2 000814307 4” in the upper left of the gift certificate shown in FIG. 5 is identification information (identification number here). The first “99663” is a fixed number, the next “001” is a number representing an issuing card company, and the next “01” is a ticket type (ordinary gift certificate, travel gift certificate, etc.). The next “2” is a number representing the denomination, the next “000814307” is the original number of the gift certificate, and the last “4” is a check digit (inspection number). Here, as for the number representing the denomination, “1” represents 500 yen, “2” represents 1,000 yen, “3” represents 5,000 yen, and “4” represents 10,000 yen. Since the gift voucher in FIG. 5 is a 1,000-yen gift voucher, the number indicating the denomination is “2”. A gift certificate can be uniquely identified by such identification information. Note that only the original number is printed on the lower right (stub portion) of the gift certificate shown in FIG.
