Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an appliance mounting member used to attach an appliance such as a switch to a building member such as a pillar.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Conventionally, in order to attach fixtures such as a switch to a building member such as a pillar, first, the fixture attachment member is fixed to the construction member with a fixing member such as a screw, a nail, or an adhesive, and the fixture attachment member is attached to the fixture. It was to install equipment such as switches.
[0003]
However, such a conventional instrument mounting member requires a fixing member such as a screw in addition to the instrument mounting member itself, and has a large number of components, and maintenance management during transportation and storage is troublesome. In addition, fixing the mounting member to the building member with a fixing member such as a screw requires tools and the work is troublesome. Moreover, once the tool is fixed, the tool mounting member may be removed from the building member. Was necessary and the work was troublesome. Further, the building member after the fixture mounting member is removed has a mark of a fixing member such as a screw, and the appearance is poor. Especially for temporary buildings used at construction sites and the like, these problems are further increased from the viewpoint of work efficiency and the repeated use of materials.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, has a small number of components, and can easily attach and detach instruments to / from building members without the need for tools. It is an object of the present invention to provide an instrument mounting member that has good appearance at the time of attachment and after removal, and yet can obtain sufficient attachment strength.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is an appliance mounting member used to attach an appliance such as a switch to a building member such as a pillar,
It is composed of a first mounting part arranged on the right side with respect to the building member and a second mounting part arranged on the left side with respect to the building member,
The first attachment component extends rearward from a first front plate extending in the width direction of the building member, and a right end portion in the width direction of the first front plate, and engages with a right side surface of the building member. A first building member engaging plate, and a first instrument engaging plate that extends forward from the left end of the first front panel in the width direction and engages the left side surface of the instruments,
The second attachment component extends rearward from a second front plate extending in the width direction of the building member, and a left end portion in the width direction of the second front plate, and engages with a left side surface of the building member. A second building member engaging plate, and a second instrument engaging plate that extends forward from the right end of the second front plate in the width direction and engages the right side surface of the instruments,
The first and second building member engaging plates face each other behind the front plates, and the first and second instrument engaging plates face each other in front of the front plates. The front plate of any one of the mounting part or the second mounting part is slidably inserted between the other front plate and the instrument engaging plate.
[0006]
According to this, when the said 1st and 2nd building member engagement board is moved to a separation direction, the said 1st and 2nd front board will mutually slide, and the 1st and 2nd instrument engagement board is accompanying with it. Move in the close direction. On the other hand, when the first and second building member engagement plates are moved in the proximity direction, the first and second front plates slide with each other, and accordingly, the first and second instrument engagement plates move in the separation direction. Moving.
[0007]
Thus, when attaching the implements to the building member, the first and second building member engaging plates are moved from the separated state to the close direction with respect to the building member to engage with the both sides of the building member in a sandwiched state. Let me. Accordingly, the first and second instrument engaging plates move in the separating direction, and an instrument accommodating space is formed between the first and second instrument engaging plates. By fitting the instruments, the first and second instrument engagement plates are engaged with both sides of the instruments in a sandwiched state.
[0008]
Moreover, in the said attachment state, even if the 1st and 2nd building member engagement board tries to move to a separation direction, the 1st and 2nd instrument engagement board connected via the 1st and 2nd front board is assumed. Since the first and second building member engaging plates cannot be moved in the separating direction by the fixtures, the columns cannot be moved in the separating direction, and the column is firmly fixed from both sides by the first and second building member engaging plates. It is pinched. Conversely, even if the first and second instrument engaging plates try to move in the separating direction, the first and second instrument engaging plates are connected to the first and second front plates via the first and second front plates. 2 Since the building member engaging plate cannot be moved in the proximity direction by the building member, the first and second appliance engaging plates cannot move in the separating direction, and the appliances are the first and second appliances. It is firmly clamped from both sides by the engagement plate.
[0009]
Furthermore, when removing the appliances from the building member, the appliances may be removed from the appliance accommodating portion between the first and second appliance engagement plates. At this time, the first and second instrument engaging plates can be moved in the proximity direction, and accordingly, the non-movable state of the first and second building member engaging plates in the separating direction is released. The appliance attachment member can be removed from the building member by moving the first and second building member engaging plates in the separating direction.
[0010]
In addition, when the first instrument engaging plate and / or the second instrument engaging plate is provided with a spring plate on the inside thereof, the instrument such as a switch is mounted in a state that allows a slight error. Can be energized.
[0011]

(13a) and (23a) are formed, and inwardly bent edges (13b) and (23b) that are bent inward are also formed at the lower ends thereof, and the first and second front plates (11) and (21) are formed. Opposite in front. As the first and second front plates (11) and (21) are slid, the first and second switch engagement plates (13) and (23) move in the proximity direction, so that the first A switch accommodating portion (4) is formed in a space surrounded by the first and second switch engaging plates (13) (23) and the inwardly bent edges (13a) (13b) (23a) (23b). The switch (B) can be accommodated in 4).
[0019]
Each of the first and second switch engagement plates (13) and (23) is provided with a leaf spring (5) that gently slopes from the upper part to the lower part on the inner side, and is accommodated in the switch accommodating part (4). The switch (B) to be operated is urged inward in a state where some errors can be allowed.
[0020]
Note that (6) occurs between the fixed bent edge (23c) of the second switch engagement plate (23) and the first front plate (11) when the switch is accommodated in the switch accommodating portion (4). This is a biting member provided to prevent the switch (B) from wobbling due to a step.
[0021]
Next, when attaching the switch (B) to the column (A), as shown in FIG. 2, first, the first and second column engaging plates (12) (22) are moved fully in the separating direction, and the width direction Is brought into contact with a predetermined portion of the column (A) in such a state that is parallel to the width direction of the column (A).
[0022]
In the above state, the first and second column engagement plates (12) and (22) are brought close to each other by applying a force inward from both sides to the first and second column engagement plates (12) and (22). The first and second column engaging plates (12) and (22) are engaged with both side surfaces of the column (A) in a clamped state by moving in the direction (white arrow in FIG. 1).
[0023]
In addition, the first and second column engagement plates (12) and (22) move in the proximity direction, whereby the first and second front plates (11) and (21) slide relative to each other, and accordingly The first and second switch engagement plates (13) and (23) move in the separating direction (the white arrow in FIG. 1), and the first and second switch engagement plates (13) and (23) and the inward bending edge ( 13a, 13b, 23a, and 23b, the
[0024]
In this attached state, the column (A) is firmly clamped from both sides by the first and second column engaging plates (12) and (22), and the switch (B) is coupled with the urging force of the spring plate (5). Thus, the first and second switch engaging plates (13) and (23) are firmly held from both sides.
[0025]
That is, even if the first and second column engaging plates (12) and (22) try to move in the separating direction, the first and second articulated plates are connected via the first and second front plates (11) and (21). Since the two switch engagement plates (13) and (23) cannot be moved in the proximity direction by the switch, the first and second column engagement plates (12) and (22) cannot move in the separation direction. (A) is firmly clamped from both sides by the first and second column engaging plates (12) and (22). Conversely, even if the first and second switch engagement plates (13) and (23) try to move in the separating direction, the first and second front plates (13 and 23) are connected to the first and second front plates (13 and 23). 11) Since the first and second column engaging plates (12) and (22) connected via the (21) cannot be moved in the proximity direction by the column (A), the first and second switch units The plywood (13) and (23) cannot move in the separating direction, and the switch (B) is coupled with the urging force of the spring plate (5) so that the first and second switch engaging plates (13) and (23) Will be firmly clamped from both sides.
[0026]
Next, when removing the switch (B) from the column (A), the switch (B) is pulled upward from the switch housing (4) between the first and second switch engagement plates (13) (23). Take it. At this time, the first and second switch engagement plates (13) and (23) can be moved in the proximity direction, and accordingly, the first and second column engagement plates (12) and (22) are moved in the separation direction. Since the impossible state is released, the switch mounting member is removed from the column (A) by moving the first and second column engaging plates (12) and (22) in the separating direction.
[0027]
In this embodiment, the inner bent edges (12a) (22a) are formed at the rear ends of the first and second column engaging plates (12) (22). Also good. However, if these inwardly bent edges (12a) (22a) are formed, the first and second column engaging plates (12) (22) can be reliably engaged with both side surfaces of the column (A). It is desirable because it is possible.
[0028]
In addition, inward bent edges (13a) (13b) (23a) (23b) are formed at the front and lower end portions of the first and second switch engaging plates (13) (23). You don't have to. However, if the inwardly bent edges (13a) (13b) (23a) (23b) are formed, the first and second switch engagement plates (13) (23) can be securely attached to both sides of the switch (B). This is desirable because it can be engaged.
[0029]
The first and second front plates (11) and (21), the first and second column engagement plates (12) and (22), and the first and second switch engagement plates (13) and (23) are all flat. Although it was formed in a rectangular shape, it may be formed in other shapes, and various design changes can be made according to the shape of building members such as pillars and fixtures such as switches.
[0030]
In addition, although the first attachment component (1) and the second attachment component (2) are made of steel, they may be made of other materials.
[0031]
Further, the first front plate (11) of the first mounting component (1) is inserted between the second front plate (21) of the second mounting component (2) and the second switch engagement plate (23). Is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the first front plate (11 ′) of the first mounting component (1 ′) is formed in a rectangular shape elongated in the width direction, while the second positive plate of the second mounting component (2 ′) is formed. Only the upper and lower portions of the face plate (21 ′) and the second switch engagement plate (23 ′) are fixed by spot welding or the like via the biting plates (3 ′) (3 ′), and the first front plate (11 ′). Can be slidably inserted between the biting plates (3 ′) and (3 ′).
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration and is used to attach switches and other fixtures to a building member such as a pillar without using a fixing member such as a nail, a screw, or an adhesive, The number of components can be reduced compared to products, which is convenient for maintenance management such as transportation and storage.
[0033]
Moreover, the attachment of the implements with respect to a building member is made to engage a building member engagement board in the clamping state on the both sides of a building member by moving a building member engagement board with respect to a building member from a separated state to a near direction, Further, in this state, the instruments are accommodated between the instruments engaging plates, and the instruments engaging plates are engaged with both sides of the instruments in a sandwiched state. In this way, since fixtures can be attached to building members without using any fixing members or tools such as nails, screws, or adhesives in addition to the fixture mounting members, anyone can use it without any skill. Instruments can be attached to building components.
[0034]
In addition, when the fixtures are attached, the building members are firmly clamped from both sides by the first and second building component engaging plates, and the fixtures are firmly clamped from both sides by the first and second fixture engaging plates. Therefore, sufficient mounting strength that does not cause rattling is obtained, and the appearance is also excellent.
[0035]
In addition, the removal of the appliances from the building members is performed by first removing the appliances from the appliance accommodating portion between the appliance engagement plates, and further, the construction member engagement plates for the appliance mounting members from the building members. Is moved in the separating direction, so that the tools can be easily detached from the building member without using any tools as in the case of mounting the tools.
[0036]
Furthermore, even after removing the fixtures from the building components, no fixing members such as screws are used to attach the fixtures. Become.
[0037]
As described above, the number of components is small, and it is easy to attach and detach equipment to and from building members without the need for tools. Furthermore, the appearance is good at the time of and after detachment, and sufficient installation is possible. Since strength is obtained, it becomes possible to further improve the efficiency of work and the repetitive use of materials not only for ordinary buildings but also for temporary buildings used in construction sites and the like.
