BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a strip for a lining pipe and a lining method for an existing pipe, and more specifically, a strip for a lining pipe for rehabilitating an existing pipe such as a sewer pipe, a water pipe, a gas pipe, and the pipe using the same. The present invention relates to a method for lining existing pipes that enables easy installation of communication cable pipes by extremely simple construction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
With the development of cable communications such as cable television, the installation space for communication cables in the built-up area has become a major problem, and it is an underground burial facility. Some proposals have been made to use existing pipes such as gas pipes, and some have been put into practice.
In particular, in a sewer pipe, because of its character, there is a margin space in the upper part of the sewer pipe, or a communication cable pipe is provided in the upper part of the pipe cross section.

[0007]
Invention of Claim 3 has a junction part which continued to the longitudinal direction in the vicinity of the both-sides edge of a flat base material, and is from the 1st wall part inside the said base material, and the 2nd wall part outside. An existing pipe for lining a spiral lining pipe in an existing pipe by spirally winding a lining pipe strip having a tubular double wall portion formed in the longitudinal direction and joining adjacent joints A lining method, wherein a cable fixing tool is attached to a first wall portion of a portion where the tubular double wall portion of the lining tube strip is formed in the lining tube. The gist of the lining method.
[0009]
The strip for a lining pipe used in the invention of claim 1 is generally “Super SPR” which has received a technical examination certificate as “rehabilitation technology for sewer pipes” based on the Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1451 dated July 28, 1987. Developed as a rigid vinyl chloride profile used in the “Sewage Pipe Renewal Method” so that communication cable piping can be easily and quickly installed in the lining pipe after the profile is piped and lined. Is.
[0010]
The material constituting the strip for the lining pipe is spirally wound, and the spiral lining pipe formed in the existing pipe by joining the adjoining joint portions is integrated with the existing pipe covering the outer pipe. The lining pipe line to be obtained has the required strength, for example, the required strength of the sewage pipe required by the sewerage facility design guidelines, but the above-described profile is continuously formed by an extrusion method. A thermoplastic resin that can be molded in a specific manner, in particular, a vinyl chloride resin excellent in moldability is preferred. Of course, other thermoplastic resins and metals are not excluded.

After the lining pipe is formed in the existing pipe line, the backfill material is injected and hardened in the gap between the existing pipe line and the lining pipe.
The backfill material is used for bonding the existing pipe line and the lining pipe and is not particularly limited. For example, the backfill material used in the above-described Super SPR method is Portland cement. This is a special mortar in which lightweight aggregates such as obsidian, swelling agents, surfactants, resin emulsions and the like are blended with the main adhesive material such as obsidian.
[0025]
In the lining tube thus obtained, a tubular double wall portion including a first inner wall portion and an outer second wall portion of the lining tube wall is formed in a spiral shape. For example, fixing of a communication cable pipe or the like by cutting a portion along the tube axis of the lining pipe into the portion that is a double wall portion of the wall and pulling out the first inner wall portion to the inside. A tool is formed.
[0026]
The incision is not particularly limited as long as it is a double wall portion. For example, a pipe such as a communication cable or a member such as a wiring is provided in a direction perpendicular to the tube axis of the lining pipe. Insert a notch with a width that can be supported, pull the notch part while heating it in the direction opposite to the curved direction of the lining tube wall (inner side), and pipe the communication cable between the lining tube wall and the notched part In the same manner, intermittently form a similar space along the tube axis of the lining pipe, and each of the drawn incisions may be used as a fixture, A work cut window may be made, and a separately prepared communication cable pipe fixing tool may be attached in the vicinity of the work cut window.

As described above, the strip for a lining pipe of the present invention is compactly wound in a coil shape and can be transported to the lining work site, using a simple pipe making facility, and simply wrapping in a spiral form on the site. Since it can be used as a pipe, there is an advantage that a conveyance cost can be reduced and a lining pipe having an arbitrary diameter can be easily obtained, and a double pipe wall portion of a lining pipe formed in an existing pipe line is cut. An insertion space such as a communication cable pipe can be formed by simply inserting and pulling out the communication cable, and the communication cable pipe can be easily attached.
[0031]
Since the existing pipe lining method of the present invention is for lining an existing pipe line using the lining pipe strip, the double pipe wall can be formed at any time by a simple installation method for communication cable piping and the like. Two incisions are made in the first wall portion inside the inner lining pipe, and the incision portion is quickly and easily cumbersome by just pulling the inside while heating the incision portion. Forms an insertion space for communication cable piping, etc., without requiring work and processes, and this part is used as a fixture for communication cable piping, and these piping and wiring members are attached along the lining pipe. It can be done.

[0041]
In each of Examples 1 to 4, communication cable piping can be attached very easily and in a short time, and the lining tube wall is sufficiently watertight even when the backfilling agent is injected. In addition to the fact that the agent could not be leaked into the lining pipe at all and a safe communication cable pipe could be installed, both of the comparative examples 1 and 2 were installation work for the communication cable pipe fixing itself. Since the backfilling agent penetrates into the lining pipe, all of the communication cable pipe fixing fixture mounting holes were subjected to water-stopping treatment with a water-stopping agent, which required a lot of man-hours.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
Since the strip for a lining pipe of the present invention is configured as described above, it can be compactly wound in a coil shape and transported to the lining work site, using a simple pipe-making facility, and spirally on-site. Since it can be made into a lining pipe simply by winding, there is an advantage that the conveyance cost can be reduced and a lining pipe having an arbitrary diameter can be easily obtained, and a double pipe wall portion of the lining pipe is cut and pulled out. It is possible to form an insertion space such as a communication cable pipe, and to easily attach the communication cable pipe.
[0043]
In addition, the existing pipe lining method of the present invention linings the existing pipe line using the above-mentioned lining pipe strip, so that the double pipe wall is always formed when a communication cable or the like is attached. By making extremely simple means such as making two cuts in the lining pipe wall part and pulling the cut part inward while heating, it is quick and without the need for cumbersome operations and processes such as water stop treatment. Therefore, it is possible to form an insertion space such as a communication cable pipe and attach a communication cable pipe or the like.
