Description

The present invention relates to a metal roofing material for repairing flat slate tiles that is repaired over existing flat slate tiles.

As shown in FIG. 9, as a method of repairing the roof, a new roofing material 3 is put on a flat slate tile (asbestos slate board) 2 as an existing roofing material spread on a field board 1 and fixed with screws 5. There is a repair method to repair. The new roofing material 3 bends the water-side end (front end) of a steel plate of a predetermined size downward at a substantially right angle and further bends the end inward to form an engaging portion 3a. The water-side end (rear end) vicinity is bent upward in a substantially U shape, and the terminal is folded downward to form the engaging portion 3b that can be engaged with the engaging portion 3a. The back-up material 4 that also serves as a heat insulating material and a sound insulating material is adhered and formed.

As shown in the figure, the new roofing material 3 is covered with an existing flat slate tile 2 and the water-side engaging portion 3a is fixed immediately below the water-side engaging portion of the new roofing material 3. After being liquid-tightly engaged with 3 b, the rear end 3 c is fixed to the base plate 1 together with the flat slate roof tile 2 with screws 5. Then, the next new roofing material 3 is covered on the water side, the engagement portion 3a on the underwater side is engaged with the engagement portion 3b on the waterside of the fixed roof material 3, and the rear end portion 3c is formed. It is fixed to the base plate 1 together with the flat slate tile 2 with screws 5. This new roofing material 3 is placed on top of the existing flat slate tile 2 ignoring the working width. In this way, the new roofing material 3 is covered with the existing flat slate tile 2 and repaired.

In addition, a renovation method for forming a new metal roof with a renewable roof material that can be fitted to each other on a horizontal metal roof on which a roof material made of folded metal plates is fitted and connected, is a renovation method. Metal roofing materials for repair have also been proposed in which the roofing material for repairing is formed so that the mating portion between the roofing material for roofing and the mating portion of the roofing material in the existing roof do not overlap (for example, patents) Reference 1).
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2004-60229 (page 4-5, FIG. 1)

However, the roof material with the above structure is a method of covering existing flat slate tiles with a new roof material of a certain width in sequence, ignoring the width, so it can be laid like a new construction, but the finished surface is In particular, it is difficult to handle the housing in the case where the wall is engaged with the wall, or in the case where the space between the second floor window sill and the first floor roof wall is narrow, which may cause a problem in waterproofness. is there. Moreover, since the finished surface becomes high, the rain dripping from the eaves becomes difficult to enter the existing rain gutter. In addition, there is a problem that a gap is formed between the stepped portion of the existing flat slate roof tile and the backup material.

In addition, there is a roof material in which the size of the steel plate is formed in a certain shape in accordance with the normal working width of the flat plate slate roof material and is covered with the flat plate slate roof tile. However, in general, existing flat slate roof tiles are often not kept constant in working width. For this reason, when a new roofing material formed with a constant working width is covered, the workability is poor and a problem is likely to occur in waterproofness. In addition, the fitting at each joint part is poor, and water leakage at the joint part with the wall tends to increase, and in order to prevent this water leakage accident, a method of processing by damaging the housing is common, which is not preferable. .

An object of the present invention is to fix a flat metal slate tile roof, which is excellent in waterproofness, fixing strength, workability and economy by fixing a metal roof material for repair using an existing flat slate tile. The metal roofing material for repairing is in close contact with the upper surface of the metal roofing material for repairing that is covered with the flat plate slate tile on the lower side of the flat plate slate tile to be covered with the lower plate portion that is substantially corrugated at the lower end of the water. . Thereby, the underwater side end is well fixed to the gap between the upper and lower flat plate slate roof tiles, and the intrusion of rainwater from the gap is also prevented.

Thereby, the liquid tightness of the clearance gap of the level | step-difference part of the flat slate tile by the metal roof material for repair improves.

According to the present invention, by fixing the metal roofing material for repair using the existing flat slate tile, the design of the existing roof is not impaired, and the waterproof property, the fixing strength, and the workability with an extremely simple structure. It is possible to produce an excellent roofing material. In addition, it is possible to significantly reduce the cost of metal roofing materials for repairs, and at the same time, it is possible to reduce the cost of repair work in combination with its excellent workability, which is also excellent in economic efficiency. .

In addition, the upper and lower ends of the metal roofing material for refurbishment can be accommodated in the gaps between the steps of the existing flat slate tiles, and the structure of each joint, particularly the joint with the wall, is simplified. Construction will be extremely easy and the housing will not be damaged. Furthermore, even if the working width of the existing flat slate tile is slightly changed, it is very easy to adjust the working width of the metal roofing material for repair, and the workability can be improved. Moreover, even when it rains in the middle of construction, rainwater does not enter between the existing flat slate roof tile and the newly covered metal roofing material for repair, and the construction can be interrupted.

Hereinafter, a metal roofing material for repairing flat slate tiles according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a plan view of a metal roof material for repair (hereinafter simply referred to as “metal roof material”). The metal roof material 11 has a flat plate shape, for example, a horizontal length (horizontal width) of an existing flat plate slate. A rectangular shape that is slightly longer than twice the width of the roof tile 2 (for two sheets) and whose vertical length (length) is slightly wider than the working width 2a of the existing flat plate slate roof tile 2 is formed in the lateral direction. ing.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the metal roof material 11 has a water-side end (upper end) 11 b of the flat plate portion 11 a folded back in a substantially V shape when viewed from the side surface over the entire width. The portion (lower end portion) 11c is bent into a substantially square U shape when viewed from the side over the entire width, and the left and right side portions 11d of the flat plate portion 11a are bent into a substantially U shape downward and inward. It is a bruise part (hereinafter referred to as “bruise part 11d”).

As shown in FIG. 4, a central portion (front plate portion) 11e of the underwater side end portion 11c having a substantially square U shape is formed slightly higher than the plate thickness of the flat plate slate roof tile 2, and the lower plate portion 11f has a full width. And the terminal 11g is folded inwardly. Since the terminal 11g is folded back, the underwater side end portion 11c is easily inserted into the gap between the step portions of the flat plate slate roof tiles that are sequentially stacked in a hierarchical manner as will be described later.

There are various methods for constructing the eaves of the flat slate tile. For example, in the case of a structure in which two flat slate tiles are stacked as shown in FIG. 5, the metal roof material to be covered on the flat slate tile of the eaves 11, the center part 11e of the underwater side end part 11c is formed so as to be two sheets higher than the case shown in FIG.

The metal roofing material 11 having such a shape is formed of a metal plate, for example, a thin steel plate, and has a rust-proof coating on the entire surface and a predetermined color coating on the surface. In addition, as a metal roof material, it does not restrict to a steel plate, A copper plate or an aluminum plate may be sufficient.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a backup material 12 is attached to the back surface of the flat plate portion 11 a of the metal roof material 11. The backup material 12 has a plate thickness approximately equal to the height of the cracked portion 11d of the metal roof material 11, and extends from a position near the terminal 11g of the underwater side end portion 11c of the flat plate portion 11a to a substantially central portion, Both side portions are separated from the crease portion 11d of the metal roof material 11 by about half of the width of a discard plate 14 (see FIG. 2) described later. The backup material 12 is formed of, for example, a polystyrene foam member, and has a function as a heat insulating material and a sound insulating material. The backup material 12 is not necessarily required.

Returning to FIG. 2, the fixing member 13 is formed by bending a belt-shaped steel plate into a substantially square U shape when viewed from the side, and the central portion 13 a is below the flat slate roof tile 2 as shown in FIG. 6. The upper plate portion 13 b is fixed to the base plate 1 together with the existing flat plate slate tile 2. The lower plate portion 13c extends at a slight obtuse angle with the central portion 13a, and is inserted into the gap between the existing upper and lower flat plate slate tiles and covered with the lower flat plate slate tile. It is inserted into the water-side end 11b having a V shape. This fixing member 13 is called a so-called hanging element, and is interposed between the existing flat slate roof tile and the metal roof material 11 for repair to prevent the metal roof plate 11 from slipping down. It is.

The discard plate 14 is formed by bending a strip-shaped steel plate into a substantially L shape, the upper plate portion 14a is slightly longer than the flat plate portion 11a of the metal roof plate 11, and the water upper end portion (upper end portion) 14b is formed. It is attached to the outside of the water-side end portion 11 b that is folded back into a substantially V shape and bent into a substantially V shape of the metal roof material 11 so that it can be locked.

The front plate portion 14c is formed slightly shorter than the central portion 11e of the underwater side end portion 11c of the metal roof material 11, and can be stored in the underwater side end portion 11c. Then, the upper plate portion 14a of the discard plate 14 and the both side portions 14d of the front plate portion 14c are bent in a substantially U-shape on the upper side and inward opposite to the bruise fold portion 11d of the metal roof material 11. It is a bruise part (hereinafter referred to as “bruise part 14d”). The discard plate 14 is interposed between the left and right adjacent metal roofing materials 11 in contact with the crease 11d, that is, between the joint and the existing flat slate roof tile, and prevents rainwater from entering from the joint. It is.

The fixing member 13 and the discard plate 14 are not limited to steel plates like the metal roof plate 11, but may be formed of copper plates or aluminum plates. In this case, it is preferable to use the same material for the metal roof member 11, the fixing member 13, and the discard plate 14.

Hereinafter, a method of repairing an existing flat slate tile roof with the metal roof material 11 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 6, the metal roofing material 11 is placed on the first-stage flat slate tile 2-1 at the eaves, and the water-side end portion 11b bent in a substantially V shape is used as the second-stage flat slate tile. The water-side end portion 11c, which has a substantially square U shape on the lower side, is pushed into the slight gap S of the stepped portion with the water-side end portion of 2-2, and the water of the first-stage flat plate slate tile 2-1 Cover the lower edge.

The lower plate portion 11f and the terminal 11g forming the waveform of the water-side end portion 11c are held in contact with the back surface of the water-side end portion of the first-stage flat slate roof tile 2-1 in an elastic state over the entire width. Moreover, the corner | angular part (edge) 11h of the terminal 11g of the water upper side edge part 11b is contact | abutting to the back surface of the 2nd step | paragraph flat slate roof tile 2-2 in an elastic state. In this way, the first-stage flat plate slate tile 2-1 is covered with the metal roofing material 11.

Next, the fixing member 13 is inserted into the water-side end portion 11b of the metal roof material 11 from the gap between the metal roof material 11 placed on the first-stage flat plate slate tile 2-1 and the second-stage flat plate slate tile 2-2. The lower plate portion 13c is inserted, the central portion 13a is brought into contact with the lower end surface of the second-stage flat plate slate tile 2-2, and the upper portion of the upper plate portion 13b is fixed to the flat plate slate tile 2-2 and the flat plate slate tile. It is fixed to the base plate 1 with screws 15 together with 2-1.

At this time, the end of the lower plate portion 13c and the bent portion of the water-side end portion 11b are slightly separated in consideration of the thermal expansion of the metal roof material 11 and the fixing member. Further, by fixing the screw 15 to a position slightly above the water-side end portion 11b so as not to penetrate the metal roof material 11, the deformation of the screw hole due to the thermal expansion and the accompanying metal roof material 11 Rust generation and the like can be effectively prevented, which is preferable. The fixing position of the screw 15 is not limited to the above position, and it may be fixed at the position indicated by a two-dot chain line L in the center of FIG.

By fixing the first level flat plate slate tile 2-1 and the second level flat plate slate tile 2-2 together with the fixing member 13 to the base plate 1 with screws 15, the second level flat plate slate tile 2-2 is made of metal. The water-side end portion 11b having a V shape of the roofing material 11 is pressed, and the corner portion (edge) 11h of the terminal 11g bites into the back surface of the flat plate slate tile 2-2 and is locked. As a result, the metal roofing material 11 placed on the first-stage flat plate slate tile 2-1 is prevented from slipping down.

In addition, when a large force acts downward on the metal roof material 11 for some reason and the metal roof material 11 is displaced, the bent portion of the water-side end portion 11b is brought to the end surface of the lower plate portion 13c of the fixing member 13. It abuts and is locked and held in that position. This prevents the metal roof material 11 covered on the flat slate tile 2-1 from slipping down. In addition, the fixing member 13 is provided at a plurality of locations, for example, two locations in the vicinity of both the left and right sides, with an interval in the lateral direction of the horizontally long metal roof material 11, thereby more effectively preventing the metal roof material 11 from falling off. It becomes possible.

Next, the metal roofing material 11 is placed on the second-stage flat plate slate tile 2-2, and the lower plate portion 11f having the waveform of the water-side end portion 11c is put on the first-stage flat plate slate tile 2-1. While pushing into the gap S between the material 11 and the second-stage flat plate slate tile 2-2, the water-side end 11b is pushed into the gap S between the third-stage flat plate slate tile 2-3.

The lower plate portion 11f and the terminal 11g forming the waveform of the underwater side end portion 11c are elastically applied to the metal roofing material 11 and the lower plate portion 13c of the fixing member 13 covered with the first-stage flat plate slate tile 2-1. The liquid tightness is maintained by the contact, and rainwater intrusion into the gap S is prevented. Furthermore, the V-shaped water-side end portion 11b abuts the back surface of the flat plate slate roof 2-3 in an elastic state, and the corner portion (edge) 11h of the terminal 11g bites into the back surface of the flat plate slate roof 2-3. Even when rainwater enters the gap S, it is blocked (returned by water) by the water-side end portion 11b and prevented from entering above the water-side end portion 11b. This completely prevents rainwater from entering between the existing flat slate roof tile 2 and the base plate 1.

Moreover, the discard board 14 shown in FIG. 2 is arrange | positioned under the joint of the metal roofing material 11 on either side, and the water-side edge part 14b which makes a substantially V shape makes the substantially V shape of the metal roofing material 11. The metal roofing material 11 adjacent to the left and right sides of the metal roofing material 11 adjacent to the right and left sides of the metal roofing material 11 and the claw folding part 11d of the metal roofing material 11 and the top plate part 14a of the scraping plate 14 The back surface of the flat plate portion 11a and the back surface of the central portion 11e are brought into contact with each other.

As a result, rainwater that has entered from the joints between the left and right adjacent metal roofing materials 11 is formed by the metal roofing material 11 and the flat plate slate by the adjacent cracking portion 11d of the metal roofing material 11 and the facing cracking portion 14d of the discard plate 14. It is prevented from entering between the roof tiles 2 and flows down from the upper plate portion 14 a and the front plate portion 14 c of the discard plate 14 onto the metal roof material 11 covered with the first-stage flat plate slate tile 2.

Since the metal roofing material 11 has a structure in which the water-side end portion 11b is simply inserted into the gap between the upper and lower flat plate slate tiles 2, the working width slightly changes due to the construction of the existing flat plate slate tile 2. Even if you are, you can deal with it without any problems. Therefore, workability can be improved. In this way, the metal roofing material 11 is sequentially placed on the flat slate tile 2. Further, for example, even when it rains during the work, rainwater does not enter between the existing flat slate roof tile 2 and the newly covered metal roofing material 11 for repair, and the work can be interrupted. .

Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the uppermost flat plate slate tile, for example, the metal roofing material 11 that covers the flat plate slate tile 2-n at the joint with the wall 17, is covered with the rain presser 18 of the flat plate slate tile 2-n. The upper side of the flat plate portion 11a is cut in accordance with the length of the flat portion, and the terminal 11a 'is pushed into the gap between the rain presser 18 and the flat plate slate roof tile 2-n. Thereby, the metal roofing material 11 can be easily covered without changing the structure of the joint portion with the wall 17, and water leakage can be prevented. Moreover, it does not damage the housing. In this way, the new metal roofing material 11 can be covered with the step of the existing flat slate tile 2. Thereby, the design of the existing roof can be hold | maintained.

Moreover, the influence of the heat and heat in the summer, the cooling in the winter, and the rain sound can be effectively suppressed by the backup material 12 having heat insulation and sound insulation attached to the back surface of the metal roof material 11.

FIG. 8 shows a modification of the metal roofing material 11 according to the present invention. The metal roofing material 11 is formed by folding the water-side end of the metal roofing material 11 upward in a substantially V shape (see FIG. 3). The lower plate portion 11f is simply a flat plate. The metal roofing material 11 has the function of returning water by bringing the terminal 11g of the water upper end portion 11b folded back upward in a substantially V shape into contact with the back surface of the upper flat slate tile 2 in an elastic state and locking. Therefore, even if the lower plate portion 11f of the water-side end portion 11c is simply a flat plate, the intrusion of rainwater into the gap S can be prevented. According to such a configuration, when the formation of the underwater side end portion 11c becomes easy, the lower plate portion 11f can be shortened, and the material cost can be suppressed and the cost can be reduced.

In addition, the terminal of the water upper side edge part 11b of the said metal roof material 11 is formed in a waveform similarly to the lower board part 11f of the water lower side edge part 11c shown in FIG. You may make it contact | abut in a state.
