本発明による射出圧縮成形法では、初期型締力増大のタイミングを、充填中の金型キャビティ内の樹脂の位置により検出する。すなわち、本願発明の射出圧縮成形法は、射出・保圧工程における予め設定した充填中の金型キャビティ内の樹脂の位置に基づいて圧縮開始のタイミングを検知する射出圧縮成形方法であって、金型キャビティ内に、検知ピンを、樹脂の流動方向に移動するように突出させておく工程と、検知ピンが突出している位置に到達した樹脂に押圧されて樹脂の流動方向に移動することで、検知ピンが押し込められる工程と、検知ピンに対してピストンを介して取り付けられている作動ピンが、検知ピンが押し込められたことにより、作動スイッチを作動させる工程と、作動スイッチが作動したタイミングを圧縮開始のタイミングとして検知する工程とを含む。
