Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric cooking board that cooks ceramics by heating a cooking board with a heater.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An electric cooking board of this type that performs cooking by using the recesses arranged in the cooking plate is described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-37649. This is provided with an inner rib along the base of the rising portion of the bulging portion on the back surface of the cooking plate portion of the recess, and an outer rib extending parallel to the outer side of the inner rib, and a groove-shaped heater between them. A passage is formed, and this groove-like heater passage is fitted to the heater to support the cooking board so that it can be attached to and detached from the heater, and continues in a ring shape along the contours of the bulging portions of the recesses arranged in series. In the enclosed area formed by the inner ribs, ribs that form a lattice shape are formed on the back surface of the bulging portion of each concave portion extending from the inner rib. Exceptionally, lattice-like ribs extending from the outer ribs adjacent to the arrangement of the bulging portions of the outermost recesses are formed.
[0003]
According to this, the heat from the heater fitted in the heater passage is transmitted to each grid-like rib via the inner and outer parallel ribs, further transmitted to each recess, and the temperature is kept even if the food is put into the recess. The company is trying to keep it from falling.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, along with the spread of such electric cooking boards, the present inventors have spread that it is possible to perform various types of heating cooking corresponding to the type of cooking board used while exchanging a plurality of cooking boards, When cooking with takoyaki etc. in the recesses arranged in the cooking plate part, it is delicious that the inside is succulent and the outside is crisp and evenly baked, so for cooking with a cooking board with a recess We are studying various experiments.
[0005]
As a result, it has been found that there is a great difference in the appropriate placement height from the heater of the cooking plate portion depending on the type of cooking plate, such as a cooking plate having a concave portion and a cooking plate having no concave portion. In particular, those having a recess are different from those having no recess.
[0006]
The object of the present invention is to obtain suitable installation conditions and heating conditions different from those of other cooking boards in order to use a cooking board having a recess in place of another cooking board based on such new knowledge. An object of the present invention is to provide an electric cooking board that can successfully cook in a recess.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the electric cooking board of the present invention performs cooking with a recess arranged on the heater provided in the outer case with a bulge portion on the back surface of the cooking plate portion. A cooking board and a cooking board that does not have such a recess and a bulging part on the back side of the cooking board are placed and heated so that the plurality of cooking boards can be exchanged, and heating suitable for each cooking board an electrical cooking plate to perform cooking, the rear surface of the cooking plate of the cooking plate having a recess, a tone management board was placed on a heater, provided with a protrusion for receiving the heat from the heater, the convex The main part is characterized in that the part extends in a meandering manner between the arrangement positions of the bulging parts by the concave part, and a parting part is provided partially, and a heater support is located in this parting part .
[0008]
In such a configuration, the cooking plate in which the concave portion is arranged with the bulge portion on the back surface on the cooking plate portion so as to meander and extend between the arrangement positions of the bulge portions due to the concave portion on the back surface of the cooking plate portion. Unlike the flat plate and the corrugated plate in which the cooking plate portion is placed directly on the heater, the cooking plate portion having the concave portion protrudes from the heater by being placed on the heater by the formed convex portion. It is placed so that only a part is located, and the mounting conditions and the heating conditions from the heater suitable for the type having the concave portion of the cooking plate portion of the cooking board are obtained by the height of the convex portion. This makes it possible to successfully achieve cooking such as takoyaki with a cooking board having a recess, adapting to different mounting conditions and heating conditions to replace them with other types of cooking boards. it can.
[0012]
In particular, the convex portion Ru extending meander between sequence positions bulge of the concave portion, partially divided portion is provided by the support of the heater is positioned in the divided portion, the convex portion is supported Even if it has continuous ridges that are advantageous for heating, a structure that does not interfere with the support by the heater support without interfering with the support and heating can be obtained by having the dividing portion. .
[0013]
In a further configuration in which the dividing portion is located at a position corresponding to the adjacent portion between the bulge portion and the bulge portion of the concave portion, the constricted portion formed adjacent to the bulge portions of the concave portion can be effectively used as a heater placement space for the heater. Can do. Thus, it is possible to avoid an increase in the size of the cooking board or the like due to the heater support arrangement.
[0015]
Further objects and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and drawings. Each feature of the present invention can be employed alone or in combination in various combinations as much as possible.
[0016]

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the heater 2 has a pair of terminals 2 a facing a connection port 11 provided on one side of the outer case 1. The control tool 12 is connected, and the power supply control tool 12 performs on / off operation and temperature adjustment. For this reason, the power supply control tool 12 has a power cord 13, an operation knob 14 that performs on / off operation and temperature setting, and a heat sensitive bar 15 that senses the temperature of the cooking boards 3 and 4. The heat sensitive bar 15 detects the temperature when the cooking boards 3 and 4 placed on the heater 2 are pressed from above, and sets the temperature information for energization control to maintain the set cooking temperature. The connection port 11 is fitted to a part of the outer peripheral portion of the outer case 1 from the side and attached by screws 16.
[0019]
The outer case 1 and the heat shielding plate 5 surround the outer circumference except for the upper part of the heater 2 and the cooking boards 3 and 4 placed thereon, and provide thermal protection for the receiving surface such as a table on which the outer case 1 is placed and the user. And protect the heater 2 and the like from external forces. The heater 2 extends inward from the pair of terminals 2a, and the heat generating portion excluding the base is bent into a U-shape that is white in plan view, and has a circular outer case 1, a heat shield plate 5, and a cooking board 3 in plan view. 4 correspond to FIG. 1 and FIG.
[0020]
The outer case 1 has a guard wall 1b that is folded outward and downward from the upper end of the peripheral wall 1a, and the guard wall 1b functions as a uniform downward handle 17 at any position in the circumferential direction. It corresponds to being handled, cooked or eaten from any direction in a circular shape in plan view.
[0021]
However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the material and shape of the outer case 1, the heat shield 5, and the cooking boards 3 and 4, the fitting structure, the number and shape of the heaters 2, contact heating and non-contact heating The specific structure such as the relationship between the connection port 11 and the terminal 2a of the heater 2 and the power supply control tool 12 is basically not particularly limited.
[0022]
In the example shown in FIGS. 1-4 of a present Example, such a recessed part 3b is especially provided in the back surface of the said cooking plate part 3a of the cooking board 3 which cooks by the recessed part 3b arranged in the cooking plate part 3a. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, which adjust the difference in height of the cooking plate portion 3 a placed on the heater 2 with the cooking board 4 or the like that does not have, a convex portion 21 that protrudes downward is provided. The cooking board 3 is placed on the heater 2 to support the cooking plate part 3a at a predetermined height different from that of the other cooking board 4 and the like, and receives heat from the heater 2 through the convex part 21. is there. For this purpose, the convex portion 21 is formed integrally with the cooking board 3 so as to be in close contact with the heater 2 between flat surfaces 2b and 21b as shown in FIG. However, other shapes may be used as long as they can be in close contact. The flat surface 21b of the convex portion 21 has substantially the same width as the flat surface 2b of the heater 2.
[0023]
Thus, the cooking board 3 in which the recessed part 3b is arranged in the cooking board part 3a is mounted in the heater 2 by the convex part 21 formed in the back surface of the cooking board part 3a, so that the cooking board part 3a. Unlike a flat plate such as a cooking board 4 or a wave plate (not shown) that is placed directly on the heater 2, it is positioned above the heater 2 by the height H shown in FIG. Placed on. As a result, the mounting condition suitable for the type having the concave plate 3 b and the heating condition from the heater 2 can be obtained by the height H of the convex portion 21. This makes it possible to successfully perform cooking such as takoyaki by the cooking board 3 having the recesses 3b, adapting to different mounting conditions and heating conditions to be used in exchange with other types of cooking boards 4 etc. Can be achieved.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cooking boards 3 and 4 are placed on the heater 2, and the handle portions 31 and 41 provided in a flange shape on the outer periphery are at the same height position and the same outer peripheral position. Thus, the same relationship with the upper end of the outer case 1 is satisfied, and a common clue gap S is provided. As a result, the work and handling at the time of attachment and detachment are common, and there is no difference in usability. Note that the mouth of the cooking board 4 has a step 42 so that the lid can be fitted and used.
[0024]
More specifically, even if the flat cooking plate portion 4a of the cooking board 4 is in direct contact with the heater 2 having the above-mentioned shape, the heat is evenly conducted to almost the entire area of the cooking plate portion 4a, and the cooking plate portion 4a. It is possible to cook evenly over almost the entire area. However, in the cooking plate portion 3a having the concave portion 3b of the cooking board 3, when directly contacting the heater 2, the heat is transmitted to the opening portion of the concave portion 3b and weakly to the bottom portion, and uniform cooking is performed throughout the entire concave portion 3b. Something that can't be done. Further, if it is attempted to conduct heat uniformly over the entire area of the recess 3b, it is necessary to make the three-dimensional shape complicated and large in volume as in the conventional example described above, and the whole is heavy and difficult to handle. . In addition, material costs are high and expensive. And even if it does in that way, the heating nonuniformity cannot be eliminated completely.
[0025]
However, as described above, the convex portion 21 causes the cooking plate portion 3a of the cooking board 3 to float upward by a height H from the heater 2, so that the heat conduction distance to the concave portion 3b is increased, and the convex portion 21 conducts strongly to the opening portion of the concave portion 3b. The amount of heat released from the cooking plate portion 3a including the convex portion 21 is increased by the amount that the conduction is relaxed, and the heat radiation from the heater 2 is also added to cause the concave portion 3b to go around the bulging portion 3c. The action of positive radiation heating is born. As a result, the takoyaki material and the like can be cooked evenly and relatively strongly over the entire recess 3b. As a result, the inside can be baked evenly and smoothly, with the inside being succulent with moderate heating, and takoyaki can be baked successfully and deliciously without scorching, underheating or uneven heating.
[0026]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2, the heater 2 is positioned slightly below the intermediate height position of the recess 3b, and assists in heating near the bottom where the heat of the recess 3b is difficult to travel. The heater 2 is located at a position close to that of the heater 2 of the cooking plate portion 3a, and the heat from the cooking plate portion 3a including the convex portion 21 and the bulging portion 3c of the concave portion 3b is transferred to the back of the bulging portion 3c. Since the narrow space 22 is muffled, the heating efficiency and the uniform heating can be further improved.
[0027]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the convex portion 21 is located between the bulging portions 3c of the concave portion 3b so as to be separated from them, thereby enhancing the uniform heating function from the outside of the bulging portion 3c. However, since the circumferential length is longer on the opening side of the concave portion 3b than on the bottom side, there is a tendency that it is difficult to raise the temperature by uniform heating from around. Therefore, as shown in the examples of FIGS. If heating is adjusted by integrally forming the auxiliary rib 23 as a bridge that extends toward the opening side peripheral surface of the bulging portion 3c of the concave portion 3b and conducts heat, the heating uniformity in the entire concave portion 3b can be further improved. It is.
[0028]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 4, the convex portion 21 is engaged with the heater 2 to prevent positional deviation of the cooking board 3, for example, a bifurcated engaging portion 21a. have. Thereby, the positioning with respect to the heater 2 can be performed only by providing the engagement with the heater 2 using the mounting structure on the heater 2 by the convex portion 21, and the proper placement and properness on the heater 2 can be achieved. Heating is reliably achieved. The engaging portions 21a are provided at the four positions shown in FIG. 3, but the positions and the number thereof may be sufficient as long as the positioning of the cooking board 3 can be performed. Further, the engaging portion 21a may not be bifurcated, but may be one in which a plurality of engaging portions 21a at positions away from the convex portion 21 face each other.
[0029]
Furthermore, the convex part 21 has comprised the protruding item | line as shown in FIG. Thereby, both the support and heating of the cooking board 3 by the heater 2 are easily performed over a long region. Moreover, the convex portion 21 having a ridge extends in a meandering manner between the arrangement positions of the bulging portions 3c of the concave portion 3b as shown in FIG. 3, and is partially provided with a dividing portion 25. The dividing portion 25 is provided with a heater. Two support fittings 8 are located. Thus, even if the convex part 21 comprises the continuous convex line advantageous for support and heating, by having the parting part 25, it does not interfere with support and heating of the heater 2. A configuration that does not interfere with the support by the support fitting 8 is obtained.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 3, the dividing portion 25 is located at a position corresponding to 3 d between adjacent portions of the bulging portion 3 c and the bulging portion 3 c of the recess 3 b. Thereby, the constriction part which can be made 3d between the adjacent parts of the bulging part 3c of the recessed part 3b can be used effectively as an arrangement space of the support metal fitting 8 of the heater 2. Thereby, it is possible to avoid an increase in the size of the cooking board 3 or the like due to the arrangement of the support fitting 8 of the heater 2.
[0031]
As described above, the outer case 1 and the cooking boards 3 and 4 are circular in a plan view, the heater 2 is curved in a U-shape that is white in a plan view, and the outer case 1 extends from the U-shaped back portion of the heater 2. In an electric cooking board provided with a power supply control tool 12 connected to a terminal 2a facing one side of the heater and controlling the power supply of the heater 2, the recess 3b has the power supply control in the cooking plate section 3a of the cooking board 3 as shown in FIG. It is biased and arranged on the side opposite to the tool 12. Thereby, the heater 2 is curved in a white U-shape, and can be positioned to meander between the rows of the recesses 3b arranged in five rows or the like uniformly as shown in FIG. It is easy to perform uniform heating throughout 3b. In addition, the heater 2 having such a shape is connected to the terminal 2a facing the side of the outer case 1 from the white U-shaped back part and is connected to the power supply control tool 12 to receive power supply control. Since the portion 3a is arranged on the opposite side to the power supply control tool 12, the terminal 2a portion of the heater 2 on the opposite eccentric side does not generate heat, but the recesses 3b are arranged to avoid this range. The recess 3b on the side of the terminal 2a is prevented from being insufficiently heated, and uniform heating is easily ensured. Moreover, since there is no problem in connecting the power supply control tool 12 to the terminal 2a portion, the amount of the power supply control tool 12 projecting outward from the outer case 1 can be kept small as necessary. You can also.
[0032]
In the examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and FIGS. 5 and 6, as an example of the arrangement of the eccentric recesses 3 b, the recesses 3 b on the mounting side of the power supply control tool 12 are arranged in a substantially straight line, The concave portion 3b is configured such that the concave portion 3b is added to one central portion outside the portion arranged in the same arrangement as the power supply control tool 12 side. The heater 2 is located on both sides of the bulging portion 3c of the one recessed portion 3b added.
[0033]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the heater 2 surrounds one bulge portion 3c at the center of the concave portion 3b arranged on the power supply control tool 12 side, and a gap 24 is provided between the bulge portion 3c, The cooking rod 15 is made to easily sense the cooking temperature while cooking in the recess 3b by radiation from the heater 2 or heat conduction. Further, a convex portion 21 as shown in FIG. 3 which is curved corresponding to the three bent portions 2c as shown in FIG. 4 of the heater 2 having the above-described white U-shape is provided apart from the bulging portion 3c. The radiant heat is easily trapped inside.
[0034]
In the example shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, auxiliary ribs 23 are provided as bridging portions for heat conduction from the convex portions 21 to the bulging portions 3 c of all the concave portions 3 b. In addition, at least a plurality of auxiliary ribs 23 from the convex portion 21 are provided in the bulging portion 3c of the outermost concave portion 3b. The heat conduction from the heater 2 is increased. Further, as indicated by phantom lines in FIGS. 3 and 6, heat-insulating ribs 26 are formed outside the array portion of the recesses 3 b without the heater 2, so that heat from the bulging portions 3 c of the recesses 3 b escapes to the outside. By suppressing this, heating efficiency and heating uniformity can be improved.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
According to the main feature of the electric cooking board of the present invention, the cooking plate in which the concave portion is arranged with the bulge portion on the back surface of the cooking plate portion is arranged between the arrangement positions of the bulging portions due to the concave portion on the back surface of the cooking plate portion. Unlike the flat plate or wave plate on which the cooking plate portion is placed directly on the heater, the concave portion is formed by being placed on the heater by the convex portion formed to meander and extend . The cooking plate portion is placed so that only the convex portion is located above the heater, and the mounting condition suitable for the type having the concave portion of the cooking plate portion of the cooking board and the heating condition from the heater are set depending on the height of the convex portion. can get. This makes it possible to successfully achieve cooking such as takoyaki with a cooking board having a recess, adapting to different mounting conditions and heating conditions to replace them with other types of cooking boards. it can.
[0039]
In particular, the convex portion Ru extending meander between sequence positions bulge of the concave portion, partially divided portion is provided by the support of the heater is positioned in the divided portion, the convex portion is supported Even if it has continuous ridges that are advantageous for heating, a structure that does not interfere with the support by the heater support without interfering with the support and heating can be obtained by having the dividing portion. .
[0040]
According to a further configuration in which the dividing portion is located at a position corresponding to the adjacent portion between the bulge portion and the bulge portion of the concave portion, the constricted portion that can be formed adjacent to the bulge portions of the concave portion is effectively used as a heater support arrangement space. can do. Thus, it is possible to avoid an increase in the size of the cooking board or the like due to the heater support arrangement.
