【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤に関し、更に詳しくは、パチンコ遊技機内に装着されてパチンコゲームを展開し得る遊技領域を構成した遊技盤に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
周知のように、パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるパチンコ遊技機では、遊技領域内に各種入賞具や入賞装置および遊技部品等を装着して構成される遊技盤が機内にセットされ、この遊技盤の遊技領域内にパチンコ球(遊技球ともいう)を打込んで、所要のパチンコゲームを行なうようになっている。このようなパチンコ遊技機にあっては、遊技盤でのゲーム内容別による型式において、従来より呼称区分されている代表的な機種タイプとして要約すると、
(a) 第1種パチンコ機と称されている型式。すなわち遊技盤において、遊技球用の入賞検出始動手段としての始動入賞口(遊技者に興味、関心の持たれる所要部位)と、始動入賞条件に基いて図柄を変動して、設定された所定の確率で図柄組合わせ(俗に大当りともいう)を表示し得る図柄可変表示装置と、図柄組合わせ(大当り)の成立に基いて設定開放パターンを開閉作動し得ると共に、開放時間、入賞個数、開放継続回数が制限された大型電動式の入賞装置とが配設されて、図柄組合わせ入賞開放ゲームを展開し得るタイプ。
(b) 第2種パチンコ機と称されている型式。すなわち遊技盤において、始動入賞口(遊技者に興味、関心の持たれる所要部位)と、連続作動装置(Vスイッチ)と、そして検出始動入賞条件に基く第1の開放パターンおよび連続作動条件に基く第2の開放パターンで作動し得ると共に、開閉時間および回数、入賞個数、開放継続回数が制限された大型電動式の入賞装置とが配設されて、役物開閉ゲームを展開し得るタイプ。
(c) 第3種パチンコ機と称されている型式。すなわち遊技盤において、権利発生用手段としての特定入賞口(遊技者に興味、関心の持たれる所要部位)および特別装置(Vスイッチともいう)と、役物開放条件手段としての始動入賞口と、権利発生中における始動入賞条件毎に基いて設定開放パターンで開放作動し得ると共に、開放時間、入賞個数、開放継続回数が制限された大型電動式の入賞装置とが配設されて、権利発生ゲームを展開し得るタイプがある。

そして、遊技盤に構成された遊技内容によって前述した型式に区分される何れのタイプのパチンコ機にあっても、設定された夫々の特別遊技を含むゲーム内容においては、当該の始動入賞口に対する遊技球の入賞条件、つまり始動入賞条件が何よりも重要な事項の一つとされている。それだけにこの始動入賞条件を、所定のゲーム時間単位や特別遊技成立中において、適正な割合で発生するように設定することが肝要とされて、様々な工夫がなされている。例えば特開平3−29677号公報には、遊技盤における遊技領域の上方から流下して可変図柄表示装置の天入賞口に入った遊技球を、流出案内流路を介して流出案内板へ案内し、該流出案内板を転動落下させた後に下方の始動入賞口の近傍へ流出させることで、該始動入賞口に対する遊技球の入球確率を高めるよう構成した弾球遊技機が開示されている。また特開平7−178220号公報では、遊技盤に設置された遊技部品の本体左右両側において昇降動可能に配設された昇降案内体が下降端位置(第1の案内状態位置)で遊技球を受けた場合には、始動口への入球条件が比較的困難に設定されて入球数を少なく維持し、該昇降案内体が上昇端位置(第2の案内状態位置)で遊技球を受けた場合には、始動口への入球条件が比較的容易に設定されて入球数を多く維持するよう構成することで、ゲーム中における始動入賞条件の発生の適正化を図ったパチンコ機が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述した各公報に開示のパチンコ機(弾球遊技機)における遊技盤においては、特別遊技の成立性や継続性を考慮した始動入賞条件の発生の適正化を図ったものとされている。しかし現実において、前記遊技盤での始動入賞条件については、ゲーム中の単位時間当りで観た場合では、入球数が多いまたは少ないという発生時期の差を呈することは否めなかった。すなわち前者の特開平3−29677号公報の弾性遊技機における遊技盤では、天入賞口へ入球した遊技球を流出案内板を介して始動入賞口の近傍へ通出し得るとしても、該通出案内板の横幅が始動入賞口よりもかなり大きく設定してあるうえに、該流出案内板を流下する遊技球の通出位置や通出方向は全く規制されないから、始動入賞口に対する入球にばらつきが生じて始動入賞条件の発生の適正化を図り得る構成とはいえず、パチンコゲームの興趣の向上を図り得ない欠点を内在していた。一方、後者の特開平7−178220号公報のパチンコ機における遊技盤では、遊技部品の昇降案内体の昇降動によって始動入賞条件の発生の適正化がある程度は図られるよう構成されているが、始動口の上方に位置する集合凹路部の横幅が該始動口よりも幅広に設定してあるため、転落案内口を設けたとしても始動口への入球が容易となるものではないから、始動入賞条件の発生の適正化を図るには若干の問題点を内在していた。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した課題を解決するために新規に提案されたもので、遊技領域内で展開されるパチンコゲームにおいて、所要の遊技部品本体の球受け部に受入れられた遊技球を好適に規制して、遊技者に興味、関心の持たれる入賞具や通過口等の遊技具に向けて通出し、パチンコゲームの興趣の向上を図るようにしたパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を解決し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤は、
パチンコ遊技機内に着脱可能に装着されてパチンコゲームを展開し得る遊技領域を構成した遊技盤において、
前記遊技領域の所要部位に配設され、該遊技領域を落下する遊技球が入球し得る入賞口、および入賞口に入った遊技球を通出させる左右の球出口を備えた遊技部品本体と、
前記遊技部品本体の裏側に設けられ、前記入賞口および左右の球出口を接続する左右の排出案内路を備えた裏部材と、
前記遊技部品本体に形成されて前記左右の球出口の開口部から中央に向けて下り勾配で延在する傾斜路部および中央の集合凹路部が一連に成形され、左右の球出口から通出された遊技球を左右へ移動可能に受け得ると共に遊技領域の下方へ落下させ得る球受け部と、
前記傾斜路部の前端縁に形成されて遊技球の前側への落下を防止する落下防止縁と、
前記球受け部の前側略中央部に起立状に設けられ、第1の状態および第2の状態に変位する左右一対の可動片を含む可動規制部材と、
前記可動規制部材に連繋する電気的作動源を含む作動機構と、
前記遊技領域における遊技部品本体の下方に配設され、前記球受け部から落下した遊技球を受入れ可能な遊技具とからなり、
前記第1の状態では、前記左右一対の可動片が互いに離間して、その先端間の間隔が遊技球の直径よりもかなり大きな拡開的に変位することで、前記球受け部に受けられた遊技球を前記遊技具に向けて通出落下し難くし、
前記第2の状態では、前記左右一対の可動片が互いに近接して、その先端間の間隔が遊技球の直径よりやや大きい狭閉的に変位することで、前記球受け部に受けられた遊技球を前記遊技具に向けて通出落下し易くするように構成したことを特徴とする。
また、前述した課題を解決し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため、本願の別の発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤は、
パチンコ遊技機内に着脱可能に装着されてパチンコゲームを展開し得る遊技領域を構成した遊技盤において、
前記遊技領域の所要部位に配設され、該遊技領域を落下する遊技球が入球し得る入賞口、および入賞口に入った遊技球を通出させる左右の球出口を備えた遊技部品本体と、
前記遊技部品本体の裏側に設けられ、前記入賞口および左右の球出口を接続する左右の排出案内路を備えた裏部材と、
前記遊技部品本体に形成されて前記左右の球出口の開口部から中央に向けて下り勾配で延在する傾斜路部および中央の集合凹路部が一連に成形され、左右の球出口から通出された遊技球を左右へ移動可能に受け得ると共に遊技領域の下方へ落下させ得る球受け部と、
前記傾斜路部の前端縁に形成されて遊技球の前側への落下を防止する落下防止縁と、
前記球受け部の前側略中央部に起立状に設けられ、第1の状態および第2の状態に変位する左右一対の可動片を含む可動規制部材と、
前記可動規制部材に連繋する電気的作動源を含む作動機構と、
前記遊技領域における遊技部品本体の下方に配設され、前記球受け部から落下した遊技球を受入れ可能な遊技具とからなり、
前記第1の状態では、前記左右一対の可動片が閉鎖当接するよう変位することで、前記球受け部に受けられた遊技球を左右方向へ振分け的に落下させて遊技領域の遊技具に向けて通出し難くし、

【作用】
遊技盤の遊技領域へ打出された遊技球は、該遊技領域内を落下して遊技部品本体の左右両側近傍に至り、その一部が該遊技部品本体に形成した球受け部に受止められる。このとき、前記可動規制部材が作動機構によって第1の状態に変位していた場合には、前記球受け部に落下した遊技球が遊技具へ向けて通出され難くなるため、該遊技球は該遊技具へ入球することなく遊技領域へ通出される。一方、前記可動規制部材が作動機構によって第2の状態に変位していた場合には、前記球受け部に落下した遊技球が遊技具へ向けて通出され易くなるため、該遊技球は該遊技具へ入球して所要の入賞条件が成立する。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤について、好適な実施例を挙げて、添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお各実施例では、一般に「第1種パチンコ機」とも称されている型式、つまり始動入賞条件毎に図柄が変動停止表示されて、図柄同士の組合わせ(大当りともいう)の成立時に、大型電動式の入賞装置が設定開放パターンで作動される特別遊技を現出し得るタイプの遊技盤を備えたパチンコ機の場合を主に例示する。

【第1実施例】
そこで、先ず第1実施例に係る遊技盤が実施されるパチンコ機について、図1を参照して要約説明する。本実施例のパチンコ機は、その基本的な構成概要として、外枠Aの開口前面側に対して前枠Bが、連結支持手段および施錠手段等を利用して着脱および開閉可能に組付けられている。そしてこの前枠Bの内外各部分に、横開き式のガラス扉Dを組付けた窓枠Cと、ガラス扉Dの下部において窓枠Cに対して着脱および開閉可能に組付けられる開閉セット板の前側にセットされた上球皿Eおよび裏側にセットされた電動式の球送り装置Gと、下段に位置する下球皿Fおよび打球発射装置Hと、裏側に位置する機構セット盤(図示せず)等が夫々装備されている一方、前枠B裏側の収容枠体の正面内部に所要の遊技領域(遊技面)17を構成した遊技盤Iが着脱交換可能にセットされている。

前記前枠Bは、全体が合成樹脂成形されたものを例とし、基本的には枠口の前面内側に窓枠C用の設置凹部を設けた枠体10と、この枠体10の開口域裏側に位置して遊技盤I用のセット面口および取着部を成形した収容枠体(図示せず)と、同収容枠体下部に位置して遊技盤Iと整合される遊技補助盤11とが一体に成形されている。そして、枠体10の上縁から右縁にかけてランプ表示部12等が装備されている一方、遊技補助盤11の前面左右にスピーカ13と発射レール14が夫々セットされている。

(遊技盤について)
第1実施例に係る遊技盤Iは、略円形状に湾曲形成したレール16内により囲まれた遊技領域17の前側において、縦央やや下部に配設されてセーフ球をスイッチ19(図4,図7参照)で検出し得る始動入賞口(遊技具)18と、この始動入賞口18の直上方に設置されて図柄透視並びに遊技球案内をなす後述の遊技部品Mと、遊技球用の案内車(俗に風車ともいう)20と、始動入賞口18の直下方に設置された前記大型電動式の入賞装置N等を備えている。また遊技盤Iの裏側には、各々の入賞口に入ったセーフ球を排出案内するための球案内部材が配設されていると共に、前記遊技部品Mの透視窓部31の裏側に合わせて、液晶式の図柄表示装置Uが装備セットされている。なお図1中の符号23は、アウト口を示す。

なお前記入賞装置Nは、一般にアタッカー式の特別電動役物とも呼ばれているもので、その基本的な構成として、入賞口21に対設された扉状の開閉板22が、裏側の電磁ソレノイドおよび関連機構(図示しない)を利用して設定開放パターンに基いて開閉し得るようになっていると共に、左右に普通入賞口24が設けられている。また、入賞口21の裏側内部にセーフ球用のカウントスイッチと、開放作動継続用の特別スイッチ(Vスイッチともいう)(共に図示しない)が組込まれている。

(遊技部品について)
第1実施例の遊技盤Iに装着される前記遊技部品Mは、その基本的な構成として、図2,図3および図4に示すように、図柄透視部と電光装飾表示部および遊技球案内部等を一つに備えて、夫々の構成部に係る機能・役割を好適に図り得るようにしたものである。図柄透視部は、遊技盤Iの前面側に取着セットされる本体30をベースにして、この本体30の中央内部において前端面から後方へ延在する矩形筒状の透視窓部31と、該透視窓部31の後方開口部に取着整合された透明合成樹脂成形製の透視板32とを主体にして構成される。なお透視板32は、表示補助手段としての図柄用の透視窓枠や入賞ライン(何れも図示せず)等の表示補助手段が、予じめ極薄フィルムに印刷されたものとして、該透視板32のインモールド成形時に熱圧接着される。また電光装飾表示部は、適宜キャラクターデザインが採用されて本体30前側の上部から左右両側部に亘って延在する光拡散用レンズ兼用のランプカバー33と、このカバー33の裏側に装着される基板34に配置されたランプ類(主としてLEDランプ)35,36とを主体にして構成される。すなわち、前記カバー33に形成されたキャラクターデザインの所要位置に、始動入賞条件の有効分を表示する保留ランプ類35(主としてLEDランプ)や、遊技状態の視覚的効果を高めるための表示ランプ類36(主としてLEDランプ)等が配置されている。更に遊技球案内部は、後述するように、本体30の前面左右両側に形成された遊技球用の受け口37,37と、前記透視窓部31の後側下部に成形された球受け部38と、球受け部38の前側中央に配設された可動規制部材46および開閉作動機構47からなる遊技球規制装置45とを主体にして構成されている。

また本体30の縦央上端部には、左右に並設された球受け口26,26および通出口27,27を有する入賞口25が成形されており、この裏面側にはセーフ球用の排出案内路29,29を正面左右に成形した裏部材28が遊技盤Iの裏側から取着されている。左側の排出案内路29の上端部は左側の通出口27に整合すると共に、該排出案内路29の下端部は左側の受け口37の後方側に開設した球出口39に整合しており、入賞口25から左側の球受け口26に入った遊技球は、左側の排出案内路29および球出口39を介して前記球受け部38の左側へ通出される。また、右側の排出案内路29の上端部は右側の通出口27に整合すると共に、該排出案内路29の下端部は右側の受け口37の後方側に開設した右側の球出口39に整合しており、入賞口25から右側の球受け口26に入った遊技球は、右側の排出案内路29および球出口39を介して前記球受け部38の右側へ通出される。

前述した遊技球案内部における左右の受け口37,37は、前記透視窓部31の左右上方に臨んだランプカバー33の下方に形成されて遊技領域17に臨んでおり、これら受け口37,37の側方に配設された前記案内車20によって変向された遊技球が、該受け口37,37側へ通出案内される。また前記球受け部38は、左右の球出口39の開口部から中央に向けて下り勾配に延在する傾斜路部38aと、中央の集合凹路部38bとが一連に成形されており、そして各傾斜路部38aの前端縁に遊技球の前側への落下を防止する落下防止縁40が形成されている。なお球受け部38の前側は、該球受け部38よりも適宜低く形成されており、この部分に形成された挿通孔部41,41に、前記遊技球規制装置45の可動規制部材46における球規制片48,48(後述)が挿通されて開閉変位するようになっている。一方、集合凹路部38bの前側には、前記始動入賞口18の直上方に臨む転落案内溝42が成形されている(図2参照)。

(遊技球規制装置について)
前記遊技部品Mに装着される遊技球規制装置45は、遊技部品Mの前記球受け部38に受入れられた遊技球を、該遊技部品Mの直下方に配設された前記始動入賞口18に向けて通出規制するように機能する。この遊技球規制装置45を構成する可動規制部材46は、図5,図6および図7に示すように、左右対称の台形状に形成された可動片としての一対の球規制片48,48を備え、各球規制片48には下方に形成された略L形のアーム49と、該アーム49の下端部に一体成形されて挿通孔50aを有するボス部50と、このボス部50の外周面から後方へ延出した作動棒51とを一体成形してある。左右に対向する一対の球規制片48,48の夫々は、前記本体30の下方中央部の裏側から後方へ水平かつ平行に延出する支軸43に対し、前記ボス部50の挿通孔50aを介して回動可能に枢支されている。そして可動規制部材46は、前記集合凹路部38bと前記転落案内溝42との間において、開閉作動機構47によって一対の球規制片48,48を離間させた第1の状態(図6参照)と、一対の球規制片48,48を挿通孔部41,41を介して近接させた第2の状態(図5参照)とに回動変位するようになっている。

前記可動規制部材46を回動操作するための開閉作動機構47は、図7および図8に示すように、前記裏部材28に配設したカムボックス55の下側に固定された駆動モータ(電気的作動源)56と、該カムボックス55内に配設されて前記駆動モータ56によって自在回転するカム板57と、前記本体30の下部に枢支されて該カム板57と前記可動規制部材46の作動棒51,51とに連繋される作動レバー部材58とから構成されている。前記駆動モータ56は、矩形状の前記カムボックス55の下方に取付固定され、該モータ56に連結された駆動ギヤ59が、前記カム板57に固定された従動ギヤ60に噛合している。また前記カム板57は、直縁部57a,第1曲縁部57b,円弧部57cおよび第2曲縁部57dとを形成した異形略楕円状に成形されており、回転中心である回転軸61が該直縁部57a側へ適宜偏位している。なおカム板57と駆動モータ56は、カムボックス55に前もって組付固定されてユニット化され、蓋板62を取付けた該カムボックス55は、前記裏部材28に対してビス着されるようになっている。また前記作動レバー部材58は、本体30の後部下方において横方向に架設された支軸63に外環したボス部64と、前記蓋板62の開口部62aを介して前記カム板57と連繋するカムフォロア65と、前記両作動棒51,51の後端部に連繋する凹部66aを先端に形成した作動片66とを一体成形して構成され、該支軸63に揺動自在に枢支されている。そしてカムフォロア65の略中間部には、支持軸67に係止された引張りコイルばね68が係着しており、これにより作動レバー部材58は、図7において常には反時計方向へ付勢されている。

このように構成された遊技球規制装置45では、パチンコ機の裏側等に装備セットされる電子的な制御回路装置(図示しない)に接続制御された前記駆動モータ56が定速駆動されるもとで、前記カム板57が例えば図8における時計方向へ定速回転し、これにより前記可動規制部材46の一対の球規制片48,48が一定周期で回動変位するようになっている。そして、前記駆動モータ56により回動する前記カム板57が、図8に示すように直線部57aが作動レバー部材58に近接した状態に位置している場合は、前記引張りコイルばね68により付勢されている作動レバー部材58のカムフォロア65と該直線部57aとが非係合状態となるよう設定されている。この場合には、作動レバー部材58における作動片66の凹部66aが下降変位することにより、可動規制部材46の球規制片48,48は、互いに近接してその先端間の間隔が遊技球の直径よりやや大きい狭閉的な状態(第2の状態)に回動変位する。すなわち可動規制部材46が、この第2の状態に回動変位した状態において集合凹路部38bに到来した遊技球は、球規制片48,48の間を通過するに際してその通出位置および通出方向が制御されるので、転落案内溝42を介して前記始動入賞口18に向けてまっすぐに通出され、始動入賞口18へ容易に入球し得るようになる(図5参照)。

一方、前記駆動モータ56の回転下にカム板57が時計方向へ回転すると、該カム板57の第1曲縁部57bと作動レバー部材58のカムフォロア65とが係合するに至り、該カム板57の回転下に作動レバー部材58は、図7に示した状態から時計方向へ徐々に揺動変位するようになる。そして、前記カム板57が更に回転して円弧部57cとカムフォロア65とが係合するようになると、作動レバー部材58における作動片66の凹部66aが最も上昇するに至り、可動規制部材46の球規制片48,48は、互いに離間してその先端間の間隔が遊技球の直径よりもかなり大きな拡開的な状態(第1の状態)に回動変位する(図6参照)。すなわち可動規制部材46が、第1の状態に回動変位した状態において集合凹路部38bに到来した遊技球は、球規制片48,48による通出位置や通出方向の規制が全くなされないから様々な方向へ通出され、前記始動入賞口18へ入球され難くなる。

(図柄表示装置について)
図柄表示装置(単に「図柄装置」ともいう)Uは、前記遊技部品Mの本体30裏側に装着させる液晶式のものが例とされ、複数列(例えば3列)複数個の図柄を同時に表示する図柄表示部70を、前記本体30における透視窓部31の後方開口部に整合させた状態で固定される。そして、前記始動入賞条件毎に対して制御回路装置から発生される制御出力および指令等に基いて、図柄表示部70に設定変動時間条件で図柄が順次表示された後に停止され、前記遊技部品Mの透視板32を介して複数(3個)の図柄を各入賞ライン上に表示し、これが透視窓部31を介してパチンコ機の前面側から視認されるようになっている。

【第1実施例の作用】
第1実施例に係るパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤Iにおいて、遊技領域17に装着された遊技部品Mに配設した遊技球規制装置45では、前記開閉作動機構47の駆動モータ56が、予じめ設定された通電駆動条件(例えばパチンコ機の通電時点)に従って一定速度で回転駆動されている状態例において、定速回転する前記カム板57に連繋した作動レバー部材58の揺動変位に伴い、可動規制部材46の左右の球規制片48,48が第1,第2の状態位置を含めて継続的に回動開閉変位され、夫々の状態位置に応じて遊技球を始動入賞口18側に向けて通出規制する。
