【0001】
【0050】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a technology for recycling and reusing a foamed polystyrene (foamed polystyrene) molded body used for product packaging and the like, and in particular, a recycled fuel and a method for making a recycled fuel of foamed polystyrene (molded body), and citrus fruits for recycling fuel. The present invention relates to a processing method and a processing apparatus for skin juice.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For the packaging of products, for example, home appliances such as televisions, audios and videos, office automation equipment such as word processors and computers, etc., polystyrene foam is often used.
[0003]
And since the consumption of the expanded polystyrene as such a packaging material is increasing considerably compared with before, the efficient process of expanded polystyrene is a problem.
[0004]
Conventionally, when processing polystyrene foam, for example,
1. The recycled molded polystyrene is dissolved in a solvent and then recovered as a resin, and the resin is reused as a molded product.
[0005]
2. Including the treatment of solid fuel edible waste oil, this edible waste oil is heated to 140-150 ° C., and then foamed styrene is introduced into the dispersion gelling tank. The volume of the styrene foam shrinks to about 1/30 or less and contains edible waste oil. The gel is cooled and solidified to obtain a solid fuel.
[0006]
3. Incinerated polystyrene foam is incinerated in an incinerator.
[0007]
4). Underground styrene foam is buried in the ground.
[0008]
There was means such as.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above 1. In the case of the re-use molding, it is necessary to dissolve the foamed polystyrene with a solvent and re-recover it as a resin.
[0010]
In addition, the above 2. In the case of solid fuel, it is necessary to settle the gel in a dispersion gelling tank, the styrene foam volume shrinks to about 1/30 or less, and cool and solidify the gel containing edible waste oil. There was a problem that it was necessary for a long time or was expensive.
[0011]
Further, in the above 3. In the case of incineration, since the volume of polystyrene is about 90% of air, it is quite bulky with respect to the weight, so the transportation cost to the incineration site is high, and incineration generates high heat. As a result, the refractory lining the incinerator becomes severely damaged, which shortens the life of the furnace body. In addition, soot and smoke (black smoke) generated due to incomplete combustion was severe, and there was a problem of causing soot deposition and air pollution.
[0012]
Furthermore, the above 4. In the case of the underground burial, there is a problem that the expanded polystyrene cannot be returned to the soil because it does not decompose in the ground.
[0013]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been made to solve such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to make effective use of the expanded polystyrene after being used as a packaging material or the like.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As described in
[0015]
In the embodiment of the recycled polystyrene foam fuel according to the present invention, as described in
[0016]
The foamed polystyrene recycled fuel method according to the present invention is characterized in that the foamed polystyrene is dissolved in limonene liquid to form a liquid recycled fuel.
[0017]
In the embodiment of the method for converting the expanded polystyrene into a recycle fuel according to the present invention, as described in claim 7, the crushed expanded polystyrene molded body is dissolved in limonene liquid to form a liquid recycled fuel. Further, as described in claim 8, the limonene liquid can be extracted from citrus peel.
[0018]
As described in claim 9, the method for treating citrus peel for recycle fuel production of styrene foam according to the present invention is characterized in that limonene liquor is obtained by extracting citrus peel.
[0019]
And in the embodiment of the processing method of the citrus peel for recycle fuel use of styrene foam according to the present invention, as described in
[0020]
Similarly, in the embodiment of the method for treating citrus peel for recycle fuel of styrene foam according to the present invention, as described in
[0021]
The processing apparatus for citrus peel for recycle fuel of styrene foam according to the present invention includes, as described in
[0022]
And in the embodiment of the processing apparatus of the citrus peel for recycle fuel of styrene foam according to the present invention, as described in
[0023]
The recycle fuel of the expanded polystyrene according to the present invention comprises a dissolved liquid of the expanded polystyrene in limonene liquid. In this case, the expanded polystyrene has a high solubility in the limonene liquid, and the limonene liquid itself can be used as a fuel (limonene). Since the calorific value of the liquid itself is about 10,000 kilocalories), it is made of a dissolved liquid of a limonene liquid having polystyrene solubility and a polystyrene foam, so that the calorific value is high and can be used sufficiently as a liquid fuel. It was confirmed that it was suitable for recycling use.
[0024]
Then, the foamed polystyrene molded body molded in accordance with the packaging form of the electrical appliance is appropriately crushed so that the dissolution rate when the foamed polystyrene is dissolved with the limonene liquid can be further increased. It is desirable to use a recycled fuel composed of a dissolved liquid of limonene liquid.
[0025]
Utilizing that the limonene liquid has a high solubility in the expanded polystyrene (dissolves up to about 60% by weight), it is also necessary to re-recover the polystyrene. In the present invention, however, the limonene liquid uses the limonene liquid for the expanded polystyrene. It has been confirmed that it can be sufficiently recycled as smokeless (free) fuel by utilizing high solubility and also by appropriate air mixing.
[0026]
Such a recycled polystyrene foam fuel can be converted into a recycled fuel that exceeds the calorific value of kerosene.
[0027]
Such a recycled fuel can be a burner combustion fuel. By sending an appropriate amount of styrene foam recycled fuel and an appropriate amount of air to the burner, a combustion flame with a large calorific value can be smokeless and smokeless. Can be obtained in the state.
[0028]
Such a recycled fuel may be a gasoline substitute fuel (including a case where it is a diesel oil substitute fuel for a diesel engine), and an appropriate amount of an expanded polystyrene recycled fuel and an appropriate amount of fuel for an engine cylinder portion. By blowing air and igniting under an appropriate compression ratio, an explosion with a large piston pressure can be produced.
[0029]
From the viewpoint of effective utilization of resources, it is desirable to use an extract from citrus peel such as orange, lemon and grapefruit as the limonene solution used to make recycled polystyrene foam fuel.
[0030]
The residue after extracting the limonene solution from the citrus peel can be used as a recovered ground fertilizer or bioculture (soil).
[0031]
The recycle fuel of styrene foam according to the present invention is extracted by dry distillation at a temperature of, for example, 180 to 250 ° C. from citrus (orange, sweetie, grapefruit, lemon, etc.) skin juice, or in nitrogen (N 2 ) gas, for example, 180 to 250 ° C. Styrofoam with limonene liquid (one of the monocyclic monoterpenes of molecular formula C 10 H 16 : optical isomer d; orange peel oil, lemon oil, bergamot oil, fennel oil, etc .; boiling point of about 176 ° C.) However, when processing the citrus peel, in addition to the extraction of the limonene solution, the supply amount, demand, required amount, etc. are appropriately taken into account, and the citrus peel is taken into consideration. The juice is carbonized by heating at a temperature of 380 to 420 ° C. in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, or an oxidizing atmosphere. For example, it can be heated at a temperature of a supply of air) for example eight hundred thirty to nine hundred ° C. or so as to incineration ash of.
[0032]
As a processing apparatus used for such dry distillation extraction, carbonization, and incineration ashing, at least a limonene liquid recovery part for drying limonene liquid by extracting citrus outer skin juice and having a non-oxidizing atmosphere is provided. It is possible to appropriately provide a carbonization process section that carbonizes with an incineration process section that mixes citrus skin juice with air (that is, as an oxidizing atmosphere) and combusts and ashes.

Among these, soluble components mainly composed of water are sent to a distiller (not shown). Further, when the limonene liquid was measured by gas chromatogram, as shown in FIG. 2, most of the limonene solution was limonene (C 10 H 16 ) having the following structural formula.
[0038]
The limonene liquid extracted here can itself become a fuel having a calorific value of about 10,000 kilocalories, and is a complete combustion type liquid.
[0039]
Next, the foamed polystyrene molded body crushed to a large size was put into the limonene solution. At this time, the introduced polystyrene foam was dissolved at room temperature to a saturated state (about 60% by weight) while generating bubbles, and this dissolved liquid hardly increased its viscosity.
[0040]
When this dissolved liquid was used as a recycled fuel and the recycled fuel and air were supplied to a kerosene burner having a general structure and burned, a calorific value of 12,000 kilocalories could be obtained.
[0041]
Further, since the kerosene burner is combusted by air mixing, black smoke or soot generated by incomplete combustion when incinerating the expanded polystyrene in a normal case was not generated at the time of this combustion.
[0042]
Therefore, it is possible to obtain an ideal fuel, that is, a complete combustion type fuel, with the recycled fuel composed of the dissolved liquid of limonene liquid of the polystyrene foam obtained here.

[0050]
In the method for converting the expanded polystyrene into a recycled fuel according to the present invention, the expanded polystyrene is dissolved in limonene liquid so as to be a liquid recycled fuel. Therefore, a completely combustion type recycled fuel that does not generate black smoke and soot is remarkably simple. It has a great effect that it can be obtained.
[0051]
Further, as described in claim 7, by dissolving the crushed foamed polystyrene molded body with limonene liquid to form a liquid recycle fuel, the dissolution rate of foamed polystyrene with limonene liquid can be stopped. The great effect of becoming.
[0052]
In addition, as described in claim 8, by making limonene liquid extracted from citrus peel, it is possible to effectively use citrus peel such as orange and grapefruit. There is a great effect that there is.
[0053]
Since the method for treating citrus peel for recycle fuel of styrene foam according to the present invention is to extract limonene liquid by extracting citrus peel, effectively utilizing citrus peel such as orange and grapefruit. The great effect is that the expanded polystyrene can be reused.
