本発明は、無補剛モノケーブル吊橋(管橋)の鋼管架設方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
吊橋型式管橋の鋼管架設では、例えば実公昭39−1178号公報に支持リングに架設用ローラを取り付けた支持装置が開示されている。
このような従来技術の支持リングと架設用搬送ローラの取付例を図5(側面図)、図6(正面図)に示した。搬送ローラ3のローラフレーム10は取付部11をボルトナット接合部12、13によって、支持リング2にボルト結合されており、鋼管1と支持リング2の間に挟まれている。このため搬送ローラ3を撤去するときには、鋼管1を別途吊上げるか又は支持リング2を吊り下げる必要がある。いずれにしても吊ロープ7に余分な荷重が作用し好ましくない。また搬送ローラ3の撤去時は搬送ローラ3と鋼管1との間隙に手を差し込む必要があり、手を挟む危険がある。また、撤去作業に手間がかかる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
吊橋のメインケーブルから鋼管支持部例えば支持リングを吊下し、この支持リングを通って鋼管を片側から送り出していく場合、従来の技術では単に吊下されている支持リング同士の間隔が変位するという問題があり、また、搬送ローラを撤去する時の施工性が悪く手間がかかるという問題点があった。

本発明は、支持リングの変位を防止し、支持リングと支持リングとの中間に鋼管架設用搬送ローラを設置することにより、前記の問題点を解決する技術を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記問題点を解決するために開発されたもので、支持リングの間隔を保持すると共に、隣接支持リング相互間に搬送ローラを設置することにより、支持リング同士の間隔の変位をなくし、撤去時の施工性を向上させる方法を提案したものである。

すなわち本発明は吊橋型式管橋の支柱に架け渡されたメインケーブルから吊下された多数の支持リング内を通って一方の側から他方の側に鋼管を架設する場合に適用されるものであって、前記多数の支持リングを所定の間隔に保持する連結手段を設け、この連結手段上の隣接支持リング相互の中間部に搬送ローラを設置し、鋼管を搬送ローラ上を搬送して全スパンに鋼管を架設し、架設後前記連結手段を撤去し、支持リング内に鋼管を架設することを特徴とする吊橋型式管橋の鋼管架設方法である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1に本発明方法の実施例の側面図を示した。吊ロープ7で吊下された支持リング2,2,…を仮止め連結手段5にヒンジ連結具4で取付ける。
仮留め連結手段5は簡易なフレームでよく、例えば、左右一双の形鋼等を適宜横つなぎ材で結合した長尺のフレームで、支持リング位置にヒンジ連結具4を備えている。連結手段5により、支持リングの間隔を一定に保持することができる。ヒンジ連結具4の例を図4に示した。連結手段5はリング2内に支持されるヒンジ連結具4にボルトナット8によって結合されている。仮止め連結手段5は互いにヒンジ連結していることにより、支持リング2が上下に変位しても対応可能である。またこのヒンジ連結具4と支持リング2とはボルトナット8で連結されており、取付撤去が容易である。この仮止め連結手段5は搬送ローラ支持部材を兼ね、隣接する支持リング用の中間に搬送ローラ3を載設している。鋼管1は搬送ローラ3上を送り出し方向6に牽引され、支持リング2内を移動する。図2は図1の正面図で鋼管1が支持リング2内を通って搬送ローラ3上を進行する状態を示している。図3は平面図で鋼管のない状態の支持リング2、連結手段5、搬送ローラ3を示したものである。

本発明の搬送ローラは支持リング2の中間部に配設され、連結手段5上に設置されているので、図5、図6に示す従来の搬送ローラの撤去に手間がかかる構造と比較すると、連結手段5と共にきわめて容易に取付、撤去ができる。
以上のように本発明は支持リング2、2を連結手段5で仮留めし、支持リング2、2の中間に搬送ローラ3を設置することによって、支持リング2、2の間隔の修正が不要となり、かつ搬送ローラ3の撤去時の施工性の格段の向上を図ることができる。

本発明は、無補剛モノケーブル吊り橋(管橋)の鋼管架設において、支持リング連結装置を設け、支持リングの中間に搬送ローラを設置したから、支持リング同士の間隔の保持、が確実にできることとなり、搬送ローラの撤去時の施工性の著しく向上するという効果がある。
