Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach a connecting means and carrying roller by loading the carrying roller on a temporarily connecting means mounted on a support ring in a steel tube installation work by an unstiffened mono-cable suspension bridge. SOLUTION: A temporarily connecting means 5 is attached to support rings 2, 2 suspended by suspension ropes 7, 7 by bolts and nuts through hinge connection pieces 4, 4 to keep the space between the support rings 2, 2. The temporarily connecting means 5 can be a frame comprising a pair of right and left steel shapes appropriately connected to each other by a transverse connection member. ため搬送ローラ3を撤去するときには、鋼管1を別途吊
上げるか又は支持リング2を吊り下げる必要がある。い
ずれにしても吊ロープ7に余分な荷重が作用し好ましく
ない。また搬送ローラ3の撤去時は搬送ローラ3と鋼管
1との間隙に手を差し込む必要があり、手を挟む危険が
ある。また、撤去作業に手間がかかる。

のヒンジ連結具4と支持リング2とはボルトナット8で
連結されており、取付撤去が容易である。この仮止め連
結手段5は搬送ローラ支持部材を兼ね、隣接する支持リ
ング用の中間に搬送ローラ3を載設している。鋼管1は
搬送ローラ3上を送り出し方向6に牽引され、支持リン
グ2内を移動する。図2は図1の正面図で鋼管1が支持
リング2内を通って搬送ローラ3上を進行する状態を示
している。図3は平面図で鋼管のない状態の支持リング
2、連結手段5、搬送ローラ3を示したものである。
