本発明は、一般家庭で日常的に使用される炊飯器であって、開閉自在とした蓋のブレーキ構造に関するものである。

しかしながら、前記特開平9−192006号公報や特開平11−56614号公報に記載のブレーキ構造では、それぞれホルダーやブレーキ板という部品が必要であり、コストアップや組立工数の増加は避けられない。また蓋の一部と本体またはヒンジカバーの一部を蓋開放時に接触させる構造では、ブレーキ力として樹脂どうしの接触による摩擦抵抗を利用しているため接触部の寸法安定性がブレーキ性能のバラツキに大きく関与する。したがって両者の厳密な寸法管理を行う必要があり、製造上好ましいことではない。

前記課題を解決するため、本発明の炊飯器の蓋ブレーキ構造は、本体と蓋とを開閉自在に装着し、ヒンジバネの一部を蓋の一部に係止するとともに他の一部を本体の一部に係止することによって蓋を開放方向に付勢する炊飯器において、前記ヒンジバネの他の一部に外方に突出する折り曲げ部を形成し、該折り曲げ部を蓋に設けた接触部の近傍に位置させ、蓋が開放されるときに前記ヒンジバネの折り曲げ部と前記蓋に設けた接触部を当接させることにより蓋の開放時にブレーキ力が作用する構造を採用したものである。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付の図面に従って説明する。
