Claims (2)

ピラーのヒンジ取付部にボルトによってヒンジ部材を固定するドアヒンジ取付構造において、
前記ピラーを構成するアウタパネル部とインナパネルとの間にわたって設けるサポートパイプアセンブリを備え、
前記アウタパネル部はアウタパネルと該アウタパネルの内側に設けられた補強用のリンフォースを有し、
前記サポートパイプアセンブリは、
上下の基部が前記アウタパネル部の前記リンフォースに溶接されるベースプレートと、該ベースプレートに溶接され車体の幅方向に延びるサポートパイプとを有し、
前記サポートパイプは前記アウタパネル部の前記リンフォースに固定される一方の端部の内面に雌ねじ部を有し、該サポートパイプの他方の端部を前記インナパネルに溶接し、前記アウタパネル部に前記ヒンジ部材を重ねるとともに前記ボルトを前記サポートパイプの前記雌ねじ部に螺合させて前記ヒンジ部材をピラーに固定することを特徴とする車両のドアヒンジ取付構造。
