Description

【0001】

[0013]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
Example 1
As shown in FIG. 1, the outer tub 14 encloses a washing and dewatering tub 15 that is rotatably arranged, and is suspended from a washing machine outer frame 17 by a suspension bar 16. The motor 18 rotationally drives the washing / dehydrating tub 15 and the agitation blade 21 rotatably disposed on the inner bottom of the washing / dehydrating tub 15 via the V belt 19 and the speed reduction mechanism 20.
[0015]
The cover body 22 is provided at the upper opening of the outer tub 14 to form a foam discharge part 23, and the foam discharge part 23 opens toward the inside of the washing and dewatering tank 15. The foam passage 24 is formed so as to partition a part of the outer tub 14 and to be long in the vertical direction and to have openings at the upper and lower ends. The opening 25 at the lower end of the bubble passage 24 communicates with the inner bottom of the outer tub 14, and the opening at the upper end of the bubble passage 24 communicates with the foam discharge portion 23. A foam 26 is provided in the foam passage 24, and the foam 26 communicates with an air pump 28 via a hose 27.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, the foam 26 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and a first holding part 29 and a second holding part 30 are inserted into the insides of both planes. The first holding portion 29 is hollow, and the end portion not inserted into the foam body 26 is inserted into the hose 27.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 3, the foam passage 24 is provided with a locking portion 31 that locks the first holding portion 29 and the second holding portion 30, and the first holding portion 29 and the second holding portion 30. The foam 26 into which the holding portion 30 is inserted is detachable from the locking portion 31. Moreover, the latching | locking part 31 is set as the structure which pinches | interposes the 1st holding | maintenance part 29, the 2nd holding | maintenance part 30, and the foam 26 from both sides, Therefore, the 1st holding | maintenance part 29 and the 2nd holding | maintenance part 30 are easy. In addition, the configuration is such that the foam 26 does not come off. The foam 26 is provided at a position not in contact with the bottom surface, the inner wall, and the locking portion 31 in the bubble passage 24.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4, the foam body 26 is formed by a locking portion 31 at a position where the axial direction of the substantially cylinder is substantially horizontal and the center of the foam body 26 is above the upper end surface of the opening 25 at the lower end portion. It is fixed.
[0019]
The water supply valve 32 supplies water into the washing and dewatering tank 15, and the drain valve 33 drains the washing water in the outer tank 14.
[0020]
The control device 34 is configured as shown in FIG. 5, and the control means 35 is constituted by a microcomputer, and the operation of the motor 18, the air pump 28, the water supply valve 32, the drain valve 33, etc. via the power switching means 36. And a series of processes such as washing, rinsing and dehydration are sequentially controlled. The input setting unit 37 sets a driving course and the like, and the control unit 35 inputs information from the input setting unit 37 and displays it on the display unit 38 based on the information to notify the user. The storage means 39 stores data necessary for control by the control means 35. In addition, 40 is a commercial power source and 41 is a power switch.
[0021]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. When the operation is started after the laundry and the detergent are put into the washing and dewatering tub 15, the control means 35 operates the water supply valve 32 to start the water supply. The dewatering tank 15 starts to rotate. The washing / dehydrating tub 15 is rotated until the water level in the washing / dehydrating tub 15 reaches the set water level. When water is supplied while rotating the washing / dehydrating tub 15 as described above, the introduced detergent is dissolved by the stirring force generated by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 15.
[0022]
When the set water level is reached, the operation of the water supply valve 32 is stopped and the rotation of the washing and dewatering tub 15 is continued. The air pump 28 is operated by the control means 35, and air is sent to the foam 26 in the washing water provided in the foam passage 24 through the hose 27 and the first holding portion 29. As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the air sent to the foam 26 rises as bubbles when leaving the foam 26, reaches the washing water surface, and generates detergent bubbles. The detergent foam rises through the foam passage 24 and is applied to the laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 15 from the foam discharge portion 23 of the cover body 22.
[0023]
By passing the detergent foam through the soiled garment surface or the garment in this manner, the foam and the particulate soil adhered to the oil are combined and carried away. In addition, if the foam breaks during the passage of the clothes, a high concentration detergent solution will soak into the clothes, and this also makes it easy to remove dirt. In this way, the clothes can be washed.
[0024]
As a result, the washing water is made into foam, and the foam is allowed to pass through the surface of the laundry or the laundry, so that the oil and the particle dirt adhered to the oil can be combined and carried away, or the foam can be washed away. If bubbles are broken during the passage, it becomes possible for a detergent solution of high concentration to penetrate into the laundry, and the cleaning power can be increased. In addition, since the volume is increased by making the washing water into foam, the detergent component can act on the dirt of the laundry with less washing water, and by applying the detergent foam from above, Uneven washing can be reduced because it can act on the soil of the laundry where the mechanical force on it is difficult to be transmitted.
[0025]
In addition, since the foam 26 is provided in the vicinity of the lower end portion inside the foam passage 24 and the axial direction of the substantially cylinder is substantially horizontal, the foam 26 can be immersed in the detergent liquid with a smaller amount of water. . Therefore, detergent foam can be generated with a smaller amount of water.
[0026]
As a result, less detergent water can be used as a detergent foam, and the detergent foam can be washed from above, and a high concentration detergent foam, that is, a large amount of detergent components can be removed from the laundry in the washing / dehydrating tub 15. Since it can act on dirt, cleaning power can be raised.
[0027]
In addition, since the foam 26 is provided at a position where the center of the foam 26 is above the upper end surface of the opening 25 at the lower end, the generated bubbles are difficult to escape toward the inner bottom of the outer tub 14 and are generated. The bubbles can be efficiently raised to the bubble passage 24.
[0028]
As a result, more detergent foam can be washed from above and many detergent components can act on the dirt of the laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 15, thus increasing the cleaning power. it can.
[0029]
The foam 26 is provided at a position not in contact with the bottom surface, the inner wall, and the locking portion 31 in the bubble passage 24. However, as shown in FIG. If the bottom surface and the inner wall of the foam 26 are in contact with each other, the bottom surface and the inner wall become resistance, and bubbles (circles) are less likely to be generated from the foam 26. Will end up with large bubbles. Therefore, the detergent bubbles are large, the detergent density is low, and an appropriate cleaning effect cannot be obtained.
[0030]
Accordingly, by separating the foam from the bottom surface, the inner wall, and the locking portion 31 in the foam passage 24, the washing water is more efficiently converted into the detergent foam without hindering the generation of the detergent foam. Washing can be performed with foam, and a large amount of detergent components can act on the dirt of the laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 15, so that the cleaning power can be increased.
[0031]
Further, since the foam body 26 has a substantially cylindrical shape, the thickness of the foam body 26 is uniform, and the air sent through the hose 27 is uniformly dispersed to form bubbles from the surface of the foam body 26. If the thickness of the foam is not uniform, as shown in FIG. 7, the air sent through the hose 27 is concentrated from the thin part to form bubbles (circles), and the thickness is uniform. In comparison with the above, the surface area of the foam in which bubbles can be generated is reduced.
[0032]
As a result, by making the foam 26 into a substantially cylindrical shape and making the thickness of the foam 26 uniform, it is possible to increase the surface area of the foam where bubbles can be generated efficiently, and to make the washing water more detergent foam. In addition, it is possible to wash with detergent bubbles from above, and since many detergent components can act on the dirt of the laundry in the washing and dewatering tank 15, the cleaning power can be increased.
[0033]
In addition, the foam body 26 has the first holding portion 29 and the second holding portion 30 inserted into the insides of both planes, respectively, and the first holding portion 29 and the second holding portion 30 are inserted into the bubble passage 24. The foam body 26 in which the first holding portion 29 and the second holding portion 30 are inserted is detachably attached to the locking portion 31, and the locking portion 31 is viewed from both sides. The first holding part 29, the second holding part 30 and the foam 26 are sandwiched. For this reason, the first holding part 29 and the second holding part 30 are not easily removed from the foam 26. It is said.
[0034]
Thereby, the foam 26 can be detachably fixed in the foam path 24, and the hose 27, the first holding part 29, and the second holding part 30 from the foam 26 can be prevented from coming off, Detergent foam can be generated reliably.
[0035]
Further, the first holding portion 29 is hollow, and the end portion that is not inserted into the foam body 26 is inserted into the hose 27.
[0036]
Accordingly, since the first holding portion 29 is also used as the air feeding portion, the number of parts is reduced and the assembly can be simplified.
[0037]
(Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 8, the foam 42 has a substantially spherical shape, and a holding portion 43 is inserted into the foam 42. The holding part 43 is hollow. A locking portion 45 for locking the holding portion 43 is provided in the foam passage 24, and the foam 42 is located above the opening 25 (see FIG. 1 or FIG. 4) at the lower end of the foam passage 24. It is fixed by a locking portion 45 at a position where the center of the foam 42 is above the end face. The foam 42 is provided at a position not in contact with the bottom surface, the inner wall, and the locking portion 45 in the bubble passage 24. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0038]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. Since the foam body 42 has a substantially spherical shape, the thickness of the foam body 42 is substantially uniform, and the air sent through the hose 27 is uniformly dispersed so that air bubbles and bubbles are generated from the surface of the foam body 42. Therefore, the surface area of the foam in which bubbles can be generated can be increased as compared with a non-uniform thickness.
[0039]
Thus, by making the foam 42 into a substantially spherical shape and making the thickness of the foam 42 substantially uniform, the surface area of the foam that can efficiently generate bubbles can be increased, and washing water can be made more detergent foam. Thus, washing can be performed with detergent bubbles from above, and a large amount of detergent components can act on the dirt of the laundry in the washing and dewatering tank 15, so that the cleaning power can be enhanced.
[0040]
