このように従来のクリーンルームの気密構造には上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこの問題点であって、コーキング作業を必要とせず、又アウトガスを発生しない気密構造を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の気密構造は天井部、床部、それに壁部における気密構造を対象とし、これらの各部位に取り付けする笠木、床レール、壁レールは気密機能を備えた構造としている。床レールの場合、概略コ型断面の長尺材としてその両側片先端内側には気密ゴムを設け、底片にも同じく気密ゴムを備えた構造とする。従って、床レールの両側片に挟まれたパネル表面には気密ゴムが密着してシールし、底片の気密ゴムは床面との間のシール効果を図る。

本発明のクリーンルームの気密構造は床レール、笠木、それに壁レールの側片の内側先端に気密ゴムを設けると共に、底片や上片にも気密ゴムを設けている為に、側片の気密ゴムはパネル表面に隙間なく密着し、底片や上片の気密ゴムは床面や天井面、壁面に密着する為に、床面部、天井部それに壁面部から外気が侵入することはなく、気密性が保たれる。
