本発明は巾木を用いないでパネルを支持することが出来る床レールに関するものである。ここでパネルは間仕切りとして使用する場合に限らず、工場内等に設置される移動ブースやその他の構造体を構成するパネル支持の場合も対象とする。

図3は従来の床レールを用いた間仕切り装置であり、断面を含む斜視図を表し、図4は縦断面図を示している。そこで床面には床レール(イ) を敷設し、該床レール上には巾木(ロ) が載り、巾木(ロ) は床レール内に配置したアジャスター(ハ) によって支持されている。そして該巾木(ロ) にはパネル(ニ)が載って垂直に起立し、パネル(ニ)、(ニ)間にはスタッド(ホ) が介在していて、パネル側端は該スタッド(ホ) によって固定されている。又、パネル(ニ)の上端は天井に配置した笠木(ヘ) に嵌っている。

ところで、床レール(イ) 内に配置したアジャスター(ハ) はネジ(ト) を調整することでパネル高さを変えることが出来るが、従来のパネル支持構造は床レールに巾木を載せてアジャスターにより調整可能に支持しているが、該アジャスター(ハ) を再調整する場合には巾木(ロ) を取り外ししなくてはならず、又、床レール(イ) と巾木(ロ) 、それにアジャスター(ハ) の組み合わせ構造である為に、部品点数も多く、据え付け作業も面倒となる。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来のパネル支持構造には上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこの問題点であって、巾木を用いることなくパネルを支持することが出来る床レールを提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の床レールは上記のごとく巾木を用いないでパネルを支持することが出来る床レールであって、断面は概略コ型を成し、上方を開口して床面に固定される。コ型である点は従来の床レールと同じであるが、本発明では両側片の高さが高くなっていて、パネル下端部は両側片に挟まれて床レールに嵌入した状態で支持される。

そして、両側片の内面にはカギ型の支持片が設けられ、この支持片にはアジャスターの基台が係止して支えられる。基台にはネジが螺合し、ネジ上端に設けている支持板にはパネルが載って支えられる。ここで、上記支持片は単に基台が載るだけではなく、基台側端が嵌合するような支持構造と成っていて、両側片の外方向への広がりを防止している。以下、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

本発明の床レールは両側片間にパネル下端部を嵌入して据付けられる為に、従来の巾木を用いる必要がない。そして、床レール内にはアジャスターが配置され、パネルはこのアジャスターの支持板に載って高さが自由に調整される。この場合、アジャスターは床レール底に配置されるのではなく、両側片の内側に設けた支持片に基台の脚が係止した状態で支持される為に、アジャスターは安定すると共に、床レールの側片が外方向へ広がることを防止することが出来る。すなわち、パネル下端部を嵌入すると共に、アジャスターを配置することで床レール側片の高さが高くなって剛性が低下するが、側片の中間部位をアジャスター基台にて拘束することで側片先端はパネル表面に密着して隙間を残さない。
