Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ceiling structure using a ceiling plate fixing frame that can be used for both a thick ceiling plate and a thin ceiling plate and can fix a partition runner .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to attach a relatively thick ceiling board such as a rock wool sound absorbing board, various fiber boards, calcium silicate board, gypsum board, etc. to the ceiling surface, the ceiling board is attached to the ceiling board fixing frame formed on the ceiling surface. The end was placed.
On the other hand, when a metal thin ceiling plate made of steel plate, aluminum, stainless steel, or the like is attached to the ceiling surface, the ceiling has a shape different from the above thick ceiling plate for attaching the thin metal plate. A plate fixing frame was previously formed on the ceiling surface.
As described above, separate ceiling plate fixing frames are adopted depending on the thickness of the ceiling plate, even when the ceiling plate is replaced from a rock wool sound absorbing plate etc. to a metal plate or vice versa. At the same time, it was necessary to replace the ceiling plate fixing frame.
[0003]
On the other hand, in order to share the ceiling plate fixing frame, a metal ceiling plate fixing frame mounting bracket or the like is attached to the end of the rock wool sound absorbing plate or the like, and the same mounting means as the metal ceiling plate Is adopted. However, in this case, there are disadvantages such as separately requiring work for attaching the mounting bracket and being attached to a relatively soft ceiling plate, which may come off after construction. .
[0004]
In addition, in order to share the ceiling plate fixing frame in the same manner as described above, the end structure of the ceiling plate is the same for the thick structure such as the rock wool sound absorbing board and the thin metal structure. It had a cross-sectional shape.
However, in this case, the ceiling plate cannot be attached from below the ceiling plate fixing frame, which is a feature of the metal plate, and it is necessary to attach the ceiling plate by dropping it from above the ceiling plate fixing frame.
[0005]
Furthermore, in the conventional system ceiling, in the case of the panel method, since a panel in which various facilities are incorporated is adopted, it is difficult to distribute and arrange the facilities. Installation was difficult. In addition, since the weight is concentrated, a load is imposed on the ceiling plate fixing frame and the weight arrangement balance of the entire ceiling surface is poor.
In addition, after the ceiling structure is completed, it may be necessary to change the installation position of the partition wall within the same span where the ceiling structure is formed. In that case, it is necessary to obtain the predetermined strength by attaching the ceiling surface side and the floor surface side of the partition wall to the structural material, and in the ceiling surface, the suspension member fixed directly to the structural material or to the structural material A partition runner on the ceiling side was attached to the rim and the field.
Accordingly, the ceiling plate that has been completed is removed to expose the base material, and the partition runner is attached to the structural material or any base material fixed to the structural material. Further, a hole is appropriately formed in the exposed portion of the completed ceiling plate fixing frame using a drill or the like, and the ceiling-side partition runner is attached using the hole to form a partition wall.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional ceiling plate fixing frame is not versatile enough to be compatible with ceiling plates having different thicknesses, and when changing the thickness of the ceiling plate, it is necessary to replace the ceiling plate fixing frame. Large scale construction was required.
In addition, when changing the position of the partition wall, it is necessary to remove the ceiling plate, shift the position of the ceiling plate fixing frame, or open a hole, which is a large-scale construction.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is easy to attach the ceiling panel to the ceiling panel fixing frame, and the ceiling panel fixing that can cope with the difference in thickness of the ceiling panel with the same frame material. It provides a frame.
Further, the present invention provides a ceiling structure in which a thick ceiling plate and a thin ceiling plate can be provided or replaced freely by the ceiling plate fixing frame.
Furthermore, since a square grid ceiling of relatively small grit units can be obtained, the ceiling plate of each unit is light in weight, and various equipment panels can be distributed and arranged at the optimum locations where necessary, which is reasonable. It provides a simple ceiling surface.
Further, the present invention provides a ceiling plate fixing frame in which the removal and attachment of the ceiling side partition runner when changing the installation position of the partition wall can be performed very easily without moving the ceiling plate.
[0008]
As a specific means, attachment to the base member, and more becomes a ceiling plate engaging member of the distal end portion of the hanging member and the hanging Ri member extends from the mounting portion, the top plate engaging member, the cross-section The shape is an inverted T-shape, the flange portion is a ceiling plate mounting portion that can accommodate various plate thicknesses , and a mounting hole for mounting the partition runner is formed to constitute a ceiling plate fixing frame, A ceiling plate is attached to the flange portion, and the mounting holes are substantially U-shaped in cross section, and standing pieces are formed from the side edge portions on both ends of the base, respectively, and the tip of the standing piece is the same It is characterized by a ceiling structure using a ceiling plate fixing frame that is detachably attached to a mounting bracket having protrusions formed in the direction .
[0009]
The ceiling plate fixing frame is characterized by a ceiling structure using a ceiling plate fixing frame formed in a square lattice pattern .
[0010]
Furthermore, a ceiling structure using a ceiling plate fixing frame in which any one of a thick ceiling plate, a thin ceiling plate, and a panel incorporating various facilities is appropriately disposed in the square lattice ceiling plate fixing frame. It is characterized by.
[0012]
Furthermore, the mounting bracket is characterized by a ceiling structure using a ceiling plate fixing frame in which the partition runner is fixed by mounting means provided on the base .
[0014]
Further, the partition runner has a substantially U-shaped cross section, the opening is downward, the front end side of the bolt of the attachment means is inserted into the hole formed in the web, and the nut is screwed from the opening side. It features a ceiling structure using a ceiling plate fixing frame fixed to the mounting bracket .
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A ceiling plate fixing frame and a ceiling structure using the ceiling plate fixing frame according to the present invention will be described below along with an example thereof.
Embodiment 1
FIG. 1 shows a ceiling structure using the ceiling board fixing frame 1, and FIG. 2 shows an exploded perspective view of the ceiling structure using the ceiling board fixing frame 1.
The ceiling plate fixing frame 1 is attached to an appropriate base member 2 at a position to be the ceiling. As the base member 2, a wooden member, a light steel frame material such as a C-shaped channel, or the like is used, and is fixed to a structural material such as an upper floor, a beam, a wall, or a column. In many cases, the structural material directly becomes the base member 2.
The ceiling plate fixing frame 1 attached to the base member 2 is formed at an attachment portion 3 to the base member 2, a suspension member 4 extending from the attachment portion 3, and a tip portion of the suspension member 4. The ceiling board locking member 5 is constituted.
[0016]
The attachment portion 3 is attached to the base member 2 by appropriate means such as screwing, welding, brazing, nailing, engagement, and mounting. In that case, it is also possible to attach to the base member 2 via a receiving material or the like.
The suspension member 4 is formed integrally with or separately from the mounting portion 3 and is made of a rod-like body such as a suspension bolt or a plate-like body obtained by bending a plate member as in this embodiment. The
[0017]
The ceiling board locking member 5 is formed integrally with or separate from the rod-like body or plate-like body, and the cross-sectional shape thereof is an inverted T-shape.
Both end portions of the flange 6 are formed as thick bulging portions 7, and the upper surface side thereof is flattened to reduce the contact area with the ceiling plate. By reducing the contact area, it is possible to prevent as much as possible the influence of adhesion between the two due to moisture or the like, the prevention of dirt, and the adhesion of rust and the like caused by the ceiling plate locking member 5 to the ceiling plate. In addition, the influence of manufacturing errors and warpage of members can be reduced.
[0018]
As shown in the exploded perspective view of the ceiling structure of the present embodiment in FIG. 2, a relatively thick ceiling board 8 such as a rock wool sound absorbing board is provided on the outer surface side of the flange 6 of the ceiling board locking member 5 on the side of the suspension member 4. The end portion 9 is placed on the bulging portion 7 of the flange 6. The ceiling plate 8 is placed from above the ceiling plate locking member 5. The end portion 9 of the ceiling plate is formed with a cutout portion so as to be a phase cutout, and the protruding portion 10 side is placed on the bulging portion 7 of the flange 6.
[0019]

The ceiling plate fixing frame 31 includes an attachment portion 33 to the base member 32, a suspension member 34 extending from the attachment portion 33, and a ceiling plate locking member 35 attached to the distal end portion of the suspension member 34. Has been.
[0024]
The attachment portion 33 is directly attached to the base member 32. It can also be attached to the base member 32 via a receiving material or the like.
The suspension member 34 is formed integrally with or separately from the attachment portion 33, and is a rod-shaped body such as a suspension bolt or a plate-shaped body obtained by bending a plate member as in this embodiment. The
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 3, the ceiling plate locking member 35 is formed integrally with or separately from the rod-like body or plate-like body, and the cross-sectional shape thereof is an inverted T-shape like the first embodiment. The tip of the flange 36 is a bulged portion 37 having a thickness.
[0026]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, on the outer surface side, which is the suspension member 34 side of the flange 36 of the ceiling plate locking member 35, is made of steel plate, aluminum, and stainless steel. The example which latches the metal thin ceiling boards 38 which consist of etc. is shown.
As shown in FIG. 4B, the ceiling plate 38 is formed with a projecting portion 39 and a folded portion 40 that is folded back by a predetermined width at the end edge portion.
A lower piece portion of the standing portion 41 having a substantially L-shaped cross section is inserted between the protruding portion 39 and the folded portion 40, and is fixed by caulking or the like, and the other side is vertically formed.
[0027]
The standing portion 41 may be separated from the metal ceiling plate 38 as described above, or may be integrally formed.
The standing portions 41 are formed with elastic elastic projections 42 at appropriate intervals, the protruding portions of the elastic projections 42 project outward, and the portions are engaged with the flange 36. become. Therefore, the ceiling board 38 of the present embodiment is pushed up from the lower part and engaged with the ceiling board locking member 35.
[0028]
The projecting width X of the projecting portion 39 projecting outward from the upright portion 41 covers the surface side of the flange 36 from its end portion, and the exposed surface of the flange 36 has projecting portions 39, 39. The interval width W is between.
By adjusting the protrusion length of the protrusion 39, the width W can be changed. When the ceiling structure is viewed from below, the exposed portion having the width W of the flange 36 can see a groove having a predetermined width continuous with the ceiling surface.
[0029]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a state in which the thin metal ceiling plate 38 is locked to the ceiling plate locking member 35 assembled in a square lattice shape. A continuous square groove having a width W is formed, and a ceiling structure with a depth is formed.
[0030]
In this example, as in the first embodiment, a mounting hole is formed in the flange 36 of the ceiling plate locking member 35, and on the other hand, a mounting bracket having a substantially U-shaped cross section for mounting the partition runner 13 is formed. The partition runner 13 can be firmly attached to the ceiling plate 38.
[0031]
Embodiment 3
The ceiling plate fixing frame to which the relatively thick ceiling plate and the thin ceiling plate of the above embodiment are attached is long, and they are assembled to form a ceiling frame fixing frame, and the ceiling plate is interposed between the fixing portions. Will be attached. The ceiling shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is called a grit ceiling, and is formed by assembling the ceiling plate fixing frame into a square lattice shape.
[0032]
The grit ceiling has various sizes such as 600 mm × 600 mm, 640 mm × 640 mm, etc. as the grit unit between the vertical and horizontal intervals between the ceiling plate fixing frames. In addition to the ceiling plates 8 and 38, various facilities such as a lighting fixture panel 43 incorporating a lighting fixture, an air conditioning outlet panel 44, an air conditioning suction inlet panel 45, a disaster prevention speaker panel 46, a sensor panel 47, etc. A ceiling panel made of equipment panels with built-in equipment is attached.
Unlike the case where a specially large equipment panel incorporating various equipment is formed on the ceiling surface as in the case of a conventional panel system ceiling, the size of the ceiling is the same as that of the normal ceiling plates 8 and 38. The equipment panel can be used as a ceiling plate, and it is not necessary to construct a special framework for various equipment at the site as in the assembly system ceiling, and a fixed frame having the same interval is used. The equipment panel incorporating various equipment can be installed as a ceiling board.
[0033]
In addition, any of the relatively thick ceiling boards and the thin metal ceiling boards shown in the first and second embodiments can be used for the grit ceiling.
Further, since the grit unit is narrow in the grit ceiling, there are a large number of ceiling plate fixing frames in the vertical and horizontal directions, and it becomes possible to attach a partition runner according to the position. The degree of freedom of position increases further.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 6, within the same span, the position of the partition wall can be freely changed, and a thick ceiling plate such as a rock surface sound absorbing plate and a thin ceiling plate such as a metal plate. Can be attached to the same ceiling plate fixing frame, and the structure of the ceiling surface can be easily changed.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention having the above-described configuration, it is possible to attach either a relatively thick ceiling plate made of rock wool sound absorbing plate or the like and a metal thin ceiling plate to the ceiling plate fixing frame having the same cross-sectional shape. It has become possible.
In addition, a groove is formed between the ceiling plates that serve as joint portions between the ceiling plates, so that it is possible to obtain a ceiling structure having unevenness on the entire ceiling surface.
[0035]
Furthermore, in the case of the conventional system ceiling, in the case of the panel system, since a panel incorporating various facilities is adopted, it is difficult to disperse and arrange the facilities, and it is heavy and transportable. Installation was difficult. In addition, since the weight is concentrated, a burden is imposed on the ceiling plate fixing frame and the weight distribution balance of the entire ceiling surface is bad, but the present invention can be a square grid ceiling with relatively small grit units. Since the ceiling plate of each unit is light and various equipment panels can be dispersedly disposed at the necessary optimum locations, it is possible to provide a reasonable ceiling surface.
[0036]
In addition, the structure of the ceiling plate fixing frame is configured so that the mounting bracket for attaching the partition divider runner on the ceiling side can be easily attached, so that the partition wall is arranged along the mounting position of the ceiling plate fixing frame. If provided, the partition wall can be completed without moving the ceiling plate fixing frame or the ceiling plate. In addition, the mounting position of the partition wall can be freely changed along the ceiling plate fixing frame within the same span.
As described above, the ceiling plate fixing frame of the present invention and the ceiling structure using the fixing frame improve the workability, shorten the construction period, and can complete the ceiling surface without requiring an expert. It became. In addition, since there is no cutting or demolition work of various members in the field work, the generation of noise and waste materials is extremely reduced.
