本発明はスリーブ型枠およびこれを用いた設備配管用開口の構築方法に関するものである。

コンクリート床に形成される設備配管用の開口は、図7の(1)に示すように、上下をガムテープ28で塞いだ紙製の筒体29をスラブ型枠30に設置して形成されている。そして、同図の(2)に示すように、前記筒体29によって形成された設備配管用の開口31の上面には蓋32が設置されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記の設備配管用の開口は紙製の筒体を使用しているため、以下の問題があった。

▲2▼ 筒体はコンクリートが付着しているためリサイクルができない。
▲3▼ 筒体は長いものから床の厚さに応じて切断されるため、その形成に手間がかかる。

本発明はこれらの問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、伸縮可能でかつ転用することができるスリーブ型枠およびこれを用いた設備配管用開口の構築方法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を解決するための手段は、請求項1の発明のスリーブ型枠が、上蓋を備えた外筒に、底板を備えた内筒が回転自在に差し込まれ、内筒外面の突起が外筒内面のレベル調整溝に挿入され、該レベル調整溝が縦溝と、この縦溝の両側に交互に設けた横溝とからなることを特徴とし、また請求項2の発明のスリーブ型枠が、請求項1において、外筒の下部にはシール材が設けられていることを特徴とし、また請求項3の発明のスリーブ型枠が、請求項1において、内筒の底板に固定ボルトが取り付けられ、該固定ボルトの下部の固定板が納まるような凹部が底板に設けられたことを特徴とし、また請求項4の発明の設備配管用開口の構築方法が、請求項1のスリーブ型枠の外筒を内筒から引き抜いて固定ボルトでスラブ型枠に固定し、この固定ボルトで固定された内筒に外筒を被せて所定の長さに調整した後、前記スラブ型枠内にコンクリートを打設することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明のスリーブ型枠およびこれを用いた設備配管用開口の構築方法の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明するが、各実施の形態において同じ構成は同じ符号を付して説明し、異なった構成にのみ異なる符号を付して説明する。

図1は、第1の実施の形態のスリーブ型枠1を示したものである。このスリーブ型枠1は上蓋2を備えた円形の外筒3に、底板4を備えた内筒5が回転自在に差し込まれて構成され、内筒外面の突起6が外筒内面のレベル調整溝7に挿入されて内筒5が伸び縮みできるようになっている。前記レベル調整溝7は内筒5の下端まで伸びた縦溝8と、この縦溝8の両側に交互に設けた横溝9とからなり、図2に示すように、突起6が縦溝8にあるときは内筒5がスライドできるが、突起6が横溝9にあるときはスライドできない。また外筒3の下部にゴム片などのシール材10が設けられるとともに、上蓋2の縁には鍔11が設けられている。前記シール材10は内筒5との間にゴムシールを詰め込むようにしてもよい。また内筒5の底板4に内側に引っ込んだ凹部12が設けられ、この上面には取付孔13が開口されている。

図3は第2の実施の形態のスリーブ型枠14を示したものである。このスリーブ型枠14は、内筒の底板4における凹部12に固定ボルト15が取り付けられたものであり、これ以外は前記スリーブ型枠1と同じ構成である。この固定ボルト15は固定板16によりスリーブ型枠14を固定するものである。

次に、第2の実施の形態のスリーブ型枠14を使用した設備配管用の開口の構築方法について説明する。まず、図4に示すように、外筒3を内筒4から引き抜き、該内筒4から取り外した固定ボルト15を釘17でスラブ型枠18に固定する。そして、内筒4を、取付孔13に固定ボルト15を挿入するように設置してナット20で固定すると、固定板16が凹部12内に納まった状態となる。次に、外筒3を、突起6が縦溝8に入るように内筒4に被せ、所定の長さに調整した後に回転させて、突起6を縦溝から横溝9に入れる。このようにスリーブ型枠14を設置した後、スラブ型枠18にコンクリート20を打設する。
