また本発明は上記コンベヤにおいて、押送腕の基部にJ字形の屈曲片を延設し、該屈曲片の前面に前方端固定アタッカを衝突させることで該押送腕を前方に旋回させ平行状にするとともに、該屈曲片の背面に後方端固定アタッカを衝突させることで該押送腕を張出状に戻すようにしたことを特徴とする。
また本発明は上記コンベヤにおいて、押送腕は水平に設けられた固定テーブル上に張出状になるものであり、該押送腕の下辺に固定テーブルの上面に接する刷子を設けてなることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を図面と共に説明する。図1は本発明に係るコンベヤの斜視図、図2はその横断面図、図3は図2のA−A線断面図である。同図において、1は上面が水平で平坦に仕上げられ一側縁に塀板2が設けられた長手の固定テーブル、3は段ボール打抜機等から排出され該テーブル上に乗る段ボール抜屑等の比較的軽量で形状不特定な搬送物である。

固定テーブル1の他側縁に設けられた機枠5に該固定テーブル1の長手方向に沿って螺子軸6が回転自在に軸支され、該螺子軸が駆動用のモータ(図示せず)によって正逆転し得るようにするとともに、該螺子軸にボール螺子7を設け、該ボール螺子に支点軸8を垂下し、該螺子軸を正逆転させることにより該支点軸は該固定テーブル1の一側を往復動し得るように構成している。10は該支点軸8に軸受11,12によって起立状に軸支し、水平面内で旋回自在なるように支持した板状の押送腕である。また、該押送腕の基部13に軸受片14,15を設け該軸受片に一対のローラ16,17を回転自在に支持するとともに、該基部13の上辺部に平面J字形の屈曲片18を延設している。なお、20は押送腕10の下辺に止片21によって止着され先端が固定テーブル1の上面に接するように設けた刷子である。

このように本発明に係るコンベヤは、所要搬送区間を往復動するように支点軸を設け、該支点軸に押送腕を搬送方向と直交する張出状または搬送方向と平行状の二姿勢のいずれかとなり得るように旋回自在に設け、搬送方向と直交する方向に進退動し前記押送腕の基部に摺接し得る姿勢制御用レールを設け、該姿勢制御用レールを該押送腕の基部に摺接させることで該押送腕を張出状に保持して該押送腕を前進させるとともに後退時には該姿勢制御用レールにより該押送腕を平行状に保持させ、後方至端部に該押送腕の基部に衝突し該押送腕を張出状に戻す後方端アタッカを設けてなるものであるので、薄く構成でき、適宜長さの押送腕を設けることで大きな搬送能力を持つものを比較的低コストで製造できる利点があるほか、段ボール抜屑等の形状不特定で嵩のある搬送物を若干のはみ出しがあっても一時に押送できメンテナンスが容易であるなど有益な効果がある。
