従来、開口を3枚の引戸で開閉する場合、レールの3条のレール溝に夫々引戸を摺動自在に装着してあり、各引戸を移動操作して開口を開閉するようになっている。

ところが、上記従来例にあっては、開口を開閉する場合各引戸を夫々操作しなければならなく、開閉操作に手間がかかるという問題があった。

近年、この操作を簡単に行うために3枚の引戸を連動させて開閉するようにしたものも提案されているが、連動させる機構が外観上見えて外観が悪くなるという問題がある。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、3枚の引戸を連動させることができて開閉操作が容易にでき、しかも引戸を連動させるものでも外観よく納まって外観を向上できる連動引戸を提供することを課題とする。

上記課題を解決するために本発明の請求項1の連動引戸は、上レール1に両側に係止片17,23を有する3条の摺動溝2a,2b,2cを平行に設け、各摺動溝2a,2b,2cの係止片17,23に係止される係止溝16,22を有する摺動部材3a,3b,3cを上レール1の夫々の摺動溝2a,2b,2cに上レール1の長手方向に摺動自在に装着すると共に各摺動部材3a,3b,3cに夫々引戸4a,4b,4cの上端を装着し、上レール1の巾方向の中央に位置する摺動部材3bの長手方向の両端に夫々プーリ5を回転自在に装着すると共に両端のプーリ5間に環状のワイヤ6を掛け回し、上レール1の巾方向の両側に位置する摺動部材3a,3cを夫々ワイヤ6に結合して成ることを特徴とする。3枚の引戸4a,4b,4cを連動させて開閉することができて開閉操作が容易にできる。3枚の引戸4a,4b,4cを連動させる摺動部材3a,3b,3cやプーリ5やワイヤ6が上レール1内に納まって外観上殆ど目立つことがなくて外観を向上できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1乃至図7に示す例から述べる。壁8には引戸で開閉する開口9を設けてあり、開口9の上部及び側部内周には枠材10を装着してあり、枠材10と壁8との間の全周に亙って額縁11を装着してある。上の枠材10には枠材10に埋設するように長手方向に亙って上レール1を装着してあり、床12面には長手方向に亙って下レール13を装着してある。上レール1内には3条の摺動溝2a,2b,2cを平行になるように設けてあり、各摺動溝2a,2b,2cには摺動部材3a,3b,3cを摺動溝2a,2b,2cの長手方向に摺動自在になるように装着してある。摺動部材3a,3cは両端の端部ブロック14を連結板15で連結して形成されており、端部ブロック14の両側に設けた係止溝16を摺動溝2a,2cの両側の係止片17に摺動自在に係止してある。摺動部材3a,3bの一方の端部ブロック14には連結部18を一体に設けてあり、連結部18には嵌合凹部19を設けてある。摺動部材3bは両端の端部ブロック20を連結板21にて連結して形成されており、端部ブロック20の上部の両側に設けた係止溝22に摺動溝2bの上底近傍の係止片23を摺動自在に係止してある。摺動部材3bの下面の両端には夫々プーリ5を装着してあり、両端のプーリ5間に環状のワイヤ6を掛け回してある。ワイヤ6に180°位相のずれた位置で球状の嵌合突部7を設けてある。また摺動部材3a,3cは連結部18の嵌合凹部19と嵌合突部7とを嵌合することでワイヤ6に連結してある。摺動部材3a,3b,3cの両端の近傍には連結孔24を穿孔してある。なお、図4,図5の例では上レール1の巾方向の両側の上部に夫々凹段部25を設けてあるが、図1、図2、図3の例では凹段部25を設けていない。

引戸4a,4b,4cは戸框26にガラスのような面板27を装着して形成されている。引戸4a,4b,4cの上部にはピンブロック28を埋設して装着してあり、ピンブロック28のピン29をバネ30にて上方に突出するように付勢してある。各摺動部材3a,3b,3cの下には夫々引戸4a,4b,4cが配置され、ピン29を連結孔24に挿入することで各摺動部材3a,3b,3cに引戸4a,4b,4cを取り付けてある。引戸4a,4b,4cの下端には夫々戸車31を装着してあり、下レール13に設けた3条のレール溝32に沿って戸車31が転動して走行するようになっている。

上記のように3枚の引戸4a,4b,4cが取り付けられるが、摺動部材3a,3b,3cがプーリ5の回りに回動するワイヤ6にて連動して引戸4a,4b,4cが連動して開閉する。このため例えば引戸4cを固定しておけば、引戸4aを移動操作するだけで図6に示すように引戸4a,4b,4cにて開口9を閉じたり、図7に示すように引戸4a,4b,4cを開いたりできる。

また図8乃至図10は他の例を示す。本例の場合、開口9は上記例の倍の巾であり、開口9の両側に3枚の引戸4a,4b,4cを1組として左右対称になるように2組配置してあり、合計6枚の引戸4a,4a,4b,4b,4c,4cを装着させてある。そして各3枚の引戸4a,4b,4cが上記例と同様に連動させて取り付けてある。しかして、引戸4c、4cを夫々固定しておけば、引戸4a,4aを突き合わせるように移動させたとき、図8や図10(a)のように開口9を閉じることができ、引戸4a,4aが離れるように移動させたとき図9や図10(b)のように開口9を開放することができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の請求項1の発明は、上レールに両側に係止片を有する3条の摺動溝を平行に設け、各摺動溝の係止片に係止される係止溝を有する摺動部材を上レールの夫々の摺動溝に上レールの長手方向に摺動自在に装着すると共に各摺動部材に夫々引戸の上端を装着し、上レールの巾方向の中央に位置する摺動部材の長手方向の両端に夫々プーリを回転自在に装着すると共に両端のプーリ間に環状のワイヤを掛け回し、上レールの巾方向の両側に位置する摺動部材を夫々ワイヤに結合しているので、3枚の引戸を連動させて開閉することができて開閉操作が容易にできるものであり、しかも3枚の引戸を連動させる摺動部材やプーリやワイヤが上レール内に納まって外観上殆ど目立つことがなくて外観を向上できるものである。

また本発明の請求項2の発明は、請求項1において、上記3枚の引戸や摺動部材を1組として上レールの両サイドに夫々配置して2組で6枚の引戸を開閉自在にしているので、両サイドに引戸を開いたり、両サイドから引戸を閉じたりできて連動する作用と相俟って6枚の引戸の開閉操作が容易にできるものである。
