Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sandbag that protects the outflow of earth and sand such as an inclined surface formed by embankment in civil engineering and construction sites, and at the same time serves as a greening base for the inclined surface and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a sandbag bag used in civil engineering, a construction site, etc., a sandbag bag made of a woven fabric made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers is used. As natural fibers, hemp and the like are used as materials, and as synthetic fibers, nylon, polypropylene and the like are used as materials.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in recent years, destruction of the natural environment has become a problem in civil engineering and construction work, and with the completion of construction, there is a strong demand for protecting and beautifying the natural environment by greening the surface.
[0004]
However, sandbag bags made of conventional materials are woven fabrics, so even if natural degradable materials such as cotton and hemp are used, the fibers are in a twisted state, so they naturally decompose in the soil. It took time, which prevented the plant from growing roots during greening.
Since the synthetic fiber material does not decompose naturally, greening is difficult and the bag remains in the soil as a foreign substance, which is not preferable.
[0005]
Therefore, in the present invention, the form as a sandbag is maintained by giving sufficient strength, and when the inclined surface is greened, the bag body is naturally decomposed in the soil to facilitate greening, excellent in the natural environment protection, and inexpensive. The purpose is to provide a simple soil bag.
[0006]

I will provide a.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An example of the sandbag of the present invention is shown in FIG. The sandbag 1 of the present invention is manufactured from a nonwoven fabric made of naturally degradable fibers. The sandbag 1 is a bag 2 in which a non-woven sheet is formed into a roll shape, the end portions of the sheet are joined by stitching, bonding, or the like, and the one end portion 3 of the roll is joined by stitching, bonding, or the like. The opening end 4 of the bag body 2 can be closed when used as a sandbag by folding the end portion, joining the tip end portion, providing a through hole, and passing the string 5 through the through hole. Like that.
[0009]
As the non-woven fabric used in the sandbag bag 1 of the present invention, naturally degradable fibers such as natural fibers such as cotton and hemp, regenerated fibers such as rayon, and naturally degradable synthetic fibers are used. Among these, cotton is preferable from the viewpoint of cost and strength.
[0010]
As a method for producing a nonwoven fabric, an entanglement method (a hydroentanglement method or an air entanglement method), a needle punch method, a chemical bond method, or the like can be used. The non-woven fabric is suitable because it does not require a binder, is flexible, and has excellent tensile strength during drying and wetting in both the weft direction and the like.
[0011]
The sandbag 1 of the present invention is required to have sufficient strength so that the sandbag shape can be maintained. For this reason, in this invention, the fabric weight of the nonwoven fabric which forms a bag body is 30 g / m <2> or more, Preferably it is good to set it to 40 g / m <2> or more.
[0012]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the nonwoven fabric used for the sandbag 1 of the present invention is made of only the above-mentioned naturally degradable fibers, but it is used to increase the strength of the bag body 2 and inside the use environment or sandbag. The natural decomposition rate of the non-woven fabric varies depending on the soil components, and in some cases, the non-woven fabric naturally decomposes faster than greening. Therefore, in order to adjust the natural decomposition rate of the non-woven fabric, the purpose of the present invention is not impaired. Short fibers of anti-septic synthetic fibers may be mixed. The mixing amount of the short fibers of the rot-resistant synthetic fiber is 50% by weight or less of the total weight of the nonwoven fabric. If it is 50 weight% or less, the whole nonwoven fabric will be decomposed | disassembled at the time of use, and the objective of this invention can be achieved.
[0013]
When the sandbag 1 made of such a nonwoven fabric is used as a sandbag, it is excellent in air permeability and water permeability, so that appropriate moisture can be permeated into the soil inside the bag body 2 by rain or the like from the outside. Further, during heavy rain, the soil inside the bag body 2 is prevented from flowing out and only moisture is discharged to the outside. Moreover, the evaporation of the water | moisture content inside the bag body 2 is restrict | limited by the bag body 2 at the time of drying. For this reason, at the time of greening, the greening base is solidified and at the same time, the soil inside the bag body 2 always contains appropriate moisture and is suitable as a greening base.
[0014]
Furthermore, in the present invention, a reinforcing net 6 may be attached to the outside of the bag body 2 in order to reinforce the bag body 2 and improve the weight resistance. FIG. 2 is an example of a sandbag bag of the present invention to which a reinforcing net is attached. The reinforcing net 6 may be attached by any method such as sewing or bonding. As the material of the reinforcing net 6, natural fibers such as cotton and hemp, regenerated fibers such as rayon, and synthetic fibers such as polypropylene can be used, but natural degradable fibers are preferable because they are naturally decomposed after greening.
[0015]
The mesh size of the reinforcement net 6 is a mesh of about 10 mm square to 100 mm square so as not to hinder root growth when the point of reinforcement or the growth rate of plant roots is faster than the natural decomposition rate of the bag. . Among them, a mesh having a size of about 20 mm square to 40 mm square is optimal because it can sufficiently reinforce the growth of plant roots.
[0016]
Moreover, you may enclose the above-mentioned reinforcement net 6 in the inside of a nonwoven fabric at the time of manufacture of a nonwoven fabric. In this way, a step for attaching the reinforcing net 6 later can be eliminated and sufficient strength can be given to the nonwoven fabric, which is suitable for the use of the present invention. The method of encapsulating the reinforcing net 6 in the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, but the net can be easily woven as long as it is manufactured by the entanglement method in which the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric are intertwined vertically and horizontally. It is preferable because sufficient strength can be obtained.
[0017]
The size of the sandbag 1 described above may be appropriately reduced in size in addition to the size of a sandbag generally used.
[0018]
<Greening of construction sites>
The sandbag 1 of the present invention is used as a sandbag, for example, filled with rechargeable soil suitable for greening. The sandbags 1 are stacked and placed on the inclined surface of the construction site, pressed by a mild steel wire mesh, and fixed by an anchor. In the greening of the construction site, the seeds of the required plants are sown by covering the recharged soil with a thickness of 2 cm to 10 cm on the inclined surface that is fixed by stacking sandbags.
[0019]
The sandbag 1 of the present invention can have plant seeds 8 attached to the outside of the sandbag 1 in advance. The plant seed 8 is attached by, for example, a method in which the seed 8 is adhered to the nonwoven fabric to be the bag body 2 of the sandbag 1 using a binder, or the seed bag 7 in which the seed 8 is put in the mesh bag body is attached. It adheres by well-known methods, such as a method. If the seed 8 of the plant is attached to the sandbag 1 in advance, the step of seeding the seed 8 later can be omitted and the plant can be rooted in a stable state.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is as mentioned above, it has the following outstanding effects.
(1) Since the bag that forms the sandbag is made of a non-woven fabric made of naturally degradable fibers, natural greening can be achieved on slopes of construction sites without hindering the growth of plant roots during greening. I can do it.
(2) If the non-woven fabric forming the bag is manufactured by the confounding method, the cost can be reduced because there is strength even with a small basis weight.
(3) If the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is 30 g / m 2 or more, it can be made difficult to break when the bag body is used as a sandbag, and can have sufficient strength as a sandbag.
(4) If the nonwoven fabric is a mixture of naturally degradable fibers and rot-resistant synthetic fibers, the rot resistance of the bag can be improved and the natural degradation rate can be adjusted.
(5) When the reinforcing net is attached to the nonwoven fabric constituting the bag body, the weight resistance is good and the transportation becomes easy, and the form maintenance can be facilitated.
(6) When the reinforcing net is included inside the nonwoven fabric constituting the bag body, a process for attaching the reinforcing net can be eliminated later, so that the cost can be reduced.
(7) If the reinforcing net is a naturally degradable fiber yarn, the net will also be naturally decomposed over a long period of time, so that no residue is generated in the soil.
(8) When the mesh size of the reinforcing net is about 10 mm square to 100 mm square, sufficient reinforcement can be performed without hindering the growth of plant roots.
(9) When the seeds are attached to the sandbag, it is possible to eliminate the process of sowing seeds and the process of covering the rechargeable soil during the greening, so that the cost can be reduced.
