Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a belt conveyor device that is provided with a plate-shaped scraper that obliquely crosses the conveyor belt and distributes the conveyed material on the conveyor belt to the side by the scraper, and in particular, the conveyed material that has passed through the gap on the lower surface of the scraper. The present invention relates to a technique for preventing the belt from falling from the side.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a belt conveyor for transporting transported objects such as sand, powder and ore, in order to distribute and transport the transported objects to each side of the conveyor belt, as shown in FIG. 9, the conveyor belt 1 is crossed diagonally. A plate-shaped scraper 3 is provided, and the conveyed product M carried on the conveyor belt 1 is guided to the side by the scraper 3 and dropped to a carry-out port 2 provided on the side of the belt.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a skirt rubber for guiding the conveyed product.
[0003]
In such a conveyor device, the lower surface of the scraper 3 comes into contact with the conveyed product M so that it gradually wears out, and a gap M is formed, and a part M1 of the conveyed product such as sand and powder passes through the gap, and the conveyor belt 1 And is dropped from the side end (see FIG. 10). Therefore, problems such as waste due to scattering of the conveyed product M or cleaning thereof are generated.
[0004]
In addition, although the carrier roller of the conveyor which provided the protrusion part in the cross section orthogonal to a rotating shaft is disclosed by Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 8-2644, it prevents that the granular material with a small specific gravity stays by an up slope. Therefore, it is not a technology that can prevent falling from the side.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has a function of concentrating the conveyed product on the conveyor belt so that the conveyed item on the conveyor belt is not contacted and concentrated like a skirt rubber, but concentrated in the center without contact, and there is no fear of deterioration such as wear. An object of the present invention is to provide a belt conveyor device.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a belt conveyor device that is provided with a plate-shaped scraper that obliquely crosses the conveyor belt, and distributes the material conveyed on the conveyor belt to the side by the scraper. The conveyor belt is rotatably provided downstream of the scraper. A plate-like protrusion that increases the height in the radial direction toward the end portion is provided in a taper shape at the end portion of the carrier roller that supports the structure.
[0008]
The protrusions in the radial direction provided on the carrier roller are provided by selecting the number and height so that proper vibration is applied to the belt with respect to the belt speed and the conveyed product.
[0009]
According to the present invention, along with the rotation of the carrier roller, pulse-like vibration is applied to the side edge of the conveyor belt by the plate-like protrusion provided at the end thereof. Then, the conveyed material on the belt is concentrated on the center by the vibration, and spillage from the belt side end is prevented. Therefore, it is possible to omit the skirt rubber conventionally provided on the belt side portion for preventing spillage.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, the conveyor belt 1 flows from the upper right to the lower left as shown by the arrows, and the conveyed product is guided to the side by a scraper 3 provided obliquely across the belt 1 to carry it. The outlet 2 is charged.
Further, downstream of the scraper 3, skirt rubbers 4 and 4 are provided on both sides of the belt 1 to prevent the fall of the conveyed object that has passed through the scraper 3. Further, a carrier roller 5 having a plate-like protrusion 7 to be described later is rotatably provided behind the belt 1 so that the belt 1 is supported from below and is reversed by the header roller 6.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the carrier roller 5 is provided with a plurality of (four in the illustrated example) plate-like projections 7 at both end portions in the axial direction, and an angle θ (2) toward the end portion. For example, it is formed in a tapered shape (for example, height h = 10 to 30 mm) whose height is increased in the radial direction at an angle θ = about 20 °.
[0012]
Therefore, according to the present invention, the protrusion 7 provided on the carrier roller 5 causes a pulse-like vibration to be applied to the side edge of the conveyor belt 1, which causes the conveyed matter M on the belt 1 to gradually move toward the center. Since it is brought close, the fall from a side edge part is prevented.
[0013]
4 and 5 show an embodiment in which a plurality of carrier rollers are arranged in parallel in a V-shape and a U-shape.
In the embodiment of FIG. 4, two carrier rollers 5A and 5A are arranged in a V shape, and a radial projection 7A is provided over the entire length of the roller.
In the embodiment of FIG. 5, three carrier rollers 5C, 5B, and 5C are arranged in a U-shape, and radial protrusions 7C and 7C are provided on the rollers 5C and 5C at both ends.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 5, when a plurality of carrier rollers 5A (5C) are used, the side edges of the belt 1 can be obtained by providing protrusions 7A (7C) on the end rollers 5A (5C). Is vibrated and the conveyed product M is concentrated in the center.
[0015]
Next, another embodiment of the carrier roller (5D to 5F) is shown in FIGS.
FIG. 6 shows an embodiment in which a protrusion 7 is provided only on one end of the carrier roller 5D so that the conveyed product on the belt is brought only in one direction, and the roller is reversed and installed in the other direction. It can cope with the case.
The carrier roller 5E of FIG. 7 is provided with an elastic lining L on the outer periphery of the roller, and can strengthen the grip between the roller 5E and the belt 1.
The carrier roller 5F in FIG. 8 is formed by forming the protrusion 7F with an elastic body, and corresponds to the case where the belt 1 is easily damaged.
Note that the type of elastic body used in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7 or FIG. 8 is selected according to usage conditions such as chemical resistance and heat resistance.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The effects of the present invention are listed below. .
(1) Vibration is applied to the conveyor belt side edge, and the transported material on the belt is concentrated at the central portion, and spillage from the belt side end can be prevented.
(2) It can be easily applied to general-purpose belt conveyors.
(3) The skirt rubber conventionally provided on the belt side portion can be omitted.
(4) Since there is no contact with the conveyed product, there is no risk of wear deterioration.
