本発明はアンカー金具埋込みALCパネルに関する。詳しくは、主に建物躯体を取り付けるためのアンカー金具をパネル内の一本の補強筋に係止し、埋設する際、簡単に係止することができるアンカー金具埋込みALCパネルに関するものである。

ALCパネル(以下、パネルという)内には、パネルを建物躯体に取り付けるためのナットなどの雌ねじ部を有するアンカー金具が、予めパネル内の補強筋に係止、固定されて埋設されている。
その埋設されるアンカー金具を補強筋に係止、固定する際は、通常は引抜き強度を考慮して2本の補強筋に係止させることが多い。しかし、あまり大きな引抜き強度が要求されないパネルの場合や補強筋が太くかつアンカー金具の強靱性が大きい場合等は、アンカー金具を1本の補強筋に固定することも可能である。その1例として、実開平1−83817号公報に示されているように、ナットの下部に補強鉄筋を貫通させ、それを他の補強鉄筋と共に配筋し、パネル内に埋設して建物躯体に取り付けるための係止具とするものが提案されている。また、それによってアンカー金具の取付強度を強くし、材料の簡素化などを図ることを目的としている。

以上のような課題を解決する本発明の構成は、雌ねじ部、筒状部および係止部から成るアンカー金具がALCパネル内の補強筋に係止、固定されてそのパネル内に埋設されているアンカー金具埋込みALCパネルにおいて、前記筒状部および係止部は凹部が形成された一対の鋼板が相対するように接合されて構成され、前記係止部に前記補強筋が嵌め込まれる開口部が設けられており、アンカー金具は前記係止部にその開口部から嵌め込まれて把持または狭持された1本の補強筋に対して係止され且つ溶接又はかしめにより固定されているアンカー金具埋込みALCパネルから成る。

以下、本発明の作用について説明する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図に基づいて本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
