Description

The present invention relates to a connecting metal fitting used for connecting bars, such as connecting a separator that supports a concrete formwork and reinforcing bars disposed within the concrete formwork, or connecting reinforcing bars within the concrete formwork.

When connecting separators and reinforcing bars, or reinforcing bars to each other, they are connected in the same direction or at right angles, and the separators and reinforcing bars used for this are each of different diameters. Therefore, there is a need for a connecting fitting that is easy to connect, has high versatility, and is inexpensive.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a connecting fitting in which a reinforcing bar or the like is sandwiched and fastened between a pair of clamping pieces, and a friction force is generated between the inner and outer surfaces of the open ends of one clamping piece and the other clamping piece. What was done is listed.
However, in this structure in which a reinforcing bar, etc. is held between a pair of clamping pieces, it is necessary to connect the pair of clamping pieces so that they can rotate freely, and the number of parts is large and dimensional accuracy is required, making it expensive to manufacture. Become.
Further, it is difficult to open the openings of the pair of clamping pieces and fasten them with bolts while sandwiching the reinforcing bars or the like.

Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a connecting device in which a pair of clamping arm portions are formed in a diamond shape. The arm parts are bolted together.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a connecting fitting for bars that facilitates the work of connecting bars and has excellent connection strength.

The connecting fitting for a bar according to the present invention includes a main body portion having a substantially L-shaped shape when viewed from the front, a holding member that locks on the substantially L-shaped upper side of the main body portion, and a substantially L-shaped main body portion extending from the holding member to the main body portion. A fastening member inserted toward the inside of the body.
Here, the main body section, which has a substantially square shape when viewed from the front, means that separators, reinforcing bars, etc. can be placed inside, and bolts are attached to the holding member that is disposed on the upper side of the substantially square shape. These bars can be connected by inserting (screwing) a fastening member such as inward.

In this case, for example, the main body portion has a bottom portion, a pair of upright portions erected from both sides of the bottom portion, and a flange portion protruding outward from the upper end of the upright portion, and the main body portion has a substantially square shape, The member includes an upper part, a pair of hanging parts hanging from both sides of the upper part, a locking part that protrudes inward from the hanging parts and locks to the flange part, and abuts on the back side of the flange part. It may have a back part.
In this way, when the main body part and the holding member are in contact with each other on the back side and positioned, it is easy to lock the flange parts and locking parts on both sides (left and right sides) so that they bite into each other, which improves the workability of connecting the bars. Excellent in

The present invention may further include a reinforcing member inserted into the fastening member and attached to the upper rear surface of the holding member.
For example, a depression may be formed from the upper rear surface of the holding member using a press or the like, and a reinforcing member may be attached to fit into the depression, thereby increasing the strength of the connecting fitting.
Alternatively, the upper part of the holding member may have a folding hole, and the fastening member may be inserted into the folding hole.
For example, folding holes may be provided by performing burring on the upper surface of the holding member, and by providing folding holes in the recessed portions, the strength can be increased more effectively.
If the thickness of the folded part increases the screwing depth of the fastening member, the fitting will become stronger and the tightening operation will be stable and easier.
In the present invention, the pair of upright portions may have different slopes.
In this way, the positioning of the bar is stabilized and the connection holding force is improved.

In the present invention, when the main body portion is provided on the bottom side of the pair of upright portions and has a side hole extending between the pair of upright portions, the main body portion may be provided with a side hole extending between the pair of upright portions. The arranged bars and the bars inserted along the side holes can be connected in the orthogonal direction.
Further, the distance between the pair of upright portions of the main body may be wider on the upper end side than on the bottom side, and in this way, it is easier to connect bars with different diameters. Become.

The connecting fitting according to the present invention can be achieved by simply arranging two or more rods to be connected in the same direction inside the main body which has a substantially square shape when viewed from the front, and screwing a fastening member such as a bolt from the holding member side. Moreover, it is excellent in workability because it can be connected simply by arranging the rods in the orthogonal direction from the side holes and screwing the rods arranged along the inside of the substantially square shape and the above-mentioned fastening member.
In addition, the main body is bent into a substantially square shape using a press or the like, and a holding member is locked on the upper side of this substantially square shape to attach a fastening member, and a reinforcing member is further inserted into this fastening member. However, it is easy to manufacture and has high fastening strength.
A structure with a folding hole in the upper part of the holding member is superior in strength and workability, and a structure in which the pair of erected parts of the main body have different erected slopes allows for stable positioning of the bar. At the same time, the connection holding force is improved.

Although the reinforcing member 40 has a hexagonal shape so as to approximately fit into the hexagonal recess 21a, the shape is not particularly limited.
It is also possible to strengthen the upper part 21 by forming a folded hole by burring or by attaching a nut by welding or caulking, but this may be selected according to the plate thickness and fastening strength of the holding member 20. .

4 and 5 show an example in which the separator 1 and the reinforcing bars 2 are arranged and connected in the same direction.
First, as shown in FIG. 4(a), the reinforcing member 40 is placed along the back surface (indentation 21a) of the upper part 21 of the holding member 20, and the tip 31 of the fastening member 30 is inserted from the front side of the upper part 21. It is inserted into the hole 21b and the insertion hole 41 of the reinforcing member and loosely screwed together, thereby integrating the fastening member 30, the holding member 20, and the reinforcing member 40 as shown in FIG. 4(b).
As shown in FIG. 4(c), separators 1 and reinforcing bars 2 are arranged in the same direction so as to overlap along the inside of the main body 10, that is, along the inside of the substantially square shape when viewed from the front, and are held from the back side of the main body 10. Attach the front side of the member 20.
Attachment is performed by inserting the flange part 13 of the main body part between the pair of vertical parts 22, 22 along the locking part 23 of the holding member as shown in FIG. Insert the holding member until the flange portion 13 comes into contact with the back surface portion 24 of the holding member.
In this state, when the fastening member 30 is screwed into the main body 10, as shown in FIG. 2 are held connected.
As an example of connecting bars, FIG. 6(a) shows an example in which a separator 1 is inserted through a side hole 14 of a main body 10, and reinforcing bars 2 are overlapped and connected in a crosswise manner inside a substantially square-shaped interior of the main body 10. It is.
Fig. 6(b) shows an example in which reinforcing bars 3 with a small diameter and reinforcing bars 2 with a larger diameter are arranged in the same direction and combined, and Fig. 6(c) shows a state in which reinforcing bars 2 and 3 are cross-connected, viewed from the bottom. Show visually.
Note that FIGS. 4 to 6 only partially show the connecting portions of the bars.

7 and 8 show the connecting fittings of the second embodiment, and FIG. 9 shows an example of connecting the bars in the second embodiment.
Embodiment 1 shown in FIG. 1 and the like is an example having a reinforcing member 40, but Embodiment 2 is an example in which a folding hole 21c is formed in the upper part 21 of the holding member 20.
Note that the main body portion 10 may have a substantially cross-shaped shape when viewed from the front as in the second embodiment.

The main body part 10 has a bottom part 11 disposed toward the left side in FIG. 7, and an upright part 15 having a gentle upward slope 15a extends from the right end 11a of the bottom part, and extends approximately vertically from the left end 11b. An upright portion 16 is provided upright, and a side hole 14 passes through the inclined portion 15a side, which is the bottom side of the upright portion 15, and the bottom side of the upright portion 16.
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 9, the separator 1 can be placed on the bottom part 11 and the inclined part 15a, and the reinforcing bars 2 can be arranged on the separator 1 and the inclined part 15a.
When the bars are placed one on top of the other in the same direction inside the main body in this way, there is a large contact area between the inside of the approximately square shape and the bars, so when the fastening member is tightened, the bars are The position of the bar is stabilized, and the bar can be easily connected and held between the fastening member and the bottom side of the main body.

As shown in FIG. 8, in the holding member 20 of this embodiment, a recessed portion 21a is formed by performing recess processing (emboss processing) from the back surface of the upper portion 21, and a burring processing (holes) is performed in this recessed portion from the surface of the upper portion 21. A folding hole 21c into which the fastening member 30 can be screwed is formed by performing a flange process (flange processing) and a thread cutting process (tapping).
The thickness of the upper part 21 of the folded hole 21c increases due to the hole flange 21d rising inward, and the screwing depth of the fastening member 30 increases.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, it is preferable that the lower end 21e of the hole flange 21d does not protrude below the back surface of the upper part 21.
Further, although the recessed portion 21a is circular in shape, there is no particular restriction on the shape.

As shown in FIG. 9(a), the separator 1 and the reinforcing bars 2 are arranged in the same direction so as to overlap along the bottom 11 of the main body 10 and the inside of the inclined portion 15a, and as shown in FIG. 9(b), the holding member The locking part 23 is slid along the lower side of the flange part 13 of the main body part, and is inserted until the flange part 13 comes into contact with the back part 24 of the holding member, as shown in FIG. 9(c).
In this state, when the fastening member 30 is screwed into the main body 10, the separator 1 and the reinforcing bars 2 are kept connected.
In this embodiment, the slope of the inclined portion 15a is set to be gentler than that of the opposing upright portion 16, so that the separator 1 is pushed into the bottom portion 11 by the reinforcing bars 2.
At this time, the reinforcing bar 2 overlaps the separator 1 by being pressed against the inner corner part 15b of the inclined part 15a and the upright part 15 above the inclined part 15a by screwing the fastening member 30.
Therefore, the reinforcing bar 2 is in three-point contact with the inclined part 15a, the standing part 15 above the inner corner part 15b, and the separator 1, and the separator 1 has the inclined part 15a on the bottom part 11 side and the opposing standing part. 16 and the reinforcing bar 2, the positioning is stabilized and the connection holding force is improved.
In addition, it is also possible to insert the separator 1 through the side hole 14 of the main body and connect the reinforcing bars 2 so as to overlap them along the inside of the inclined part 15a of the main body, so that the bars are not made of reinforcing bars. You can.
