本発明は、誘導加熱式の炊飯器に採用される炊飯器用内鍋に関するものである。

従来、誘導加熱式の炊飯器に採用される内鍋では、炊飯時の対流を促進することにより炊きむらを抑制するための構成が種々採用されている。

例えば、特開平9-140570号公報や特開平9-140564号公報には、内鍋の底面部に複数の凹凸を形成したものが開示されている。また、特許第3102363号公報には、内鍋の中央部にドーム形状の湾曲突出部を形成したものが開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前者の複数の凹凸を有するだけの構成では、内鍋の内面での部分的な対流が促進されても、全体から見れば、それ程効果的な加熱状態を得ることはできない。また、誘導加熱時、逆に凸部での加熱が弱められることになり、必ずしも適切な加熱状態を得る構成であるとは言えない。

また、後者のドーム形状の湾曲突出部を有する構成では、その突出形状のために米飯をすくいにくいという問題がある。また、中央部のみの突出であるので、対流パターンがシンプルで、均一な加熱状態を得るには不十分である。

そこで、本発明は、誘導加熱による均一加熱を可能とすると共に、米飯をすくう場合にも妨げとなることのない構造を備えた炊飯器用内鍋を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記課題を解決するための手段として、有底筒状に形成され、その下方の内外周2箇所に配設したコイルにより誘導加熱される炊飯器用内鍋において、少なくとも、底面部には、前記コイルの内周側巻回部の対向位置よりも内側の非対向部分と、前記コイルの内周側巻回部の対向位置と外周側巻回部の対向位置との間の非対向部分とに、コイルへの通電に伴い発生する磁力線の影響を抑える逃がし凹部をそれぞれ形成したものである。

この構成により、コイルの対向部分と非対向部分とで、底面部に於ける渦電流の発生領域すなわち発熱領域を明確にすることができる。したがって、内部に適切な対流を発生させ、均一な加熱を行わせることが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る実施形態を添付図面に従って説明する。

図1は、本実施形態に係る炊飯器用の内鍋1を示す。この内鍋1は、その下方に位置する保護枠2に取り付けたコイル3によって誘導加熱される。コイル3は、内外周2箇所に離間させた状態で巻回される。これは、内鍋1の誘導加熱する範囲を、コイル3の内周側巻回部4aと外周側巻回部4bにそれぞれ対向する内外周の2箇所に分離させることにより、加熱状態を変化させ、対流を促進させるためである。

ところで、前記内鍋1は、熱伝導層と発熱層を銅等の中間金属層で接合一体化してなる板状体を、深絞り加工により有底筒状とした構成をしている。本実施形態では、直径約200mmの筒状に形成されている。熱伝導層は、アルミ合金等の熱伝導率の高い材料からなり、内鍋1の内面に位置する。発熱層は、ステンレス等の強磁性材料からなり、内鍋1の外面に位置する。
