Description

The present invention relates generally to a cooking container for an induction range and a manufacturing method thereof, and in particular, a locking member manufactured by die casting injection molding so as to have a predetermined shape is incorporated in a magnetic plate manufactured by press working. And that the assembly is put in the cooking container manufacturing mold, and the mold is subjected to a die casting injection molding process using molten aluminum (Al). Flatness is ensured and the magnetic plate can be reliably integrated with the lower portion of the cooking container body, so that the cooking container is not separated from the magnetic plate even when used for a long time. The present invention relates to a cooking container for an induction range and a manufacturing method thereof.

Generally, the induction range is a device that can cook food in the cooking container because it generates a magnetic field and brings about an eddy current effect on the bottom surface of the cooking container so that the cooking container itself can quickly generate heat. is there. Since the induction range does not emit flames or harmful gases, there is no risk of fire. Furthermore, the induction range does not emit carbon monoxide (CO) that is inevitably generated when a gas is used as a heat source. Since the induction range does not consume oxygen, a comfortable environment is maintained. For these reasons, the induction range is widely used in the catering industry such as canteens.

Furthermore, there is no risk of burns even if a human hand contacts the top plate of the induction range while the cooking container is heated. Since the induction range does not emit a flame, there is no risk of fire or explosion. The induction range has an effect that even if a person touches the upper plate of the induction range to which power is supplied, the body part is not damaged.

Usually, a metal cooking container is used for the induction range having the above-mentioned characteristics. The cooking container includes a container body and a magnetic plate. The container body, so as to reduce the weight of the cooking vessel, consisting of a relatively lightweight non-magnetic metallic material such as aluminum or stainless steel. The magnetic plate is mounted on a bottom surface of the container body, made of magnetic metallic material such as iron or iron alloy.

As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional induction-range cooking container 1 includes a magnetic plate 5 in which a plurality of holes 7 having a shape such as a circle or an ellipse are perforated. When forming the container body 3, the magnetic plate 5 is disposed at a position corresponding to the bottom of the container body 3. In this state, the non-magnetic metallic material for forming the container body, the is continuously injected along a path defined by the hole 7, the magnetic plate 5 is the container body 3 and integrally It can be installed.

However, since the magnetic plate 5 has a single structure manufactured by press working , it may be deformed or distorted after molding. Therefore, when the magnetic plate 5 is placed on the bottom of the container body 3, the entire upper surface of the magnetic plate 5 may not be in close contact with the lower surface of the container body 3. In this case, when the magnetic plate 5 is mounted on the lower surface of the container body 3 formed using a nonmagnetic metal material, the magnetic plate 5 may be partially peeled from the container body 3. . Therefore, the conventional cooking container has a problem in that it is difficult to ensure flatness.

Further, the conventional cooking container, wherein the magnetic plate 5, the order additional holding structure for increasing the coupling force between the molten aluminum alloy of the magnetic plate 5 is not provided, the container body of the magnetic plate 5 There is another problem that the connection force attached to 3 is weak.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to securely and integrally attach the magnetic plate to the lower portion of the container body by die casting, Therefore, the flatness of the magnetic plate is guaranteed and the cooking container is not separated from the magnetic plate even if it is used for a long period of time. is there.

In the present invention, the flatness of the magnetic plate is ensured, the assembly of the magnetic plate and the locking member is placed in the mold for manufacturing a cooking container, and a die casting process using molten aluminum (Al) is performed. Since the magnetic plate can be reliably integrated with the lower part of the container body, the magnetic plate can be prevented from being separated from the container body even when used for a long time. Provide a cooking container.

FIG.

5 is a plan view showing a locking member assembled to the magnetic plate of FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing an assembly of the magnetic plate and the locking member according to the present invention. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the magnetic plate and the locking member according to the present invention are assembled. FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, an induction range cooking container 10 according to the present invention includes a container body 12 and a magnetic plate 14. The container body 12 is provided with a food holding portion for holding food therein. The magnetic plate 14 is integrally attached to the lower part of the container body 12.

The container body 12 is formed from which aluminum (Al) nonmagnetic metal. The container body 12 incorporates the food holding unit for holding a predetermined amount of food to be cooked. A handle (not shown) is detachably attached to a predetermined portion of the outer periphery of the container body 12.

The magnetic plate 14 is manufactured by pressing using a magnetic metal such as iron (Fe) or an iron alloy material. As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 6, and 7, the circular first through hole 14 a is formed at the center of the magnetic plate 14. The plurality of second through holes 14b are formed around the first through hole 14a in the circumferential direction and the radial direction of the magnetic plate 14.
As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 6, and 7, the plurality of protrusions 14 c are formed on the outer periphery of the magnetic plate 14, the inner periphery of the first through hole 14 a, and the outer periphery of the second through hole 14 b. It is provided along. In this case, each protrusion 14c has an inverted trapezoidal or T-shaped cross section.

While the magnetic plate 14 is placed in a mold and a die casting process is performed using molten aluminum (Al), the protrusion 14c functions as a hook. Therefore, during the die casting process, the magnetic plate 14 is securely coupled to the aluminum for the protrusion 14c. Thereby, separation of the magnetic plate 14 from aluminum (Al) can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 3, the magnetic plate 14, the first hole 14a of the magnetic plate 14, one end or communication with the second through holes 14b which are vertically drilled, or the second hole 14b may be configured to partially communicate with each other.

Further, the circular magnetic plate 14 may be formed by coupling plate members 14d having inverted trapezoidal shapes. The plate members 14d are separated from each other by a U-shaped space 14e.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the die-cast aluminum locking member 16 is mounted on the upper surface of the magnetic plate 14. In this case, the circular first through hole 16a is formed at the center of the locking member 16, and a plurality of bridges 16b each having a predetermined pattern are integrally formed around the first through hole 16a. Provided.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the inner and outer ends of each bridge 16 b and the outer periphery of the locking member 16 are positioned so as to be supported by the protrusions 14 c of the magnetic plate 14. . Some of the protrusions 14 c protrude from through holes 16 c formed at regular intervals along the outer periphery of the first through hole 16 a and the outer periphery of the inner surface of the locking member 16. Wherein the locking member 16 attached to the upper surface of the magnetic plate 14 is to ensure the flatness of the magnetic plate 14. Further, the locking member 16 is melted during a die casting process, which will be described later, and welded so as to be integrated with aluminum, so that it can be securely coupled to the magnetic plate 14.

Further, the conical protrusions 16d are provided at regular intervals on the inner periphery of the locking member 16 and the upper surface of the bridge 16b. While the magnetic plate is attached to the lower surface of the container body 12 and the die casting process is performed, the locking member 16 can be easily dissolved by the conical protrusion 16d and attached to the container body 12. Become. Referring to FIG. 7, it is preferable that the height of each protrusion 16d extending from the lower surface of the magnetic plate 14 is approximately 5.5 mm.

The manufacturing method of the cooking container for induction ranges which concerns on this invention is demonstrated below.

First, the magnetic plate 14 is manufactured by a pressing process using a magnetic metal such as iron or an iron alloy. In the pressing process, the magnetic metal is mainly blanked (punched) and a plurality of through holes are drilled on the inner surface of the blank (punched) product. The protrusion is bent along the outer periphery of the penetration hole.

Subsequently, the locking member 16 manufactured by die casting is positioned so that the inner and outer portions of the bridge 16b and the outer periphery of the locking member 16 are supported by the protrusions 14c of the magnetic plate 14. In this manner, the magnetic plate 14 is mounted on the upper surface of the pressed plate. The locking member 16 is used to prevent distortion of the magnetic plate 14 due to stress generated in the pressing process when the magnetic plate 14 contacts the molten aluminum. The locking member 16 serves to ensure flatness without deformation or distortion resulting from the molding process.

Thereafter, the assembly of the magnetic plate 14 and the locking member 16 is positioned in an upper and lower mold having the same shape as the cooking container. The container body 12, which integrally includes the assembly in the lower portion thereof so as to be manufactured by die injection molding, injecting aluminum (Al) of which the non-magnetic metal in the mold. Thereafter, the container body 12 is removed from the mold. Thereby, the cooking container 10 for the induction range is obtained.

It will be understood that this can be done without departing from the spirit.

As described above, according to the present invention, the locking member die cast manufactured by injection molding is mounted on the upper surface of the magnetic plate manufactured by press working , so that the flatness of the magnetic plate is guaranteed, and the magnetic plate The assembly with the locking member is put in the mold for manufacturing the cooking container, and after the die casting process using molten aluminum (Al), the magnetic plate can be surely integrated with the lower part of the container body.
