近年、自動車用油圧等のユニットは小型軽量、低コスト化が求められていると同時に、高い防水性能が求められている。そのためモータ単体でなくユニットとして防水性能を向上させるケースが増えている。

図3に従来の小型モータの構造を示しており、ユニット11の呼吸穴12に通じるようにモータ1はブラケット9に穴を開け、呼吸する構造が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の従来構成では、モータ内部の圧力を一定に保つため、呼吸した際ユニット側へブラシ粉が流出し、目づまりにより呼吸作用が困難になることや、ユニット内の他部品に干渉する恐れがあった。

本発明は上記問題点を解決するもので、従来に比べ品質の向上をはかり高い信頼性をもつ小型モータを提供することを目的としている。

本発明による小型モータは、ブラケット呼吸穴外周にモータ内部側へ壁を設け、その壁を覆うような壁を耐熱樹脂により一体に成形したブラシホルダを有してなるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、有底中空筒状に形成されかつ内周面に複数の永久磁石を固着してなるヨークと、前記永久磁石に対向する電機子と整流子とからなる回転子と、前記ヨークの開口端よりも前記ヨーク側に装着されかつ前記整流子と摺動されるブラシを設けてなるブラシホルダと前記ヨーク開口端を閉鎖するブラケットを有し、油圧等のユニットに装着されユニットを通して呼吸作用を行う小型モータにおいて、前記ブラケット貫通穴外周にヨーク側へ壁を設け、その壁を覆うような壁を耐熱樹脂により一体に成形したブラシホルダを有することを特徴とした小型モータであり、モータ内部の気圧差を一定に保つため呼吸作用を行った時に、モータ内部からのブラシ粉の流出を防げるため、ユニット側での目づまりや、他部品への干渉が防止でき高品質で高い信頼性が得られるという作用を有する。
