Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stacker crane of an automatic warehouse that travels along a predetermined track and conveys a load.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The automatic warehouse includes a pair of left and right framed shelves having a plurality of stages of receiving units for storing loads, and a stacker crane that moves between the framed shelves to transport loads, and transports loads by moving the stacker cranes. Is done automatically.
[0003]
The stacker crane of the automatic warehouse stores the work content commanded from the remote operation panel provided on the entrance side of the moving passage in the crane controller, and performs the work according to the command of the crane controller. Conventionally, a stacker crane has been provided with a crane controller and a ladder to be used during maintenance inspection work on the mast in front of the stacker crane, that is, on the side facing the remote operation panel (home position HP side). The crane controller and ladder were placed on the mast on the home position HP side because the rear of the stacker crane, that is, the opposition position OP side is the back of the warehouse, so the passage of the warehouse is narrow, and the home position HP side is maintenance inspection etc. It is because it is easy to perform the work. As a result, the ladder could only be provided from the upper end of the mast to above the crane controller.
[0004]
According to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-171714, a crane controller (control panel) is unitized into a power unit, a control control unit, and an operation panel, and an operation panel is provided on the mast on the home position HP side, There has been proposed a structure in which a ladder is provided up to the vicinity of the lower end of the mast by providing a control control part on the lower side of the mast on the home position HP side. However, as the ladder can be expanded and contracted, it is usually shrunk to a considerably high position from the floor.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For work such as maintenance and inspection, it is necessary to go up the warehouse using a ladder. Therefore, when the ladder is provided only up to the top of the crane controller, it is necessary to perform a troublesome work of installing an auxiliary ladder or the like on the ladder in order to climb up the ladder.
[0006]
On the other hand, in the case of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-171714, the work of extending the ladder is not so troublesome, but the extended ladder is not fixed and lacks stability. In addition, since the operation panel is only attached to the mast, there is a risk that the load directly hits the operation panel and damages the operation panel when the load is popping out from the accommodating portion.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to easily raise and lower a ladder when an operator raises and lowers the ladder in maintenance work and the like. An object of the present invention is to provide a stacker crane for an automatic warehouse in which a load does not hit an operation panel even when a load is ejected from a storage unit.
[0008]
It is another object of the present invention to provide a stacker crane for an automatic warehouse that can raise and lower a ladder without kicking the operation panel.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the invention described in
[0010]
