Description
フライアッシュ54gと水45gと、1重量%のフミン酸アンモニウム塩と0.05重量%のタンニン抽出物とからなる添加物システムとを攪拌デバイス付きのミキサーで40℃の温度で35分間混合した。攪拌は140rpmを維持した。製品を大気温度中に取り出した。製品の粘度は330mPs/128secであった。
フライアッシュ54gと水45gと、1.5重量%のフミン酸アンモニウム塩と0.05重量%のタンニン抽出物とからなる添加物システムとを攪拌デバイス付きのミキサーで45℃の温度で35分間混合した。攪拌は140rpmを維持した。製品を大気温度中に取り出した。製品の粘度は338mPs/128secであった。
フライアッシュ54gと水45gと、0.8重量%のフミン酸アンモニウム塩と0.05重量%のタンニン抽出物とからなる添加物システムとを攪拌デバイス付きのミキサーで35℃の温度で40分間混合した。攪拌は140rpmを維持した。製品を大気温度中に取り出した。製品の粘度は327mPs/128secであった。
Claims (2)
- フライアッシュ・スラリーの製造方法において、
フライアッシュと水とを、フミン酸のアンモニウム塩0.5〜2重量%とタンニン抽出物0.03〜0.05重量%とからなる添加物と共に、
35〜50℃の温度範囲で30〜45分間混合し、大気温度中に取り出してフライアッシュ・スラリーを得る1ステップのプロセスからなることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記フライアッシュ・スラリーの粘度は、128sec−1において310〜340mPaの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
