本発明はデスクの組立構造に係り、特に組立てに際し工具等を一切使用することなく組立が行えるようにした簡易組立て式デスクに関する。

一般に事務用デスクは、左右の脚部と、その左右の脚部前方面間を適宜間隔に連結する幕板と、左右の脚部の上に連結される天板固定枠と、その上部に載置される天板等の部品からなっていて、これら各部品をビスにより締結することにより1台のデスクとして組立てられるようになっている。

さらに詳しく説明すると、幕板と脚部の組立てにはビス4個で締結を行い、天板固定枠と脚部の組立てもビス4個で締結を行い、天板固定枠と天板の締結には角穴と爪を利用してビスを使用しないで組立ている。

本発明は、ドライバー等の工具を一切使用することなく、しかも簡単で確実に組立てや解体が行えるようにした簡易組立て式デスクの提供を課題とするもので、その手段としてはビスの代わりにジョイナーを用い、連結される部品に設けた穴に差し込んで締結するようにしたことにある。

すなわち、請求項1に記載の発明は、デスクを構成する各デスク部品のうち、互いに締結可能な一方および他方のデスク部品の取付面同士に長手方向にそれぞれ配設された第1、第2の角穴を互いに重ね合わせ、それぞれの角穴にジョイナーを挿入することにより相互に固定するようにしたデスクであって、該ジョイナーは前記2つの角穴に跨がる長さを有し、その長手方向の一端側を前記第1の角穴に挿入させたとき、該角穴からの抜け止め兼他端側の一部を前記第2の角穴に挿入させる際の支点となる支点部を長手方向の中間に有するとともに前記他端側には弾力のある起立部を有していて、この起立部から延設され前記第2の角穴に挿入される挿入部分には抜け止め片を備えてなり、前記一方および他方のデスク部品の両取付面をジョイナーの支点部および抜け止め片で挟持するようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明にかかる簡易組立て式デスクを図面に示す実施の形態を参照して説明する。
