First, as shown in FIG. 2, the locking pieces 22 and 23 of the fixture 10 are directed downward and the base portion 14 of the fixture 10 is inserted in the insertion hole 25 of the cowl top cover panel 12. After setting, the fixture 10 is moved downward to insert the base portion 14 into the insertion hole 25 and further into the louver 13 of the cowl top panel 11. As a result, the head 16 of the fixture 10 is placed in the recess 24 of the cowl top cover panel 12 as shown in FIGS.
The locking piece portions 22 and 23 of 10 are arranged on the back surface side of the cowl top panel 11. The engaging grooves 20 and 21 of the fixture are arranged at a height position corresponding to the hanging portion 26 of the cowl top panel 11 which constitutes the louver 13 (see FIG. 3 (B)). Under this condition, a spanner or the like is engaged with the base portion 14 of the fixture 10 to move the fixture 10 from its position indicated by the solid line to the position indicated by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 90 ° in the a direction

With the start of rotation of the fixture 10, the engaging grooves 20, 2 of the fixture 10
Due to the abutting action between the 1 and the hanging portion 26 of the cowl top panel 11, the elastic leg portions 18 and 19 of the fixture 10 receive the acting force in a direction in which they approach each other as indicated by an arrow b in FIG. 4 (A). Therefore, the pair of elastic leg portions 18 and 19 are deformed by the elasticity and come into contact with each other as shown in FIG. 4 (B). Then, when the rotation is further advanced, the elastic legs 18 and 19 are elastically restored by the elastic restoring force in the direction of the arrow c as shown in FIG. 4 (C), and are arranged at positions crossing the louver 13 at a substantially right angle. . On the other hand, under this condition, as shown in FIG.
The hanging portion (edge portion of the louver 13) 26 of the cowl top panel 11 is click-engaged into the engaging grooves 20, 21 of the. Further, the cowl top cover panel 12 is sandwiched between the head 16 of the fixture 10 and the base portion 14.

According to the panel mounting structure having such a configuration, the fixture 10
After rotating by 90 ° and setting (Fig. 3 (C) and Fig. 4
In the state (shown in (C)), the rotation of the fixture 10 is reliably prevented, and the fixture 10 does not rotate naturally. Further, the cowl top cover panel 12 is sandwiched between the head portion 16 of the fixture 10 and the base portion 14, and the cowl top panel 11 has a hanging portion.
Since 26 is engaged with the engaging grooves 20 and 21, there is no rattling in the vertical direction, and the head 16 is fitted exactly into the recess 24 of the cowl top cover panel 12, so that the fixture is fixed. There is no danger that 10 will be displaced laterally. Therefore, a mounting structure excellent in strength can be obtained.

For example, in the embodiment described above, the peripheral surfaces 20a and 21a of the engagement grooves 20 and 21 are shown in FIG. 4 (A) so that the fixture 10 can be easily rotated.
Although it is formed in an arc shape as shown in (C), the peripheral surfaces 20a, 21a may be formed in a flat shape as shown in FIG. Also in this case, the elasticity of the elastic legs 18 and 19 causes the pair of elastic legs 18 and 19 to be laterally displaced from each other and locally deformed as shown in FIG. 5, so that click engagement is performed. It does not cause any inconvenience. Further, it goes without saying that the panel to which the fixture 10 is attached is not limited to the cowl top panel and the cowl top cover panel, but can be applied to other types of vehicle panels.

e. Effect of the Invention As described above, the present invention is configured such that the fixing member is fixed to the pair of panels by simply rotating the fixing member, and the one panel is attached to the other panel. Work can be performed easily and quickly. Moreover, since the fixture is an integrally molded product,
It is advantageous in terms of cost and weight because it does not require extra members such as screws and metal plates as in the prior art, and therefore requires a small number of parts and does not require post-finishing of the panel.

1. In a panel mounting structure for a vehicle, in which a pair of panels are opposed to each other by interposing a fixture between the pair of panels, a prismatic base member made of an elastic material, and one end of the base member. A head part integrally formed via a strut part, and a pair of elastic leg parts formed on both sides of the base part by providing a notch part extending over the entire length in the width direction at the other end side thereof, A pair of engagement grooves formed at both sides in the width direction at positions slightly closer to the center than the free ends of the elastic leg portions on the tip side, and the free ends of the pair of elastic leg portions are engaged with each other. Using a fixture having a pair of locking pieces respectively provided between the recess and the mating groove, a recess having a shape corresponding to the head of the fixture is formed on one of the pair of panels. Insertion hole is formed inside At the same time, the other panel is formed with a slot having a width substantially equal to the width between the pair of engaging grooves of the fixture, and the fixture is provided with the insertion hole and the slot from the side of the locking piece. The one panel is sandwiched between the head portion of the fixture and the base body portion while the elastic leg portion is rotated by a predetermined angle about the shaft center of the elastic leg portion. As the elastic members are elastically bent in a direction approaching each other and then elastically returned, the edge portion of the elongated hole of the other panel is engaged in the engaging groove, and the locking piece portion of the other panel is A panel mounting structure for a vehicle, characterized in that the one panel is configured to be engaged with a surface opposite to the one panel, and thereby the pair of panels are mutually mounted.
