本発明は洗浄剤組成物に関し、特に泡立ちが良く、使用後にぬめり感を生じない洗浄剤組成物に関する。

従来、泡立ちや使用性の観点から、クレンジングフォーム、ボディーシャンプー、シャンプーなどの洗浄料にアルキル硫酸塩が用いられてきた。特にアルキル硫酸塩で洗浄した髪はきしみ感を伴わないため、シャンプーでは古くから主基材として利用されている。一方、クレンジングフォームやボディーシャンプーにも使用されているが、主基材としてではなく、起泡力を付与する助剤として主に使用されている。これは、使用感触にぬめり感を生じるためであり、アルキル硫酸塩にもさっぱり感を付与できれば応用範囲がさらに広がる。

上述のように、アルキル硫酸塩は泡立ちが良いという優れた特性を有するので、さっぱり感を付与することができれば、シャンプー以外の洗浄料にも主基材として使用することにより、泡立ちの良い洗浄料を得ることができる。

本発明の洗浄剤組成物に必須成分として配合する上記一般式(1)〜(6)で表される化合物において、式中のRは炭素数7〜23の飽和又は不飽和の炭化水素基を表す。その具体例としては、例えば、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ウンデシル基、ドデシル基、トリデシル基、テトラデシル基、ペンタデシル基、ヘキサデシル基、ヘプタデシル基、オクタデシル基、テトラエイコシル基などの直鎖状飽和炭化水素基、2−エチルヘプタデシル基、2−エチルペンチル基などの分岐飽和炭化水素基、8−ヘプタデセニル基、オレイル基、4,6−オクタデカジエテニル基などの直鎖不飽和炭化水素基、2−メチルオクタデカ−6−エテニル基などの分岐不飽和炭化水素基などが挙げられる。

本発明の洗浄剤組成物に必須成分として配合する上記一般式(1)〜(6)で表される化合物の配合量としては、0.5〜90重量%が好ましい。より好ましくは5〜40重量%であり、この範囲で調製した洗浄剤組成物は、本発明の効果をより顕著に得ることができる。配合量が0.5重量%未満では本発明の効果は得られにくく、配合量が90重量%を越えると水への溶解性が悪くなるなどの不都合な点があり、好ましくない。

本発明に用いる前記一般式(1)〜(6)で表される化合物について、泡立ち試験及び実使用試験を行った。

1.振とう法による泡立ち試験
70ppmの塩化カルシウムを溶解したイオン交換水に各試料を0.5重量%の割合で溶かした後、塩酸でpH7.0に調整した。各試料液を30℃に保ち、20mlを内径3cm、高さ20cmのすり栓付きネスラー管に入れ、振り子式振とう器により1秒間に1回の割合で90°ずつ傾けた。1分後に装置から取り外し、泡の高さを測定した。また、泡の高さが半分になるまでの時間(持続時間)も計測した。
