業務用の厨房機器としてのコンロ台においては、天板に設置したガスコンロの燃焼性能に万全を期するために、天板下方に十分なスペースがあっても多量の水蒸気や汚染排気の発生する炊飯器を置いて兼用することはなかった。
すなわち、業務用として使用されるガスコンロは、いわゆるブンゼン式と呼ばれるもので、ガスがノズルから一定の圧力で噴出し、その運動エネルギーで、ノズルの周囲空気孔から燃焼に必要な一定量の空気(1次空気50%〜70%)を吸込み、混合管中で混合し炎孔から出て点火され燃える。また、炎は点火された後にその周囲から一定量の空気(2次空気30%〜50%)を取り入れ完全燃焼することになる。

一方、業務用の炊飯器の熱源もガスで、炊飯に伴い水蒸気やガスの燃焼による二酸化炭素などの汚染排気が生じることになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来の課題を解決するためになされたもので、炊飯器から生じる水蒸気や汚染排気を適切に誘導排除し、上部のガスコンロの燃焼を妨げることなく下方に炊飯器を置けるようにしコンロ台下の有効活用を図り、ひいては、厨房室の有効利用を図ることのできるようしたコンロ台兼炊飯台を提供することを目的に開発したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1の発明の要旨とするのは、上部の天板を四隅の支脚で支え、隣接する支脚間を繋ぐ横架材を渡し、横架材に乗せるようにし前面に引き出し自在なスライド板を設けて炊飯台とし、天板の背面側にはガスコンロの通孔を貫通する排気筒を立設してガスコンロを天板上に保持すると共に炊飯器よりの汚染排気及び水蒸気をガスコンロ上部に導くようにし、天板上には空気取入口を設けるようにしてガスコンロを乗せ、ガスコンロへの1次空気はガスコンロの前面から、2次空気はガスコンロの背面から内部に導くようにしたことを特徴とするものである。

この発明は以上のような構成を採用したことにより、天板に排気筒を設けて、この排気筒から水蒸気、汚染排気を上昇させ、天板上のガスコンロへの1次空気及び2次空気の空気取入口より水蒸気、汚染排気の入り込むのを防ぐようにしたのである。又請求項2の発明では、天板の周囲に折曲縁を形成したので、天板は下方が開口した箱状とし、多量に発生して排気筒で上昇しきれず折曲縁を巡る水蒸気や汚染排気と空気取入口を離して、吸入される1次空気、2次空気への影響をなるべく避けられる構成とすることができたのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を示した図1乃至図4に基づき、本発明の構成についてさらに詳細に説明する。
本発明に係るコンロ台兼炊飯台Dは、全体として肉厚のステンレス鋼板にて形成したテーブル状をなし、上部の天板1を四隅の筒状の支脚2で支え、隣接する支脚2、2間を繋ぐ横架材3を渡し、前後の横架材3、3に炊飯台4を取り付けるようにする。この炊飯台4はスライドレール41とこのスライドレール41に両側を案内させるスライド板42からなるものである。図示の炊飯台4は二つあって夫々に炊飯器Jを乗せることができる。
なお、図示しないが、背面側の支脚2、2にはZ型金具とアンカーボルトからなる転倒防止手段にて床面に固定し、炊飯器Jを引き出しても傾いたり倒れたりすることがないようにする。

天板1上の背面側にはガスコンロGの背面側に穿った通孔G1を貫通する排気筒11を立設するようにしてある。前面側の隅に穿った穴12はガスコンロGへのガス配管に用いるものである。
天板1はその周囲に下方に折り曲げて形成した折曲縁13を形成して、炊飯器Jより噴出する水蒸気や汚染排気が天板1の折曲縁13を廻って行くことなく、排気筒11に導いたり、天板1の折曲縁13を巡る水蒸気等と天板1上のガスコンロGに間隔を設けるようにしてある。この折縁13の幅は80mmとし幅広にしてある。
天板1上に取り付けるガスコンロGは、その通孔G1を排気筒11に外嵌したときガスコンロGの背面側が天板1からはみ出し、はみ出たガスコンロGの底面から2次空気を導くようにする。ガスコンロGへの1次空気は、ガスコンロG前面の操作摘みの下方に穿った複数の1次空気取入口より内部に入る。
天板1に取り付けるガスコンロGは、図示しないが天板1とほぼ同じ底面積あるいは、若干小さくして四隅の脚で、天板1とガスコンロGの底板の間に空間を設けて内部に1次空気、2次空気を導くようにしてもよい。

コンロ台兼炊飯台Dの形状構造は先に説明したものと同様であるので説明は省略するが、このガスコンロGは背面板G2を前面側に引っ込めてここに2次空気取入口G3を穿ち、上面板にのみ通孔G1を設けるようにしたものとしてある。

以上説明したように請求項1に記載の発明では、上下二段に、ガスコンロ及び炊飯器を配置しても、炊飯器からの炊飯に伴う水蒸気や汚染排気は天板に形成された排気筒から上部に導かれるのでガスコンロの前後から供給される1次空気及び2次空気の取入口から内部に入り込んでガスコンロの不完全燃焼や生ガスの噴出を起こしたりすることがないのである。
