Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a grill integrated with a built-in stove which is hung from an opening of a gas stove, kitchen furniture or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of grill is incorporated in the center of a substantially box-shaped stove body of a gas stove accommodating, for example, a gas burner and electronic components for controlling the gas burner. The grill includes a grill storage having an exhaust pipe communicating with an exhaust port of a top plate placed so as to cover the stove body, and a grill burner attached to a ceiling of the grill storage. In addition, a grill plate is stored at the bottom of the grill cabinet below the grill to store the broth such as fat and water generated when cooking the food such as fish. By the way, during the cooking of the object to be cooked on the grill, the broth produced from the object to be cooked falls on the grill plate directly or through a grill to be stored. When cooking is further advanced in this state, the burner flame may ignite the broth due to the radiation of the burner flame to the broth. Therefore, it is necessary to cool the grill plate during cooking, and some grills are used by pouring water into the grill plate during cooking. For example, after the water is completely evaporated, the broth is stored in the grill plate. Care must be taken to ensure that the burner flame does not ignite the broth due to the burner flame radiation.
[0003]
As a method for cooling the grill pan, from Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-1579, a projection is provided at the bottom of the grill storage, which protrudes downward from the grill storage, and substantially extends over the entire outer peripheral surface of the side wall of the projection. It is known that a plurality of rectangular air holes are opened. In this device, the grill is formed by a flow of air from the front to the rear of the grill which is generated in a protruding portion due to an ascending airflow induced by a draft action in the refrigerator due to a thermal exhaust flow discharged through an exhaust pipe when the grill is used. The dish is cooled.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned grill, since the cooling of the grill dish is performed by the airflow from the front of the grill warehouse to the rear, it is not possible to uniformly cool the entire grill dish, and particularly with the arrangement of the grill burner, etc. Among them, the portion where the temperature becomes high is insufficiently cooled.
[0005]
In addition, when the above grill is incorporated in a gas stove provided with a substantially box-shaped stove body such as a built-in stove, for example, when a cook puts a grill dish in and out of a grill storage, water overflows in the grill dish by mistake. Then, there is an inconvenience that the water flowing into the protruding portion leaks from the air hole in the side wall of the protruding portion into the inside of the stove body. In this case, the leaked water accumulates on the bottom plate of the stove body, and a fuel gas supply pipe to a gas burner disposed on the bottom plate of the stove body, electronic components, and the like are immersed in water. As a result, malfunctions of the electronic components are induced, and rust is generated on the bottom portion of the stove body, the fuel gas supply pipe, and the like, and the durability of the gas stove is impaired.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a grill plate that can be cooled evenly by air when the grill is used, and even when a cook accidentally overflows water in the grill plate when the cook puts the grill plate in and out of the grill storage. It is another object of the present invention to provide a grill that can prevent the water from leaking into the stove body and improve the durability of the gas stove.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve this problem, the present invention relates to a grill provided with a grill plate accommodated in the bottom of a grill warehouse, and provided on a bottom plate of the grill warehouse with a projection projecting downward from the grill warehouse and having a predetermined area. A plurality of raised portions are formed on the flat surface of the protruding portion, and the air holes are opened at the tops of the raised portions, and the air sucked from the air holes causes the bottom surface of the grill dish to flow. It is characterized by cooling .

[0008]
According to this configuration, even if the cook inadvertently overflows the water in the grill dish when the cook moves in and out of the grill dish and the water flows into the protruding portion, the air hole for air-cooling the grill dish has a raised portion. Since the water is stored at the top of the stove, the water only accumulates in the protruding portion, and does not flow out into the stove body. As a result, it is possible to prevent the gas burner components, the gas burner control electronic components, and the like disposed on the stove body bottom plate from being immersed in water, and to improve the durability of the gas stove without inducing malfunction thereof. In addition, when the grill is used, the air inside the stove body is sucked into the protrusion of the bottom plate of the grill warehouse through the air holes of the protruding portion along with the upward airflow induced by the draft action in the warehouse. In this case, in the present invention, since the air holes are formed at the tops of the plurality of raised portions which are raised upward on the flat surface of the protrusion, the grill plate is cooled by the air flow in the front-back direction of the grill plate. Instead, the air sucked from the direction perpendicular to the grill plate is directly collided with the bottom surface of the grill plate to cool the grill plate. As a result, sufficient cooling of the grill pan becomes possible.
[0009]
Further, in the configuration of the present invention, the formation position of the protrusion on the flat surface of the protrusion can be set freely. Therefore, the present invention is characterized in that the raised portion is provided so that a portion where the temperature of the grill dish becomes high when the grill is used is cooled intensively. Thereby, the whole grill dish can be cooled uniformly.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Referring to FIG. 1, a built-in stove 2 suspended from an opening of kitchen furniture 1 is provided with a stove burner 21 provided on a substantially box-shaped stove body 2a. Is operated by an operation button 23 and a heating power adjustment lever 24 attached to the front panel 22 of the. Further, a grill 3 for cooking an object to be cooked such as a fish is incorporated in a central portion of the stove body 2a, that is, between front panels 22 at both ends.
[0011]
Referring to FIG. 2, grill 3 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and has a grill 31 made of steel. An exhaust pipe 32 communicating with an exhaust port provided on a top plate 25 that covers the upper surface of the stove body 2a is provided on the rear side of the grill storage 31. Further, a grill burner 33 for cooking an object to be cooked is attached to the ceiling of the grill storage 31. The grill burner 33 is a Schbank type burner in which a plurality of ceramic plates having a plurality of gas outlets penetrating therethrough are mounted on the upper surface of the gas mixing chamber in a substantially U shape avoiding the exhaust pipe 32 side. The operation is performed by an operation button 23 on the front panel 22 or a heating power adjustment lever 24.
[0012]
A grill door 34 incorporating heat-resistant glass is mounted on the open front surface of the grill storage 31. The grill door 34 includes a frame member 34 a and is slidable in the front-rear direction of the grill storage 31, and is detachable from the grill storage 31. A frame member 34a detachable from the grill door 34 supports a grill plate 35 described later, and plays a role of putting the grill plate 35 in and out of the grill storage 31 as the grill door 34 opens and closes.
[0013]
The grill plate 35 is formed by press-forming a thin steel plate into a substantially rectangular plate shape so as to form a horizontal brim 35a around the plate, and then applying a finish coating such as an enamel. At the same time, at the four corners of the bottom plate of the grill pan 35, substantially rectangular grill net support portions 35b projecting from the bottom plate are formed to support the grill 36. At the front and rear ends of the grill 36 holding fish and other objects to be cooked in the grill storage 31, support members 36 a extending at right angles to the net surface are provided. After being placed on the grill supporting portion 35b, the grill 36 is stored in the grill storage 31 together with the grill plate 35.
[0014]
With reference to FIGS. 3A and 3B, a substantially rectangular projecting portion 37 that is protruded when viewed in the downward direction of grill housing 31 is integrally formed at a substantially central portion of bottom plate 31 a of grill housing 31. Is formed. The area of the protrusion 37 is smaller than the area of the bottom plate of the grill dish. A plurality of raised portions 37b are formed on the flat portion 37a of the protruding portion, and an air hole 37c is opened at the top. The height of the raised portion 37b is determined, for example, when the cooker accidentally overflows the water in the grill pan when the grill pan 35 is put in and out of the grill storage 31, and the water flowing into the protruding section flows through the air hole 37c. It can be prevented from leaking into the inside of the stove body, and can be sized as long as it does not come into contact with the grill plate when the grill plate is put in and out of the grill storage via the grill door. Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, since the grill burner 33 is formed by mounting a plurality of ceramic plates in a substantially U-shape avoiding the exhaust pipe 32 side, when the grill is used, the front side of the grill plate is grilled. The temperature rises due to the radiation heat from the burner 33. Therefore, the raised portions 37 b are arranged to be concentrated on the front side of the grill pan 35. Thereby, uniform cooling of the whole grill pan 35 becomes possible.
[0015]
Next, the cooling operation of the grill pan 35 during cooking of the portion to be cooked by the grill 3 of the present invention will be described.
[0016]
First, an object to be cooked such as fish is placed on the grill 36 and stored in the grill 31 together with the grill plate 35 that supports the grill 36. Then, the grill burner 33 is ignited and ignited to start cooking. When cooking proceeds in this state, a negative pressure is generated in the area of the exhaust pipe 32 due to the heat exhaust flow discharged through the exhaust pipe 32. The upward draft is induced by the internal draft effect caused by the negative pressure. Therefore, the air inside the stove body 2a is sucked from the air holes 37c of the raised portion 37b formed on the flat portion 37a of the protruding portion 37 of the grill storage 31. In this case, the air is sucked from the direction perpendicular to the grill pan 35 and directly collides with the bottom surface of the grill pan 35, so that the grill pan can be cooled sufficiently and uniformly.
